Mojo Globals support system is as good as it gets. Their products are excellent, but without good support, they wouldnt be nearly as useful.Mae has been my go to person at support and she has always been friendly and extremely helpful. All my questions were handled quickly and always to my satisfaction.

I signed up for the Best Year Yet program and it is very different from other programs which I have bought over the years. The training was excellent, there is a live Facebook group, and the customer service was excellent. I am highly impressed with Mojo Global and this program.

Really havent had a need for support other than one issue which was handled quickly. Ive been doing business on the internet for over 20 years and there can be nothing more frustrating than poor service. Im very picky about reviews so way to go Mojo.
Just had a great customer service interaction with Gladys. Cant say yet that this software will work for me as I havent used it yet and the Powerpack sales letters do not fit my business model however, Gladys answered all questions asked quickly and professionally. Good to know that chat button is there with someone who can help while I try out this software.

I had a problem with Malwarebytes on my computer allowing me to download a purchased part of software.Fortunately, Catherine Lua in customer service was assigned to help me. She was very knowledgeable and corrected the source of the problem very quickly, and then took the time to make sure I understood how to use it.I would highly recommend her for ability to immediately and patiently get to the rood of a problem and resolve it as quickly as possible. I scheduled a support session with George for Friday. Thursday I called his number thinking I was supposed to be on at that time. A pleasant lady answered and said she would have George contact me. George did contact me through email to remind me that our meeting was for Friday😲😕. Of course by then I had realized what the day was and apologized for being impatient. Ultimately the actual support session went great. George was very patient and willing to help me to understand whatever questions or concerns that I had. Great job!!! The support staff is superb! They are so helpful in getting my program running again. I like the idea of the program, but for some reason it seems to shut down on me too often. I have tripled my connections and look forward to nurturing my ideal niche through the contact system, but I have not made any sells as of yet.

My software wasnt running smoothly, it turned out to be a conflict with one of my other extensions, but Catherine and the team were relentless in figuring out what was going wrong until we finally got it figured out. I joined the Certified Social Lead Consultant program very recently. The software and training is 1st class but had had to quit due to not having enough resources for my business. They went against their policy and offer to refund me my 1st payment with prompt customer service. They have an excellent Done-for-You Leads program which I highly recommend. Whenever I had a problem, they tried to sort it out as quickly as possible. Go Mojo!!
