Fast, honest and friendly service. Its nice to not have to go to Best Buy or the Apple Store to get repairs under apple care!
My phone wasn’t turning on for a couple days ( black screen) and also had issues with charging. Came in and some guy did some cleaning to my phone and checked the battery to see if it works. I came home and everything works even the charging port was functioning like it was brand new. They save me from spending a couple hundred bucks. Wish I could’ve at least tip the guy for cleaning. Great service!
My speaker on my phone has not been working the last 6 months and I finally decided to take it in to get checked out knowing in the back of my head I could potentially lose it for a day or so. When I walked into Mac Media I met Jacob and told him my issue and he instantly suggested it might be the cleanliness of the speaker that was the issue. He went in the back to clean it and had me test it afterwards by calling my phone from the store line. After two cleaning sessions, it was fixed and I did not get charged for anything. Very appreciative of great employees like Josh meeting & exceeding my expectation of great quality service! Thank you!
I went into the Oahu apple store and they said it would take 6 weeks to get my laptop repaired. I went into macmedia in Scottsdale and Jacob Schoen plugged it in, worked some magic, and got it to turn on. Ran a diagnostic and sent me on my way! Everyone was very nice!
My phone was acting up, so I stopped in quick at MacMedia. John fixed it right up at no charge! Took less than five minutes. This place is great!
Weve just had the greatest customer service experience with MacMedia in Scottsdale, AZ! Stow came out to the front of the store to help us. Hes usually busy solving tech issues in the back of the store, so this was a real treat for us! Nicest guy, like all of the Mac Media people in the entire store, but Stow was the one to solve our tech issue this afternoon, and he did it with such a great sense of humor and authentic respect, made us feel cared for, and thats a gift in todays often too-fast-paced electronic store encounters! Weve never reviewed a business before, and I have low vision, so I asked Stow if he could help us send a review, but, he said that it was against Apple policy to have the employees involved with any part of the review process. How do you like that? Helpful and ethical! We had to come home and try figuring out how to post a review! Hopefully, this one makes it onto some official site someplace because he really did help us out, and we really do appreciate it! Thank you, Stow, and Thank you, Mac Media! Well be back, and of course, well continue recommending your location to everyone! Best - The Hlava Family
I was having issues with opening applications on my iPhone X. Glenn recognized the issue immediately and helped me restart my phone and the issue was solved immediately! No need to check my phone in for service! They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I offered to pay, but Glenn insisted it was no charge and refused a tip. He was extremely accommodating of my low visibility and was very straightforward in teaching me how to resolve my issue in the future. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone in need of Apple services who isn’t interested in waiting for a reservation at the Apple store. They really are Apple Geniuses here!
I brought a 2016 Macbook in for a defective keyboard repair that, according to Apples own website, was to be completely free and paid for by Apple. After a quick evaluation, the technician gave me a litany of things they needed to be done--none of which were going to be paid for by Apple--and that my cost would be just under $900!When I mentioned it was just a few keys on the keyboard that were acting up and that Apples own website states the repair would be free based on my Macbook model and serial #, he told me theyd have to do a detailed evaluation that would cost me $95.A few minutes later, I talked to an Apple Store tech over the phone and he verified the repair should be free and set me up with an appointment at the nearest Apple Store for a few days away.MacMedia is very unscrupulous! I am already filing a complaint with Apple that they are attempting to bait-and-switch customers. Avoid this place even if it means waiting extra days for an appointment at an Apple Store.
When my laptop crashed a few days ago, I went to Mac Media, and Glenn was able to restore it in minutes. He gave me several options but upgrading was not necessary. His quick fix was free and came with a smile. I had a very positive experience.
Excellent knowledge and fair prices. They match Apples trade in values, too. Had to follow up with them a couple times, even when they promised to call back by a specified date, but they do good work, none the less.
Aaron and the crew there were the best!! Had a Mac part warranty replacement needed and they got it done very quickly for me.This store slaps.
These guys are seriously amazing! I was locked out completely of my laptop since the software updated and didn’t catch my password. I was on the phone with Apple for 2 hours with no luck. I took my laptop down to Mac Media and they fixed it within a few minutes. Not only did it save me money but also labor cost. I’ll always continue to use them to service all my Apple products. Highly recommend and friendly service!
Had appt, got there and had this. Line out the door. Was past my appt obviously when I got to the counter, and the young girl there couldn’t have cared less about it. I tried sharing about having an appt and she moved on from the subject so fast she might as well told me to shut up. Nothing was done with my device except I was told it’s old and to just buy a new one as they are cheaper now. I’m so glad I made this drive today.
