This is by far the most professional and honest automotive repair shop I have ever experienced in my lifetime since my first car! Just moved here from Chicago only to discover my 2009 Muranos AC could not handle the 100+ heat! Marshalls diagnosed that the ac service port valves had failed ($30.00), and replaced the and filled the system. A less honest company would have charged me for a compressor and raked me over the coals! Marshalls will ALWAYS get my business!

Terrible overpriced service. Was giving some generic answer for an ac problem and they wanted to replace a ton of unnecessary parts. Avoid this placeUpdate: I took my truck to a different shop near by and they were able to replace the entire AC system for almost $1,000 less. Not sure where the huge difference in price came from but I’m certainly happy I decided to not let Marshall’s fix my AC.

Marshalls is the only auto repair shop I will ever use for my 2009 Nissan Murano. AC had a leak that they diagnosed and repaired in about 5 hours. Service is exceptional at Marshalls. If your vehicle is out of warranty with the manufacturer then take it for service at Marshalls in Scottsdale AZ!

Certainly honest, and do good work, which is really most important. They could do better with listening, communication, and setting expectations in order to help the customer know what to expect during their experience. From the time the customer calls, they should feel welcome, not rushed, and should be given information about what to expect about everything from cost of the services, how communication about changes will happen, to whether or not theres coffee while you wait. This is especially true for new customers.

These guys are AMAZING. Not your typical untrustworthy mechanics.

Excellent shop in Scottsdale!Had a small emergency with my belts on a 2005 Subaru Legacy with 260k miles. They were able to get me in on the same day, get the part the same day (for a 15 year old car) and get everything repaired.Price was reasonable? Dont have much of a reference point.But the service was excellent. I had a check engine light come on a couple days later and they and cleared the codes for me for free.Got my car back to Portland from Phoenix the next week, easy peasy!Save yourself the hassle and get your work done at Marshalls!

Called for an appointment and was told they couldnt fit me in for several days and couldnt give me a rough price estimate over the phone. Which I can understand. Drove over to a mechanic behind Discoúnt Tire on Scottsdale and Oak and he inspected the vehicle and quoted me a price. I am having the work done there on Jan. 3rd.

I have my current and last 2 previous vehicles serviced at Marshalls. I also have referred them to my friends for vehicle repairs as well. Originally, I was referred by my friend whos family had used them since they opened and never had any issues.I can agree they do a through assessment and repair only what is needed. They also make recommendations but do not pressure to schedule work to be done.Everyone there is friendly and courteous and you get to talk to the individuals that work on your vehicle direct, instead of through another. They are always open to questions and give excellent answers to both the novice and experienced home mechanic.I would not take my vehicle anywhere else because I know it will be fixed and done right the first time - every time.

Marshalls has been one of my favorite shops to get work done over the past 8 years. I moved a bit further away and dont make it down there very often. Still they are above board and many you a better informed customer. I cant praise them enough.

Chapman Ford is always super kind to me! I had a blower motor for my ac installed elsewhere, they crushed the break sensor! I was given a no charge Courtesy Vehicle for a couple of days. They are amazing, thorough, clean and polite. As a single senior, I recommend them highly!

Everyone here is great, but Logan really went above and beyond to help my son out with his car. He was honest, fair, and expedient. On top of that he took the proper Covid 19 safety precautions! We will request Logan in the future for all of our family car needs.

Had our vehicle for five days. Didnt fix the problem and the vehicle came out with a problem it didnt have before. Very complicated to explain. Also vehicle came out with 3000 miles on it, it didnt have when it went in. Was told by Patrick they must have put in the wrong mileage to begin with. So make sure you check to see if the mileage on your vehicle matches what is in your invoice going in. Trusted this shop too much because they had a good rating. After 5 days of getting nowhere said that we would take it to another garage. Also they had 3 mechanics work on it should have only been one. Too many cooks spoil the broth so to speak. I dont know how much longer they would have kept the vehicle without finding what the problem was. The only problem was that the engine light was on, but we were not having any problems with the vehicle before we took it in . It came out jugging and hesitating.Very disappointed. Seems like most people have had ok experiences with them...just hope u dont have the terrible experience we did. I gave one star but I dont think they even deserve that unfortunately.

I could let the rest of their Google reviews speak for themselves, but I wont.My story starts with the fuel pump going out on my Ford Focus a month ago. I have a AAA membership, so I called them up to have them tow my car. I was initially going to have them tow it to my local Ford dealership, but the tow-man convinced me to let him take it to the nearest AAA auto repair shop. Since my car was being towed by AAA, they offered a discount on the diagnosis, and 15% off of the labor cost.AAA called me the next day with a quote of $1,100 to replace the fuel pump, which seemed a bit high to me. I had recently heard some good reviews on Marshalls Service Center from some family members, so I decided to give them a call. I worked with Patrick over the phone and he took a lot of time with me to figure out if it was worth towing my car again over to their shop.Patrick gave me a quote of $550-$600 to replace my fuel pump, which I was surprised by since my quote from AAA was so high. He was also a bit flabbergasted by the high quote they gave me, and he expressed concern that maybe I wasnt providing him with all the necessary information. He told me exactly what else he needed to know to make sure he had an accurate quote for me. I called AAA back, asked some more questions that Patrick told me to ask, called Patrick back, and he said that his quote was good.I immediately towed my car from AAA over to Marshalls, they fixed it up for $550, and its been running like a champ ever since.I will be taking this car, and future cars, to this shop for the unforeseeable future. This is the type of auto repair shop that you are excited to tell people about when they have car issues because you know theyre in good hands.

