Great experience - we have purchased two used vehicles from them within the last year. The first was an older Toyota Avalon and just last month an L-Certified RX 350. This Lexus dealership is Amazing!!! I shipped my 2020 Lexus IS from WA to Scottsdale. I had to schedule maintenance and repairs. Most service departments are horrible to deal with, and all WA based ones are and I’ve owned Porsches before. But this one is by far above bar when it comes to scheduling and customer care. They treat you like a VIP, they are cordial and professional, even the phone scheduler. Upon arrival they check you in and have a friendly greeter then review and answer questions you may have on your service. Scott was my first service manager and he was awesome!! I then walked into the expansive lobby and to the refreshment counter. I was expecting maybe a soda machine. But they have a full on Cafe and barista onsite. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and latte. Then located a cubicle to begin work. I was expecting to grab my food BUT the nice lady actually brought it to me. I was so happily surprised - they all go above and beyond. I was planning to trade my Lexus for a Porsche but will be keeping it and buy more cars, just because of the dealership’s service department. Now this is what all North American luxury car dealerships should model themselves after. 10 stars is more appropriate.

I live in Utah and I have 2 Lexus vehicles. I needed a part for one of them and nobody in Utah had it and that is when I found Bell North. These guys at the parts counter are freaking awesome! So helpful and knowledgeable. For the past 2 years now I order all my parts from them and have them shipped to my door. On July 4th, I bought a 2005 RX from Bell Lexus North. The car was in excellent mechanical, and cosmetic condition. This is my first RX, & I wish I would have bought one 3 years ago when I started driving back and forth to Denver for business. I love the RX, its easy for me to get in and out of, easy for me to load & unload my golf clubs, or my marketing supplies.It has a nice quiet cabin, smooth ride. I drove to San diego, and listened to my Mandarin language CDs while cruising at 72 mph on the interstate. The RX had very little wind/road noise, so I was able to focus on my language practice.Kevin Rodriguez was my sales consultant, hes very knowledgeable about Lexus vehicles, he knows what hes talking about, & I could see that his focus was to help me, not himself. (A refreshing difference in client service at an auto - dealership). If I had a question regarding details of the RX, he would answer them. If he didnt know, he would find out, and then give me an answer. I had the same experience with the finance manager. No pressure, direct answers, all details are fully disclosed.Kevin & I reviewed the Carfax report in detail, and he willingly disclosed the minor imperfections about the car. So at the end of the day, and after driving it now for about 2 weeks, no surprises!
