Called and spoke to a Jeff about memorabilia that I wanted to sell. Spoke in detail for 25 minutes on the process of selling the memorabilia and sent him all the info he requested. Stated he would follow up the next week. He never followed up as he stated he would. Called back 3x’s, left messages and asked as a courtesy to let me know either way on whether or not Iconic wanted to auction my items. Needless to say, he nor anyone else within the organization ever called to say “yes” or “no” in wanting to assist in selling. Just pool customer service/relations. I would strongly recommend a better, customer oriented auction house

Not happy with the service or way they ship items

I have been doing business with Iconic for some time now, both as a consignor and a buyer, and have always been impressed on both sides. They represent my items well in auction and also provide a great resource for any new memorabilia I wish to buy. Their staff is very responsive and provides excellent customer service for any needs that may arise. Would highly recommend for buying or selling any memorabilia.

A complete scam fine print states 20% extra fee on top of your purchase so if you bid $500 you now owe $600 which they pocket. Shipping extra fees for credit cards and authenticity. If you win your auction and the time is up guess what they add on 15 minutes which they keep doing for in my case 12 hours. My purchase totaled $225 I paid over $340 after all the added fees and lost on items I was winning because of the 15 minute rule. This is a SCAM! Be careful refused to refund me.
