Went for a 60 minute back facial with Huma. After 30 minutes she said we were done. She didn’t do any mask or serums. I was extremely confused and when the front desk asked what happened she said there wasn’t that much acne so it didn’t take as long. Only charged me for 30 minutes of time but still not happy with the service. 2 stars because she did a good job cleansing and putting on lotion i guess

My first time here. Was seen on time and treated like a favourite customer from walking into the place until I left. My treatment was great and exactly what I asked for. I asked lots of questions and had them all answered. I will be back here and plan on making this my go to place for a relaxing massage. Thank you!

I needed pain relief and Karen delivered. I truly appreciated that she allowed me to relax quietly. However, the people next to our room (Room 2) was talking and laughing so loud. I wish the therapist would encourage soft conversations if they truly need to talk.Last night, I slept early and woke up very refreshed this morning. Thank you, Karen! You are awesome!(This would have been an easy 5 stars if it wasn’t for the very loud next door)

I have been a member at massage envy for over a year. I first came to this location about a month ago where I decided I would not be returning because of the experience I had. The next day the owner reached out to me and asked to bring me in for a follow up facial so that I could have a better experience. I went in today and absolutely loved my experience. I wanted a new skincare routine and Jeannie was able to recommend a variety of products that I am so excited to use. While I originally planned on going to a different location I am very excited to return in a few weeks.

Visit today with Dan was very refreshing! The best therapy session in a long time, sore tired muscles needed it and appreciate thoroughness from beginning to end from all the staff.

This was my first massage. It was a great experience! Extremely relaxing. Dahlia was the provider I saw. She customized the massage to focus on the areas that needed it the most.

The staff was amazing the massage incredible. Cocell has magic hands. One concern was there was a person in the waiting room who removed his mask and I had to ask him to put it back on. There should be a large and prominent sign to help the masks on no matter where you are. Hopefully a sign in that room big enough to make the point. I almost walked out of the massage I was going to get.

I’ve seen over 100 therapists in my life. I’ve worked at massage spas...the whole deal. SERGIO IS THE BEST therapist I’ve seen. He doesn’t try to have conversation when I’m trying to relax (thank you) and is so professional- I mean by the book draping etc. Not to mention, his massage is amazing. Best massage I’ve had both times I’ve seen him.

The massage was top quality.

We were not overly impressed with this Massage Envy. Although the older lady receptionist was very nice, it took nearly 25 minutes on the phone to book 3 of us for same morning massages. On arrival, the ladies were accommodating and lounge was comfortable. We booked 2 of us for deep tissue massages requiring the most experienced person in sports injuries with a good knowledge of the body. She assured me we were getting the best person, but the male therapist lacked these skills. My husband and I both needed back and shoulder work. We both got the same, one dimensional message. All he did was rub up and down our spines the exact same way the entire 40 minutes and then ended with a bit of neck work. Any good masseuse will maneuver other parts of the shoulder blades, move your arms overhead and drape down, and try to get in other areas of the back. He only massaged up and down the sides of the spine over and over and over again. It was redundant and annoying. When he was done the neck he said it was over which was kind of abrupt with no stretch or rub of the arms down from shoulders or anything. If he is their best for deep tissue/sports massage/injuries, he’s not great, definitely nothing special and would not return unless they get someone more experienced. Number of years don’t equal good in this case.

Jeannie gave me an awesome Microdermabrasion. She was very skilled, took her time and was very relaxing. My skin was glowing. I ended up getting a membership and am looking forward to getting facials every month. Personally I find facials more of a relaxing experience than a massage. Now that Im 45 I think it’s important to take extra special care of your skin as you age. You will notice a difference! I recommend booking a facial with Jeannie.

I’ve been a member for some years now and use M.E. services pretty regularly, I’m also not from AZ and have never gone to a Massage Envy in this state, so while I was in town for a wedding I decided to schedule a massage and facial. My facial was great and Jeanie( I hope I got that right) did a wonderful job and always made sure things were comfortable for me.As for my massage, well this is where things get beyond good. DAHLIA DAHLIA DAHLIA! Her massage haunts me in that I don’t think I could get another massage from anyone again! I know that sounds a bit extreme, but it was the best I’ve had for years. She was very nice and stayed away from my feet ( I am somewhat ticklish in the feet area), and she read my back like she knew my back better than my back knows itself - I must repeat this was the first time at this massage envy. I did voice my back and shoulders were the main focus, but it’s hard to point to the exact place on your back and shoulders where you’re feeling the tightness yet Dahlia got to every spot I was feeling and then some. Her pressure was just right and she made sure it was by asking. It was like a dream. She is phenomenal!At the end she offered me water and we parted ways. I recommend Dahlia to anyone and everyone. When my wife and I come back to Arizona we will definitely seek out this Massage Envy.Honorable mention to the lovely young lady working the front desk. She was very comforting to my wife and I, greeted us with a warm smile and really took care of us throughout our time there. I forget her name, but she voiced that it was her first day( or that she was new) and it could have fooled me because of how great a job she did.4+ years of membership and I hit the jackpot of all Massage Envy’s.

