I needed to ship an unusually shaped object from California to Colorado. Kevin was extremely positive and helpful during the whole experience. He made a stressful situation manageable and stress free. Great customer service! -Maegan
I went into the Scott’s Valley UPS store to have some things printed for my daughters baby shower. The employee told me I would have to send him the files. I asked him several times if he could help me and he kept saying to send him the files. He said it was a liability to touch my iPad and tell me what to do. I told him that I didn’t want him to touch my device and asked him if it was a liability for him to answer my questions. I said the store has always been helpful and the owner has always been nice. Another employee told me that there is a new owner, that he lives in San Jose and that he is real cool. I asked what his name was and he would only tell me his first name. I found the employees to be rude and condescending. At the time I was in the store, there were three employees working and there were no other customers so clearly they were not busy. I am sorry to hear that the store is under new management. Needless to say, I walked out of the store empty handed. I went to CVS where I found a very helpful employee who helped me with my printing.
Simply the best! My monthly mailers right to my door with tracking. Saves me so much time and energy only go to this location they are the best! owner is flawless this is a important part of my business. And the owner is great and always makes sure my life is stress free and the job gets done promptly. He can even get it all done remotely no matter where you are. Kevin is awesome and the perfect example of customer service. Ive been trying to resolve an Amazon return for several days. I made the return and inadvertently lost the tracking number. My first attempt to retrieve the number from the store left me totally dissatisfied as I was lectured on the importance of keeping the tracking number from an employee who clearly did not want to help. I called the store this afternoon and asked to speak with Kevin as he has clearly gotten good reviews in the past for his customer service. He was the right guy! He took the problem from start to finish without any snarky comments or lectures. He was polite, efficient, diplomatic and knew how to retrieve the information. This is the kind of service a customer wants and Kevin should be training the others about what it takes to make the customer happy! So glad I made that call - thank you Kevin!
This is the place to go. These guys know anything and everything packaging, shipping, printing, you name it. And if you want some extra help just ask Joe, he knows. He helps me everytime and gets it right. His customer service is beyond exceptional.

Always very attentive and helpful, very gracious and clear even when clients are stressed out or unreasonable. I have personally used this location for passport photos, shipping of fine art, notary services following the death of a loved one, and copy services. I’ve never had any issues on any front. I highly recommend this location.
So Ive been bringing my Amazon returns here for awhile now with no issues. I bring in my item without a box or anything since you dont need one, ups is supposed to package it for you and they usually do. Well this time was different. I brought my item and they immediately tried to sell me packaging. They say they wont take the item and that they know me, the staff werent trained in this so it was a mistake to take my items. I said well in that case I wont go there anymore because I know Kohls will take it without any packaging. The manager, who I regretfully didnt get the name of because I was to flustered, made crying noises at me when I was walking out. Never in my adult life have I experienced such awful customer service. Dont go here!! Go literally anywhere else!!

Excellent store! Good, knowledgeable staff. Good parking. UPS specific are spot on. Ive used their large-format plotter services with complicated requirements several times and they readily worked with me to get the job done correctly. Being a good store they are pretty busy and, if you have to wait for a job, they make sure it is ready when they say it will be.
This was a nightmare for me when I moved out of the state. I will never use a private postal service again. I went round and round trying to get my mail for months amd then ended up paying a penalty for a late fee.

They used to provide good services; however, I was very disappointed today. People should realize how he says is more important than what he says. I dropped off one Amazon return item 10 days ago but it still doesnt show it was shipped, so I went to the UPS store to check it. I was told that since I have a proof that I dropped it off, hold on and they have nothing to do with it. Why????? I understand that If a return box was not filled, they wont ship it but two boxes were sitting right behind him so he could easily look inside the box. But he didnt do so and told me to call Amazon and deal with it. I use Amazon often but CANNOT TRUST THE UPS STORE ANY LONGER.

POO POO on this store. An employee had promised he could meet me out back to take my items bc Ive decided to quarantine with my grandmother., who would otherwise be all alone and is VERY high risk to Not survive Covid-19. Now Im met by a very snarky boy with a big attitude, nothing short of being rude, insisting I MUST COME IN. Weve had new clusters in Scotts Valley traced to Mothers Day gathers. and 20% increase in the county. It would be irresponsible of my to COME IN. I am happy to wait out back for as long as you need really. Store front customers get first priority. Understood. But forcing me to come in, after Ive ALREADY been told I dont have to and because the end result could cost my grandmother HER LIFE is just wrong!! What a load.
I was waiting for theM to open. On internet said 830 open several people showed thinking same thing .people dropped packages by the door. Cause they couldnt wait 9 am came around. So I went to get a drink at local shop came back they open I walked in needed help really bad and told me they didnt have internet and couldnt help me very rude not good customer service.oh by the way the people that dropped pigs. By the door they got thrown in garbage scan by the door .
Ive held a mailbox here for several years, and the staff are always incredibly helpful. I travel a lot for work, and they have been especially great when assisting me with long-distance needs (such as international forwarding, etc).The store can be busy during peak hours, so there is sometimes a wait when visiting in person - but thats because the staff here actually take the time to make sure all of your needs are met. I cant emphasize enough how great the employees are (especially Ben). They maintain a pleasant and friendly environment, and make it very easy to take care of my businesss mail and shipping needs (even when Im halfway across the world).
I just have to express my sincere appreciation for the courtesy and helpful attention I received on 9/11/2019 1:00pm from the ups representative. He helped me with an Amazon return that I had botched. No attitude but just friendly assistance. What an asset to the UPS STORE!
Quite a lovely store. They have such a great attitude. They are very helpful. Everything you need is right there. They are open every day. I have bought things here on a several occasions. I really like their convenient location.
Im not sure why there are negative reviews. The people at this UPS store have always been so helpful and wonderful. I had one issue with a printing order that was not done well, but I think the employee was new and they corrected it for me. I love to go here to drop off packages and to print posters.

As locals, the UPS store is our go-to place for anything related to shipping or Amazon returns. Incredibly helpful and professional, their customer service is exemplary every time I go in. Today we needed to use their notary service and Linzy was amazing!! So knowledgable on all the laws surrounding having a document notarized. The process was completely painless and the price was so reasonable. Did I mention this service is available 7 days a week! Also, you can make an appt. online which is easy peasy. Linzay also saved me a trip and a huge line at our local post office by mailing the paperwork directly from the store. If you want to experience customer service beyond your expectations this is the place.

I love it here! Staff is always friendly and extremely helpful, my fav staff member is Kevin. There are no stupid questions with him, hes always ready to help and explain everything along the way so there is no miscommunication! My fav place to send out packages will never go to the post office again.

Horrible customer service. Two employees and neither would acknowledge customers waiting for help. Finally had to leave and head to downtown Santa Cruz to send my package. Ridicules.