Glenn fixed my computer right away and went above and beyond to help. All of the staff provided great service
Quick fix for these experts. I was in with a dead laptop and 15 minutes later I was out with it working perfectly. They have a lifelong customer and I can speak for my business--we will only use MacMedia!
Came in and right away was helped and greeted with a warm welcome, my phone was dirty and needed a cleaning and they cleaned the phone so well it’s like it how it was out the box. 10/10 would defiantly come back with all my iPhone issues
Everyone who works here are really Awsome...my ipad pro had just the software updating issue wherein these guys explained in detail whereas in india I was told it was hardware issue..I really recommend this authorized apple store for any kind of repairs & I admire everyone for being honest in their work ethics and they charge only if it is an issue! Thank you guys for all the help.
Pretty rude over the phonecharge $90 to downgrade operating systems which is completely free at a real Apple store
Let’s just say useless. They claim to work on Apple product as one do their vendors, but for them to send you over to Apple store lol what a joke. Don’t waste your time just go straight to Apple store.1 star is because if you claim you specialize in Apple product repairs and that’s your main business and yet you refer the customer to the Apple store to get assistance!! You shouldn’t be open.
I purchased a new 13 MacBook Pro M series in late December. Almost 3 months later the touch bar liquid crystal display went out. I brought it in and was told that the charge to fix was $1,300 (slightly less than what I paid) even though it was under full warranty. They informed me that I must have damaged it or spilled something on it even though there was no evidence of this as its prestine and never happened. I set up an apple store genius appointment and they looked it over and said no problem took it in for repair problem solved. I explained to Apple my experience with MacMedia they said that was not only inappropriate but the repair even if my fault was $500, not $1,300.
Super great people, very friendly and helpful, and accommodated my timeline I needed for a quick turnaround. Got my laptop battery replaced and its working superbly well!! Thank you so much.
MacMedia is simply amazing! Trust them with your business, they care more than Apple does. So I had a MacBook Pro that had a battery issue and I guess it had a small crack in the glass basil which simply is a terrible design choice by Apple. With COVID-19, I had a mail in my laptop to Apple, which took weeks to get there. Apple then told me that because of that superficial crack in the bezel I had to pay an additional $600 before they could repair the battery. I argued with Apple for weeks and they could not do anything. So after waiting for weeks to get my laptop back from Apple, I took it Macmedia, they promptly took it in, got it the battery replacement from Apple within days and then repaired my laptop within days. They also were able to swing getting me a free battery so I only had to pay the $95 diagnostic fee which was hundreds of dollars less than what Apple was charging me. MacMedia left my laptop clean which Apple had left sticky residue from a sticker that ripped off during their failed repair. Macmedia was prompt to communicate with me, and knew what they were doing. I live in Santan Valley, and saying that I prefer to go there in Scottsdale to get my Apple products repaired means something.
My iPad Pro stopped charging after the 14.2 update. I took it to MacMedia after speaking to AppleCare. Informed that it would cost $500 to repair the iPad because it was three months out of warranty.NOTE: I will never purchase an Apple product again if it only lasts 15 months. I now have an $800 paper weight.
Skip this place and go to apple . Not wheelchair accessible. staff does not listen to customers. Had issue with AirPods, Apple sent us there during covid store closures. They just sent in AirPods and we get “referb” pair back on next trip .. same issue occurred.. they have no clue. When Apple opened up, we went to get support. Solved in less than 5 min. Now have to find way too get warranty transferred to refurb pair.Horrible experience at MacMedia.
Really easy iPhone screen repair process. Called ahead and was told they were accepting walk-ins, so drove over, and the process to drop everything off was fast, including getting everything coordinated with AppleCare. Repair was done in about two hours, and the screen is good as new. Definitely recommend checking this place out if youre in the Old Town Scottsdale area
I bought my ipad here back in september from Jacob and when I had a question today he responded quickly and kindly. Will always go to Macmedia for my apple needs. Better than anywhere else.
Was not all that impressed. Customer service or level of professionalism didn’t seem to be much of a concern.I was told to come in for servicing and when I arrived I was met with a stone face that greeted me By telling me, I was no longer able to receive service today and to come back? The reasoning told, “a phone glass repair takes up to 3 hours.” More like 8 minutes and that’s while chewing gum. Based off my inability to trust and feel comfortable spending my money here, I would choose another Apple retail or repair shop.
