This auto-mechanic shop is simply the best! Ive been going there for some time but most recently when I didnt know what happened to my car and they advised me I was a victim of a stolen catalytic converter, you could imagine that sent me into shock and disbelief. They were amazing on how they took care of so much for me, set me up with a rental when I needed it, and kept me informed with all the details and most of all was able to complete the repairs sooner than I expected. They are honest, professional, reliable, communicative, and friendly. The manager, Robert, and staff are great, I highly recommend them!

These guys are the opposite of everything people hate about mechanics. Not only did they squeeze us in, but they didnt charge us because it was such a simple fix. (The Dealer was going to charge a minimum of 1 hour and wouldnt guarantee that they wouldnt break something doing the fix without charging us for any parts they might break.) We insisted Rorys charge us, but they refused. When was the last time a service vendor did that, let alone anything to do with your car. So we will be back when we need anything else done.

Very friendly and homely staff. Prices are cheaper here than most auto body shops and they do a good job! Ive had to bring my car in a couple times and one time I had an issue with my car and I had to take it back in about two times but they didnt charge for the second time which was nice. Give them a chance and I promise you will not regret it or talk to the staff and Im sure they can help you!

These guys are cordial and respectful first off, they are very accommodating getting you in for a repair in the midst of being busy with other repairs themselves. I usually perform my own repairs on my vehicles, but when I do not have the time or it is beyond my scope of knowledge, this is where I take my cars because they are honest and they dont try and sell you more than your there for. That is hard to find in an auto shop. I highly recommend this repair shop.

They are honest, friendly, and explain my car issues in a comprehensive manner without any sort of condescension. I’ve experienced that a lot at other places. I really lucked out finding a mechanic who works so diligently to ensure I leave satisfied with the service and safety of my vehicle. I just feel like I am treated as person here and not a clueless female.

Fantastic serviceHelped save me a ton of money on my ‘98 Lexus wheel bearing replacement. I was able to do most of the work myself and bring them a steering knuckle which they serviced for $50 with parts i got online. Great honest guys and my car drives like new.

I called Rorys Airpark Autotek in regards to my 2017 Toyota Tacoma. As I was talking to one of the workers at the shop, I stated that I was losing coolant. There were no signs of spills or any leaking of coolant onto the ground, therefore I believed at the time that it was either my oil cooler, water pump, or a blown head gasket. The gentleman who I talked to told me to bring the truck in and we will test to see if your cooling system is leaking, so then the following day I had dropped off my Tacoma at their shop.A few days later I received a call regarding my coolant issue, the individual stated that they drained the oil, and a gallon of coolant was mixed into the oil. They diagnosed my truck and said that I had a rod knock and my bearings are destroyed at this point, they went ahead and quoted me $12,000 for a new engine, radiator, hoses, and including labor. I was shocked when I was told about this, a few days later I picked up my Tacoma and parked it in my driveway to figure out how I am going to acquire this large amount of money to fix my truck.When I told my father about this, he was baffled. He was confused with Airpark Autoteks diagnostic because he believed that they were trying to take advantage of me. My father referred me to a mechanic that he has been going to for over 10 years, he called ahead and the owner had me bring my truck in the next day. The next day the owner called me and said that my water pump is leaking, he had ordered the part from the dealership and will install the new one when it arrives. He went ahead and had my cooling system flushed out, when the owner installed the new water pump, he kept my truck for 2 days so that he could keep an eye on the coolant level.A month later, here I am typing this review. Thanks to my fathers mechanic who was honest to me, my coolant issue has been fixed. The mechanic who did the work on my truck stated that there was no rod knock and that the cooling system is working properly. This made me realize how dishonest Rorys Airpark Autotek was to me and if I allowed them to do the work on my truck, they would have scammed me into $12,000...

I am new to the area and was referred to Rory’s. I don’t think I will ever go anywhere else. From the initial call, being able to drop it off at my convenience and the incredible customer service and quick turn around. It would be a long story for me to explain everything but trust me, it is practically impossible to find someone to work on my car that I can trust to not screw me over as a younger woman. I am SO glad I found them.

