We have used Mike since we first moved to Arizona and he and his whole team have been great to work with and very responsive when we have needs. We even refer new real estate clients to him now as well which speaks for itself. Just got off the phone with Mike after a hellish weekend of making claims for a accident. When I expressed my concerns I was told that I was wrong, I was told that other representitives were wrong in what they told me. I was innterupted by Mike, screamed at, argueed with and ended up hanging up and calling the attorney. He was rude, condescending, wouldnt take any accoutability, grossly innapropriate behavior, arguementative and completely unprofessional. As soon as my claim is completed I will be dropping State Farm completely.No, Mike. This has nothing to do with the deductible. If youd have listen to me instead of arguing and interrupting, you would know what this was happening. However, you cant see past your own arrogance to try to comprehend. You are only out to minimize your behavior and manipulate to cover the fact that it is you who was wrong and unprofessional. The fact that you would get on here to respond to my review and blatantly lie about this being over the deductible proves your immature behavior. Thank you for illustrating my point.

WarningI had used this agency for years and then moved away to another insurer. I didn’t realize that they still had my Flood insurance until last year. I am now longer required to have it, so I called them to cancel. Even though the got the insurance commission for YEARS, hey just sent over forms for me to fill out with no assistance and apparently, I filled them out wrong or not enough information. I sent them to the agency and apparently they didn’t check them or perhaps don’t know how to do them either, but FEMA rejected it. I sent them a note asking what to do and they never responded, and I forget about it. I ended up paying an extra 9 months because they didn’t answer an email. They were also notified by FEMA, but they still took no action to follow up. Of course, there is a bit more to this story including when State Farm customer service called them and they wouldn’t even assist them! Bottom line, there are much better agencies that actually care and want to assist their clients.