Amazing customer service and affordable pricing, they were able to resolve my issue quick and in a professional manner.
This was my first time at MacMedia and I will definitely be back! I did not realize you needed to book an appointment to see them, which was my own fault, but they were so accommodating and looked at my computer anyway. A simple fix of reconnecting a loose cable internally and I was on my way. They didnt even charge me! Great customer service!
Terrible service! Took IPhone to get repaired or replaced. Told me they had one in stock. They called me three hours later to say they didn’t have the right phone them changed the story again! Told me would take 5-7 business days for Apple to get me a new one. Called Apple they had had no contact from MAC media they hadn’t called as they said they had and mysteriously Apple could overnight me a phone. Will never go there. Taking advantage as the Apple store is closed. Even the lady at Apple suggested I never go there again as she has had many issues
What a waste of gas and time and gladly no money because they didn’t want to help me.
Booked an appointment with MacMedia via Apples Customer Service Reps to replace the battery on a 2016 MacBrook Pro. Apples Rep gave a reasonable quote, which is why I agreed to use a 3rd party vendor. Arrived at MacMedia only to be told the price for parts was more than 2x the entire Apple quote and did not include a fee for labor (which was also more than the entire Apple quote). MacMedias total repair estimate ended up being almost 50% of the cost of a new laptop! Worse, MacMedias Rep could not give an estimated date of completion and cautioned it may take longer than their own latest estimate. MacMedias Rep made no effort to work with me on timing or price and flatly refused to honor Apples quote. Very disappointed.
MacMedia is never a disappointmentThey’ve got fantastic techs who actually saved me money. Incredibly helpful.Always go back for a repair or new purchase.
Quick and friendly service. The weight of (there is one) is normally bc a person needs more personal help which they provide with great patients.
I went to pick up my Mac that was done getting repaired about 6 hours after I got a call from MacMedia, only to find out that they did not install the OS - the only thing they had to do. On top of that, made me wait an hour in the store and later asked me to come back the next day. I had to spend $45 extra on the travel and the only thing the employees did was tell me that there is nothing they can do.
Tip: make sure to make an appointment before you go!
I had been there a few years ago and had a phone screen replaces quickly and inexpensively. Today i took an iphone and a computer that has been running Slowly to see if they could help. They were nice but not upfront and so overpriced. They happily told me they could replace my iphone screen and wrote it up in his screen (that I couldn’t see) so therefore had no idea of cost. After he told me they has the screen and it would be 2-3 hrs he hands me an invoice that is for $169!! They had already turned my phone off, gotten my apple id etc etc. I was shocked but thought i had no choice at that point. (I did have a choice but it would have been uncomfortable to say something. That should NEVER happen. If you dont list prices you have to tell the customer up front. They did notThen we spoke about the computer which I only wanted to know if they could help it and what that would cost. Again I was asked for the sign in information etc i was told it likely needed a new 1 TB SSD and that would be $249 plus $150 labor plus a “seal” $20. But they would actually look at it and let me know. Then he hands me another invoice for $95! He has not said one word about this until I have it in front of me.I left feeling taken advantage of. They email (cant call me because they have my phone) that it will be $441 to fix.I went with my girlfriend to pick it up. With tax I paid $188 for the screen and they kept the $95 for looking at the computer for a few minutes. If i had been given any pricing information up front I would not have been out $378 for a phone screen today. Ill never go back.
Bad Place. Took my daughters laptop during college finals. They said it would be ready in 2 days. Not ready for over 5 days, after finals! Once laptop was taken back to dorm it wouldnt power on. Took it back and had to leave over winter break. Called a few days ago to ensure everything is good to go just to find out its not ready (after 3 weeks) and that they still need to order another part (which they mentioned was already replaced) for an additional $200 above the $600 they already charged! Now my daughter has start her next semester without a computer. No urgency at this place even though they claim to be the fastest. Truthfulness is not great either. Very disappointed.
Aaron was awesome in explaining everything! Highly recommend them.
Wasn’t aware of their Covid shutdown so I was irate about not having my computer that was supposed to be back by early part of the week. However, one of the owners called me and with the help of Apple, my Comp is on its way to Scottsdale, all fixed, and i am looking forward to picking it up early next week! Thank you for calming the situation down as of course, panic kicked in at not having the main computer for our operations.
