I met Gabe through a networking group where I spent time getting to know him. I had my coverage with Geico and an agency I didnt really have a relationship but Gabe said I had good coverage and it was well priced best to leave it where it is. OK, well one night while driving I inadvertently hit the side of a car in the next lane at 45 mph that lead to another car being hit with all three cars having been damaged. my steering was shot but I managed to pull into a circle k with the other two cars and fortunately no one was hurt. I was pretty shook up and shaky though, when one of the drivers began berating me because I was having trouble finding my information. Knowing I wouldnt get much sympathy or real advice from an automated system with Geico, my first call was to Gabe. It was 9:30pm on a Thursday and he answered my call. Knowing he wasnt my agent but caring about my well being he listened to what happened and talked me through what to do to and what to say to make sure I would have my best outcome in conveying information to the police for the report and my insurance company. Gabes advice was extremely helpful to say the least and helped me to deal with a difficult situation that could have been seriously worse like being cited for reckless driving. Gabe picked up the phone when I needed him even though I wasnt a client and did all that. Gabes that kind of man, so I made him take over my policies soon after because having Gabe on my side in a situation like the one I was in was priceless and something I will never go without again.