We had both our car and truck serviced. I had been told that our car needed new brake pads when it was serviced 6 months. ago. We were not going to be driving the car for about 6 months so arranged to have it done when we got back. Marshalls has been very fair with us. They set up a time to work on your vehicle. They call and tell you what needs to be done. Then they ask if you can be without the vehicle, give you an estimate and call you the next day when its done. Since we have two vehicles, it works out for us. I am sure they can arrange same day service too. We really appreciate their service.

My car randomly broke down in a middle of an intersection on a Saturday around while in Scottsdale from out of town. While I was waiting for a tow truck I was trying to find a place that was not only OPEN on a Saturday but was nearby and reputable. Leo got me in right away and went above and beyond to diagnose and repair my vehicle same day before they closed for the weekend. Leo gave me the opportunity to try a few possible simple fix options before he charged for a diagnostic and was very thorough and knowledgeable in explaining what the issues were and how they were resolved. I am grateful that I am able to travel as scheduled and dont have to make other arrangements to get back home. I highly recommend Marshalls Service Center for fair pricing, great service and great people.

Wonderful, honest shop with friendly people. I was told by another shop that I needed approx. $2k in repairs or else parts would be falling out of my car. I asked Marshalls to have a look and give a second opinion, while the components were worn they were able to assure me that nothing would be falling out and that I should just keep an eye on things.As a recent transplant to Scottsdale from the East Coast I am so glad that I found such a good, local, honest shop. I will definitely be coming back for all my car needs in the future.

Very pleased with my first visit. Staff is friendly with good customer/people skills which can be hard to find at car shops. Came in for an oil change. They let me know what I’d want to consider getting replaced, showed me, but didn’t pressure me like most places. I will be back to get some more work done in the next couple months.Definitely make your appt ahead of time. They are very busy and hard to get into last minute.

Took great care of me and my Mini Cooper. Replaced my front brakes and reset my sensors when they popped on a week later at no charge. Now that Im outside my warranty, its nice to have a reliable repair and maintenance shop close to home. Ive already recommended this shop to other mini owners to come and get their routine service done.

This place is amazing! Not only because everyone was beyond kind, but because they were honest! Last place I went I was told I would have to spend $600 for my brakes to be done and that I was over due, well I was walked out to my car at Marshalls and they physically pointed out that I have 80% of my brake pads left. I found the one and only auto service for me now!

Wish I had come here years ago! Ive been taking both of my vehicles to another shop in Old Town and they could never seem to get the job done right in one visit. After another disappointing experience at that shop I started my search for a new one. Based on the reviews and close proximity to where I live and work I decided to give Marshalls a try.Wow! From the first phone call to dropping off my car for them to work on, everything was beyond expectation! They are so thorough and take the time to explain things and are happy to answer any questions. They exceeded the time frame they provided for saying when they would have the work completed and the total cost was less than what they originally quoted.Marshalls has a new customer and Ill be taking both my vehicles to these guys for now on!

Whether I need a roadside service tow to drop my vehicle off because it wouldnt start after going to the grocery store or I just need an oil change, these guys are always my go-to. Saturday my battery died. I had my car jumped and brought it to marshalls. They were very busy yet found the time to replace my battery. That meant alot to me as I was worried how I would get to work Monday morning.

Ive taken all my cars to Marshalls from the day they are out of dealer warranty though the day I buy a new car. I have always been completely satisfied with the service. The cheerful, friendly manner Ive always been greeted with is just a nice bonus.Ever wonder if there is nothing wrong with your car what it will cost? My brakes were making a terrible racket so I dropped the Truck off to get them fixed. I received a call a couple of hours later telling my my Truck was done and there was no charge. A pebble had got into one of the breaks and was making all the noise and that I still had several thousand miles to go before they needed any work.Most of the time work needs to be done and every time its been done correctly and at a good honest price I recommend Marshalls to anyone needed service, including my own daughter!

Ive been going to Marshalls for about the last 10 years with all my cars and trucks. I had an emergency along the way and was referred to an alternate shop by a friend of a friend....BIG MISTAKE. The other shop took me for about $2K before I returned to Marshalls. Marshalls diagnosed my problem as being a diesel injector issue and referred my business to Strictly Diesel up in Deer Valley...yep, all the way up in Deer Valley. Because I trust Marshalls implicitly, I headed up to Deer Valley where Strictly Diesel effected a long term repair. Marshalls ALWAYS does the right thing whether theyve got the expertise, or not. I recommend them highly and you never have to worried about being taken to the cleaners!...real ethical bunch of folks at Marshalls Service Center.

I went to Marshalls to have my brakes checked. I was sure there was something wrong with my vehicle. They spent almost an hour checking it out and couldnt find anything. They didnt charge me for this service even though I sent them back again to look for something else when they told me the brakes were good. I recently bought this vehicle and was sure it was a lemon. Marshalls could have agreed with me and had me spending money needlessly but they are honest. I recommend them and will use them in future.
