They messed up.Told me itd be fixed once the money clears.I instantly fixed my side.Then they told me that because I messed up Id have to wait a period of 14 days.Employee could care less that manager said to skip that period.Manager never called me back.Deleted my account.Scumbags and scam artists.

Hypur canceled my account because of a failed transaction that was no fault of my own. It is literally killing me to not have meds and i dont expect to be around much longer as a result. This in mind theyre still the best delivery payment middleman in utah and the service is a great. Jon carter is the man. Theyre the only company id go with regardless of the situation. Grade A company.

Attempted to sign up 3x finally called customer support. The rep debated with me about the accuracy of MY information. Then communicated that they couldnt see why the information couldnt be verified. Followed up, and my ticket was entered on 5/21 but I was not informed via call not email. Inquiry to when I would receive a response was met with a poor attitude and the rep was defensive. So, I will not be signing up nor purchasing from any vendor that uses this service.

Works great for dispensaries that participate. Not all the places I go to use hypur. You just need to be sure of your bank account balance before you go to use hypur.

Used this for another company as a cash free payment. Went through DAYS later I spent a dollar to much got over drawn and charged 35$. Just dont use there systems