Went in with my nieces accidental water damaged Macbook Pro. John Ethridge evaluated, diagnosed, cleaned, and dried her precious laptop. While the prognosis was poor, her computer is working again! He was professional, kind, thorough, and honest. I have brought repairs and projects to this Old Town Scottsdale location in the past, and always had similar positive outcomes and great service. I will continue to bring any of my electronic needs to this location! Thanks again John!
Rarely leave reviews but this place is awful. Needed my phone replaced and this is the only place in AZ besides Best Buy that’s Apple authorized (Apple currently closed due to covid). My local Best Buy didn’t have my phone in stock so I called MacMedia to make sure they had it in stock before I drove 45 minutes to get there.Got there and the kid behind the counter told me that I would need to leave my phone with them for 3 hours before they can give me the new one. Asked him why they would need to hang on to my old phone for 3 hours before giving me the new device and he says “that’s just how we operate.”Then he goes in the back to find the replacement phone, comes back up front, and tells me they actually don’t have my phone in stock. Doesn’t apologize and basically just tells me that sucks and to have a good day. Definitely avoid this place if you can.
Allow you to make appointments just to get there and see that they closed their store absolutely unacceptable
Amazing!! Would differently recommend it to anyone. I was having issues charging my phone and I thought that I would need to buy a new one, came here and they were able to get my phone charging again
John helped me out the other day, my iphone was broken and wasnt turning on. He was so awesome and helpful and got my phone fixed within 24 hours! Highly recommend. Fast repairs and even greater service!
The best place to go if you ever have a problem with your Mac. These guys really know what they’re doing and they been doing it a really long time and they’re awfully good at what they do. I don’t think there’s anything that I could come up with that they couldn’t solve. They always have great products to choose from and they really do help you out when you’re in a pinch. I’m very impressed with the people who own this place as well as the people who work here and will keep coming back as long as they stick around.
The staff was friendly but they were not helpful at all. They did not try to work with me to find a solution to servicing my phone. I would not come back for any repair service.
If you ever have a problem with your any of your Apple products then this is the place to come because these guys really know Macs and iPhones and everything that is Apple
Great place! Fixed my broken key fast and for free. Cool store...will be back to buy products from them.
This store was amazing. They were open when Apple closed for the pandemic and were extremely helpful, cordial and knowledgable. got us in-and-out much faster than Apple store will come here from now on
Brought my MacBook in for repair and was quoted 5 days for it to be finished. MacMedia had it completed in under a day. Will definitely use them again for any Apple repair needs.
Im new in to Scottsdale and my iPhone just ate it a few days ago and I had no idea where I was or what was wrong with the phone. I was able to find this place and CJ ( I believe was his name) stayed at the store even though they were about to close, to help me out. He was able to diagnose what was wrong after about 20 min, and I ended up buying a new phone from Apple since mine was shot entirely couldnt be salvaged. He even printed out directions to the Apple store for me since I had no clue where I was and had no access to my phone map. Overall really nice, helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely be going back for any issues with my phone or macbook, its good to have a reliable and local spot.
Seriously, lifesavers. Theyre swamped right now due to Apple being closed, but it was worth the wait for an appointment. I had a manufacturers defect on my 4-month-old phone, and within an hour, they attempted to fix it and then confirmed my warranty and issued a brand new identical phone at no cost. Thank you so much!
Love this place, John was extremely helpful in helping me fix my iPhone speaker. Ran a diagnostic on my iPhone 6S but nothing came up, then he took my phone in the back and cleaned out the speaker very well and after that my phone worked perfectly. I highly recommend MacMedia to anyone and their apple product needs. Thanks guys!
I called MacMedia in Scottsdale about replacing the battery on my Macbook Pro. They quoted me $400 to $600. Direct through Apple the highest price for this service is $200. When I mentioned Apples price the guy said Yeah but youll have to mail it in and wait because Apple stores are closed due to virus concerns. This leads me to believe that theyve either jacked up their prices due to Covid or they charge 2x to 3x the already high Apple price. So either way you look at it, this place is scummy and I wont be using them.
My mid 2012 mac book broke unexpectedly and I had to purchase a new one. My main concern was getting all of my stuff off my old mac to my new mac while optimizing storage. These guys were AMAZING! They told me exactly what I need to do with my new computer and old storage and even took the time to show me how to use my external hard drive. I highly recommend. They are knowledgeable and friendly.
I set up an appointment at this location after a bad experience at a different Apple service provider. My phone was repaired properly and at the time they promised so I’m happy with their service I received.
They are the best in everything. They have helped me thousands of times. I always go to them instead of Apple 😂 to buy Apple products.
