I called a couple places to get a new home and auto quote and was thrilled with Jessica at Hoosier!!! The other place I called couldnt even touch the level of customer service that I received from Jessica. She got me my quote in a timely matter and described in detail via email what it entailed. On top of that, she gave me a courtesy call moments after sending the email to discuss it with me over the phone to make sure any of my questions were answered. Hoosier Insurance is a 5 STAR, full service insurance Agency. We were recommended to them by our home builder and we sure are glad we switched from the BIG FRANCHISE AGENCIES.
