1st, the address on the paperwork I have for ARofA is on Shea Blvd, not Hayden. 2nd, they are far from the best service people I have ever dealt with. The tech quoted me a very high amount to repair our dryer, even though I knew the cost of the parts hed use--nearly $250 more than the parts. I need the work done, so I approved it. It took roughly 1 hour. It took over 24 hours to get a receipt, because the person answering their phone had written my email incorrectly. The fellow that answered their phone today began shouting at me because I had the audacity to accuse their people of writing down an incorrect email address! Ill search high/low to find anyone else that can come out next time. The receipt that I received does not show any breakdown of parts/service/taxes/fees--just the total. It is all lumped under Trip Charge. No thanks, Ill find someone else next time.