Coming to MacMedia is always a positive experience. The staff is so knowledgeableand helpful. They take the time to explain how to repairyour computer & they fix your problem, if itis possible, while you wait.John was nice enough to solve my problemand carry my MAC monitor out to my car.You just can’t ask for better service than MacMedia!
They won’t order an iPhone screen even if I pay for it. They’re telling me I have to leave my phone with them for 5 days or they won’t do the repair. What a joke of a business.
My experience with MacMedia was a shining example of an organization that goes way above and beyond expectations. The laptop I took to the store needed a new keyboard and to begin with, it looked like the work would cost around $750. A member of the MacMedia team took it upon herself to dismantle the laptop and give it a thorough cleaning. This was done with no additional instruction from me. The newly cleaned laptop was then sent to the manufacturer, who agreed to replace the keyboard for free because the laptop was in good enough condition to be covered by the warranty. I was not charged for any part of this service. I couldnt believe it when the store called and said I could have my perfectly functioning laptop back, with no bill to pay. I cant recall ever being treated as nicely as this by any organization in the past. Heartwarming stuff!!
Just moved to there area and happened to break my iPhone within the first week. These guys have been SO helpful! They helped me sort out my insurance issues and helped me transfer contacts effortlessly. Great guys and gals over there!!
Love this place. Spencer the manager is awesome. And they have the brightest techs in store i have ever met. Anyone in the area should definitely come here for all your apple needs!!
People there were rude, price gouged, and could not answer a straight question. Will never go back.
Walked in on a Saturday and was helped super quickly! I needed my early 2011 MacBook Pro looked at. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely come back!
Nice store with very friendly and helpful employees. I came in for a warranty repair and ended up buying some hard to find accessories for my MacBook that I’ve only previously seen online.Very happy with the product selection, prices, and customer service received here. Definitely a nice alternative to the long lines at the official Apple stores!
The employees are honest, super helpful and had a much quicker turn around time for all things Apple then a traditional apple store or other authorized stores. I will continue to use them for all of my Apple product needs and will refer my friends, family and colleagues to them as well. Thanks Mac Media!
Not helpful, I had an appointment and they advised me they had to run further tests. MacMedia stated I had to leave my phone for 1-2 DAYS. I called Apple support and made an appointment for the actual store who could help me in a few hours. dont waste your time
Recommended Apple repair/advice. Dedicated staff. Prices average compared to bigger stores, my friends told me about the comprehensive repair work, not cheap but quality long lasting refurbishing, Apple Store claimed these are the only repair people theyre officially allowed to steer the piblic to.
CJ and the team at MacMedia are brilliant! Every time I have an issue with my computer, iPhone or iPad they figure it out. They take the time to resolve every issue big or small and do it with simple instruction and kindness.
Macmedia of Scottsdale is by far the best service center in the valley. With the expertise of their staff along with the turnaround, they are regarded as the best on Apple products. I have been there a few times with defects from Apple and these guys turn it around ASAP. Location is great, hours are good, a favorite. Make sure to see their staff and not wait in a line at apple. Online booking, very nice store, and super smart and expert staff. GO TO MACMEDIA.
Great work. Refubished and upgraded my mac at a very affordable price. Super fast turn around as well. Got mine back same day.
Waste of my time. Apple support sends me to them for a manufacturer covered defect for replacement of iPhone camera.”, with an appointment and they won’t touch the phone due to it being a refurbished unit, not apologetic whatsoever. I’ve never had bad service from any apple store ever until today wasted a good 2 hours of my day for nothing
Easy to find, get in, and get out. Employees are kind and straightforward, not overly aggressive with sales pitches. Young children will love the exotic fish tank. 🐠
These guys are great. They have diagnosed my 2011 macbook pro over the phone and free of charge twice. One of the issues Apple apparently covered (despite not being under warranty or applecare), so they fixed it completely free of charge! Can trust them to get a proper and painless diagnosis regardless of how you want to solve the problem
Got me in and replaced the screen on my work IPhone pretty quick. I love the area. Friendly guys. Love that the warranty is not void.
My 2014 MacBook Pro stopped booting up, couldn’t find a hard drive anymore, so I went to MacMedia. 20 minutes later, my computer is booting fine, and the diagnostic tools are all green lights!Sometimes you need a pro to remind you how quick a problem can be solved.Amazing customer service and I highly recommend them for any Apple products issues.