I could not be any happier with my experience here. Recently moved here from Chicago area and needed quite the tune up and repairs done to my car! I struggled where to take it due to not being familiar with the area and finding a place I could trust. Rory’s was recommended by a patient of mine so I went with it and so thankful I did. They were incredible from the very first phone call. They listened to what I thought I needed done to my car and then I asked for a ballpark price, while I was very aware there could be way more wrong they still did as I asked giving me no hassle. Took my car in that day, they allowed me to leave it there over the weekend due to my work schedule, reassuring me they will get everything figured out and call at the time I requested on Monday for price of what all needed to be repaired and they did. They literally catered to me for the entire process. I got my car back the same day of all the repairs (Monday), it was exactly what they quoted me over the phone even though they did way more work then initially expected from my first phone call annnnnd they changed my turn signal bulb for free. Sounds silly and simple but that would have been an easy additional charge and labor fee anywhere else and they did it and didn’t even mention it so when I got it in my car and took off I had this awesome bonus! Every single employee I dealt with was so kind and it earned them a new long term customer. They made me feel so comfortable and at ease and now I can no longer worry about where to go when all goes wrong with my car. I highly recommend Rory’s if you’re looking for an honest/trustworthy and accommodating staff with no extra bs fees! I could go on forever about my experience and how pleased I was! I brought my car in here for an alignment after getting new tires after Discount Tire recommending this place. They checked my alignment and the results showed my alignment was right inside (or just outside) the specified range. Instead of doing it and charging me for an alignment for values barely out of tolerance they were honest and told me the alignment would have no effect. Very honest and respectable, Ill be back for sure.

They did a lot of work on my car. My air was out and car was not running right. Now it’s awesomely cold air and didn’t go in to debt fixing my car. About half the price of going to the Honda shop. Great customer service aswell. Thanks guys!

He always takes the time to explain to me in detail what is wrong with our vehicles. He is personable and knowledgeable. As long as Jon is there we will be bringing our work trucks to this shop!

Ive been a customer here for 3-4 years now and will never go anywhere else. They do quality work everytime and never try to take advantage of the customer with extra, unnecessary repairs. Jon has great communication skills and tries to get you the best possible deal on parts/labor. Even myself with two less than desirable cars. I will continue to refer anybody I can to this shop. Dont waste your time and more importantly your money with anybody else.

I go to Rory’s airpark autotek whenever my 2002 Toyota has an issue. They are always extremely friendly and helpful and they never screw me over (I know because estimates at other shops are almost always twice what Rory’s quotes). Robert especially goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. He helps prioritize what absolutely needs to be fixed and what can wait as well as look for used parts because he knows I’m on a budget. This place will treat you like family. These guys are great. They know their stuff and they try to help you make the decision that best fits your needs and your budget when possible. Rory even drove to our house when our starter went out, to help us try to start our car rather than have it towed over.

I learned that my front wheels were out of alignment while getting a basic tire rotation at discount tire. They recommended I go to Rorys Airpark Autotek to get a free assessment on my alignment.It turned out that I was out of alignment. Jon and Rory gave me a break down of what an alignment is and how it correlates to your driving. They also were so truthful and honest about the real facts and the short cuts that some auto shops take while doing alignments. Rory explained perfectly they do everything the right way the first time and make it count.I just really appreciate the honesty because most people dont know anything about cars and it was refreshing to see an auto shop thats not out to take advantage of people.Thanks again guys, Ill be referring and be back in the future for my auto needs.

Hard to find at first, but worth the hunt. They guys at the counter were grate. They squeezed me in even with out an appointment and got me squared away faster than the quoted wait time. The work preformed was grate and was explained in detail.

Charged me $2900 to fix my vehicle, and left the shop with a new problem that I didn’t have before I went in there . Took it back, lifted up my hood and in less then 5 mins said “should be fine.”It “should be?” No, considering I didn’t have this problem before, they need to tell me IT WILL be fine, and if it won’t, you can fix it for free .Or I’ll put my money to better use, and we can get third parties involved.

Very honest shop and I love the fact that they work on some nice high end cars and still work on a normal car like mine. They are very reasonable price wise, I trust my car here for any repair.