It took a couple tries for me to get in for my massage due to a sudden cancelation the day of my massage(people call in, no big deal, though if I would have called with that little notice I would have been CHARGED regardless) as well as them not having any other openings for at least a week.I explained EVERY time I called and discussed the massage that I was being gifted a massage as my mother has their membership and was able to gift a massage. When I finally went in for the massage the older woman that was helping me explained the massage and their membership plans. I asked what info was needed of my mothers to ensure that everything was good to go before my massage. I gave her my mothers name as she said that was all that was needed and then continued to tell me more about the memberships.I went in for my massage (Nicholas I believe), left the tip for my massuse at the front desk, and asked if there was anything else they needed. The man at the front stared at me blankly and then asked me to pay. Confused, I explained that it should have been taken care of. The Sales Woman from before came out, asked me to spell my mothers name again, and then informed me that her account was suspended (apperantly on hold during lockdown and forgotten to be activated again). When I asked why this wasnt discovered earlier when I gave this information, let alone WEEKS PRIOR when making the first appointment, I was not given a response other than How will you be paying?Massage was great but it was not very professional having someone try to sell me on a membership when they did check what I asked them to in the first place. Communication was terrible. I would have paid for the massage regardless, but the fact that it was hidden until the last minute was hinky. I hear Elements has a similar membership and I bet they dont treat their clients this way.

Been seeing DeAndre for a couple of months and he is so good at getting deep in the shoulders and getting out knots. He also gives super relaxing neck massages. He is definitely one of the best around. Super respectful and so easy to be comfortable around.

I made an appointment by phone because the companys website was more frustrating to navigate. The front desk staff were professional, courteous and at the ready to sign in those with appointments. Communication seemed to be their strong point. I believe I have been matched well with a therapist who understands what I need to heal. The day of my appointment I saw no negative aspects of the business. I am returning.

Shoutouts to Eric, I basically told him to take his day out on me because my muscles were tense as heck. And boy did he deliver.I asked for him to stay quiet, and he obliged me. Thank goodness, I barely have anything to talk about anyways other than my sweet coffee setup at home.

I have been a loyal customer to massage envy going on 2 years now. I recently moved to the area and had to switch locations. I was not happy with my facial for a second. My esthetician didn’t speak very good English and just the technique wasn’t really my style. As I tried to explain my allergies to her which should be on my profile as usual she didn’t really understand. I am used to them steaming my face to open pores prior to doing anything and that wasn’t offered. I usually feel very refreshed and clean once I am done but this was the first time that wasn’t the case. I will now make the 30 minute drive back to my old location.

I feel bad leaving a negative review, but unfortunately this was actually the worst massage I’ve ever had. What was supposed to be deep tissue was mostly gentle repeated stroking. Until suddenly the therapist started digging into my upper back repeatedly with very hard pressure. At first I thought, “great, we are finally getting somewhere”, but then it was just the same deep harsh movement over and over. Then back to the super light stuff everywhere else. I left with sore shoulders and feeling like no part of my body had actually been massaged. Their iPad system was not working, which meant we did not have music — I didn’t care other than it meant I could hear the therapist yawning the whole time. Towards the end they seemed to run out of ideas and kept asking me what else I wanted. Didn’t trust them to actually work on anything too sensitive like my neck, so just suggested they work more on my feet. Fortunately I got the first time discount, unfortunately it will also be the last time!

OMGeeeee! I just had the best session Ive ever had!!! DeAndre is a phenomenal technician and I would recommend him to pros and novice alike!!

It’s like a real life scene of out seinfield. They can say the take the reservation but then they don’t really take the reservation. We had reservations for 5pm then days before requested to have them both moved to 11am. They confirmed both were moved. Then when we showed up for the appointments they said they needed to move one of the 11am appointments back to 5pm. We couldn’t do that as we had rearranged our entire day for these. Because one of the appointments was for a guest and not a member we then had to wait for 30 minutes while they tried to figure out how to credit the $10.00 transfer fee. This is not the first time this has happened. Due to this we will no longer use his location for sessions. Once I have used all my sessions I’ll cancel the service. One thing I have learned is that I can get a massage at a spa with less stress. What’s the point of having this membership that is supposed to be used for relaxation if it only brings on stress? It’s a shame. The idea is nice but he follow through is non exsistent.