I setup an appointment with MacMedia through the Apple website to repair a fully working, but cracked screen iPhone 6. After scheduling, I called them to confirm the appointment and to get a price. The guy on the phone was very nice and went through the specs of my phone with me, he even suggested to come in early since their appointment times werent a big concern. As you can imagine, this was nice to hear. I got there right when they opened as the associate suggested to drop my phone off for repair, the associate checked me in and told me that the repair would take 2 hours after they told me it was usually done in an hour the day before. Fast forward to me picking up my phone two hours later, I come back to find out that the repair didnt happen because one of their replacement parts was bad and they didnt have a spare part. They told me that they had no way of contacting me, yet they had my email the entire time. The associates answer was to come back when they had the part or to Go to an Apple Store. After losing an entire morning, I didnt want to come back and left the store, only to realize that my phone was now flashing gray and black distortion lines like a bad TV. I went back to the store and asked for a manager, a technician came out and said they could put a white screen on my Space Gray phone within 30 minutes. They did the repair and the phone works, but Im mostly upset that it took me coming back into the store for them to even offer this solution. Also, it would have been easy for them to email me to tell me they didnt have the part. All of this could have been a non-issue if they took the time to communicate and offer some simple customer service. They also charged me full price after wasting an entire morning. This will be the last time I use a non-apple store for things like this, its just not worth it.
Unprofessional and rude.Paid for data back up, kept making excuses for 4 days.
Very reasonably priced labor and quick turnaround. The staff was professional and courteous.
These guys are the best! I should have given them a great review last year, when they breathed new life into my old Mac, but waited until today when two short phone calls saved me from a world of despair. I will always buy my Apple stuff here.
I took my iPhone 7+ to get the glass replaced. The screen was working then but they declined to do the repair because of water damage and after returning the phone to me the screen doesn’t work! Would definitely not recommend!!!
Great experience - quick and everything explained well.
Amazing service! I slammed my car trunk door on my iphone and thought it wasnt salvageable but they saved it! On top of that they had it looking brand new in the same day! Better price than going through my phone company too, even with insurance. Thank you Spencer for all the help =)!
Ive taken my vintage desktop Mac here several times over the years. I would highly recommend this business. They do everything to accurately diagnose the problem, and give you several options for the next course of action, pros/cons/cost. You wont find another business the even slightly compares to MacMedia for service for your Apple products.
I had a huge, confusing problem with three Apple devices and three different email providers - Google, Cox and ASU. I previously spent a couple of hundred dollars with an expert whose work did not seem to solve my problem.I went to MacMedia and the fellow at the counter solved it in 20 minutes for which he did not charge me. I do think I should have paid but whatever. It was incredibly nice and I will always go here in the future.
The staff was awesome! They saved my data when I thought it was hopeless. They have a customer for life. Thank you MacMedia!!!
Bought a refurbished 15 inch Macbook from them, was promised it would work like new and guess what? the left speaker doesnt even work. Extremely disappointed.
These guys really know what theyre doing. Theyre very helpful and knowledgeable.
CPR - THE Iphone Repair facility!Dropped Iphone 7 in pool. They are water resistant. Put it inn a bag of rice for repair. Urban Legend. Rice dont work.Phone powered on fine but the rice stuck in the charging port. Guess who tried to fix it? Me.Guess who finally fixed it right? CPRSave time, money and rice. You can take all the credit.Thank You CPR
Totally painless and accommodating experience with a logic board replacement under warranty. Super helpful and quick!
Very knowledgeable, helpful employees. They can answer all your Mac equipment.
You cannot go wrong here. They are knowledgable and friendly. Whether youre in the area or not, its worth the trip for the personal service you get from a small business. Support local small businesses!
Terrible experience. Went in with a laptop needing repair. The associate whose name I cannot remember, was very short with me about my entire issue and actually further contributed to the damage of the machine by pressing down, applying pressure to the crack on the screen. Afterwards they gave me a invoice for 600$ to repair my issue, but when I took to the apple store it was cheaper. I dont recommend going here, Go to the apple store, they are much nicer and smarter. I dont understand why this company is even apple certified.
Louis, was an exceptional help with great knowledge and customer service.
Friendly service.
Way better than the Apple store! No wait time and they do everything apple does and then some!
Great customer service. Spencer is sharp. Always helpful. Highly recommend.
Spencer absolutely saved the day. I was having trouble with my MacBook and he got it back to working order quickly. When your tech stops working and you have no idea what’s going on, it can be really frustrating but I’m so glad I stopped by MacMedia.
