Jeremy you need to train your “manager Lisa” a lot better she’s sorry AF if there’s a issue she’s quick to tell you to go to another company when in fact she shouldn’t be losing a customer she should try everything to keep a customer because word of mouth gets around very quickly. Lisa Miller (tuuuh) I seen her “review” how “she cares about the customers and how they get to know the customers and how they save them money but when I addressed that with her she made it very clear how I didn’t have nothing on my policy how I had bare minimum insurance the lowest of the low. I just wanted to put out a real review instead of these fake ones that was out on here
