Used them twice. Horrendous experience both times. Last year, they said they would have my car for 2 days to make a new key. 4 days later, I had to demand to have my car back. Then I got 2 different invoices with 2 different prices.This year I had a recall. They came and picked up the car. I asked if they could wash it and vacuum it too. Car came back scratched to hell on the roof. The car porter pointed it out to me. Randy didnt return calls. Didnt respond to photos of scratches.Got Fiat US corporate involved. Dealership lied about it all. Said the guy I was talking to was fired and that I should contact Randy. The same guy I was trying to work with! Offered to buff it out. Fiat US offered a year of free oil changes at the same place. Thanks. You just took at least $500 of the value of my car and youre giving me $50 worth of oil changes from the place that messed up my car?Im selling my car. Not driving it 2 hours to get it worked on at another dealership. Too bad, I love me car.
This would be a 0 star if it were possible. I have been waiting for just under 5 months for parts and for service to be completed. Never received a call back, however, I called them back three weeks ago and they setup an appointment. I arrived there today and was told there may be a per hour diagnostic charge, no loaner car will be provided and that I will still have to wait for parts. I explained to them that I have two years left on my bumper to bumper warranty and that per their own service tech from the original visit back in Nov 2017, all work is under warranty. (I have purchased many cars and have never had issues trying to get warranty service completed.)It is clear that they do not want to service Fiat vehicles in any manner or any form. The Service reps were dishonest and certainly not customer oriented. Note that I called FIAT and they stated that per my descriptions all of the work I needed done would likely be covered under warranty.Thus, its not FIAT, its NAPELTONs horrific service department failing to resolve the issues. Waiting this many months and still not having the service work completed is unacceptable.**Stay clear of these guys, buy from a reputable dealer who will stand by their product. Read other reviews and heed their warnings.

The only dealership I dealt with that didnt make me feel like I wanted to pull my hair out! No one was pushy or rude. Peggy was amazing to deal with. We liked her so much we actually bought 2 cars! We need more women in car sales! what an awesome experience! I cant wait to show off my new fiat!

Brought in my 15 Fiat 500 Abarth for routine maintenance. Was returned on time, and is performing better (more responsive acceleration, healthier exhaust note, etc.).Ill defenetly be bringing my car back
Arranged service appointment a week prior. After 3.5 hours because they were shorthanded, I was informed that they dont have the part in stock. I specifically called a week before to verify that all parts required for the repair which was already diagnosed previously were in stock. Napletons solution was pay for the part now come back in a week and for my inconvenience I can have a loaner while being repaired. Very disappointed. Spend your money elsewhere.
Very good experience. The internet rep replied almost instantly. She scheduled us for an appointment and seemed genuinely interested in making sure we were taken care of the entire time. Thank you to Courtney Krapil and the entire staff.
Front desk still needs some work, but it looks like it was a mix-up RE: my hubcap and it was straightened out Monday. However, when people are looking for answers, help them find it. Often time, were not asking difficult questions and if the systems are interconnected, then someone can at look up my order and tell me what to expect. Still would go to Bettenhausen in Tinley Park because their Fiat section is much larger than Napletons and Im likely to have fewer issues with more staff dedicated to my make of car. But in a pinch, I wont be adverse to try Napleton first. I just now know I need to be on top of everything and not assume what Im told is everything I need to know.
Recently my husbands fiat started saying check engine and said the coolant was high so we brought it to this fiat location because we were just down the road. First of all when we walked into the fiat service center it was COMPLETELY empty I had to call in and was told to head next door. When we did finally get to speak to someone we were told the fiat guy wasnt in today and they would hold our car for ONE day and give us a rental for the time being. Then the next day came and we were told they would need to hold it another day because they were waiting on the piece needed. So two days later he was told to come and get his car upon arrival the paperwork is nowhere to be found saying the work was done so five days later he gets his car and it still says check engine but they say it should be fine. Two days later the car is overheating AGAIN. We take it to a new service center and were told the piece we waited 5 days for wasnt even the right piece for our car and they used an off market piece. They wasted our time for nothing. Terrible place of business!
