Currently during the pandemic they are open until 5:30pm on weekdays and until 2pm on Saturdays. Theyre also very happy to do kerbside pick-up or drop-off -- just give them a call. Very friendly and their customer service is great: we have a high-risk family member and live far enough out in the forest that USPS wont deliver to our house, so theyve been a life-saver for us during the pandemic.

These people are great. Have been using them for years. Offer many services and connect with all the major delivery services such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Always pleasant to deal with. Theyve saved me a ton of trouble running around to mail packages, etc.

Family ran, mother daughter team. Mom worked in shipping, daughter joined the team too so kids could stay with her opposed to going to daycare! Very helpful and friendly folk I’d say. I am trying to arrange a DHL shipment from Santa Cruz to Mexico and have several questions about DHL packing supplies etc.They are supposed to have these supplies. No one answers the phone, just voicemail and I doubt if they would return the call I made from Mexico

They have made my life so much easier! Knowledgeable and convenient location. I tried to go to FedEx before work one day, and they didnt open until 9! Luckily a coworker had suggested this place to me. I drove there and not only were they open, but they can also ship UPS and USPS, so they helped me find the best rate!

I went here to try and buy a shipping label. I misspoke and said I wanted to print a label. The woman working there was extremely rude and condescending about my confusion . She unwillingly helped me and I felt really uncomfortable.Luckily another service rep took over and helped.

Update: next day the 2 counter attendants were exceedingly helpful and great service. Terrible thanks for having open sign on and even open the door, ask for a quote and no I already closed out the drawer. Thanks for nothing

Great place, very helpful staff. A lot easier most times than going to the post office. Only problem if you want something to go out with the usps you have to get there before 3 pm.

Wonderful customer service! This is what your neighborhood post office SHOULD be like. Customers are greeted by name and treated like family. It is SOOOOO nice to have this business at my favorite shopping center.

I dont have to worry about my mail being stolen or missing package deliveries because Im not home.. The staff absolutely rocks!Google counter needs some basic math training......everyone has given 5 stars and it tallies up at 4.5 stars?????

THEY RARELY ANSWER THE PHONE, THEY DONT REPLY TO PHONE MESSAGES LEFT OR EMAILS SENT AND WHEN YOU DO GET AHOLD OF SOMEONE WHO SAYS THEY WILL CALL BACK WITH ANSWERS, THEY DONT. I WOULD SAY POOR SERVICE, BUT ITS ACTUALLY NO SERVICE.
