Misty is great. She definitely does not fit the stereotype like many of her colleagues. I’ve had more communication initiated by her in 5 months than I have had with my prior agents spanning 30+ years. She feels more like a friend who cares about you by checking in periodically. She also makes sure you are taken care of by giving you information so you could make the best decision for yourself and your family.

After 19 years of owning a home this year I finally had to file a claim I had water damage due to a pipe break,Upon researching my policy, which I had purchased from a different agency years ago, I found that my coverage was incorrect for the condo. I was very worried to say the least.Misty and the Processor came to my rescue, they investigated the error in my policy and got it corrected, keeping me informed every step of the way! I do not have one particular event to recall where Allstate has been more than exemplary because ALL of them have been amazing!! When I call, I speak to a representative who is extremely helpful! If, by chance I get their voicemail, I have ALWAYS received a call back within 2 hours. Martina, who is usually the rep that I speak with, is ALWAYS very helpful in terms of making sure Im saving as much as I can - I even get a check for being a safe driver!! Its not a big cheque by any means but its still the thought that I get rewarded monentarily for being a conscientious driver!
