When I first started working with Derek, Felica and Becky my interest rate on my jeep was at 10% I wanna say by the time I finished with them I was able to re finance my jeep to a 4% interest rate. As a top producing lender for over 20 years I have tried and tested many credit companies with minimal to no success. Derrick and Credit Absolute are in my opinion the first and only call to make. Paid full price for their credit repair services but never had a regular monthly meeting to ensure correct steps were taken. After complaining several times thats I was never helped, Derik the owner offered to manage my account personally - and I had the same lack of responsiveness. He then offered to refund my upfront cost and continue to provide me the credit repair service as long as I kept his monthly fees paid so he could check my credit progress. Still never got contacted from him or anyone at his team after that point. When I went to the website to cancel the monthly $17 charge I found there is nowhere to cancel the services. I requested Derik cancel it for me and he told me I had to call customer service.Overall I had a extremely poor experience with someone whos local business I wanted to support. After countless opportunities to make things right - Credit Absolute has shown me that they do not value my business and I would not reccomend them.

I want to yell from the mountain tops about how great I feel now that Credit Absolute cleaned up my credit reports. My numbers jumped over 60 in the first round of letters that were sent to the credit bureaus. I worked very hard over the past 6 years to re-rehabilitate my credit after years of medical crises wiped me out. For some reason my score was not reflecting my hard work. Thank you Derick!
