Person working was completely oblivious to what was going on. This location will be the reason I get a different insurance. My policy was messed up from being transferred over from IL to IN because whoever signed me up put I was married. Policy got cancelled and I didnโt even know. I come in today to find out itโs canceled again, and theyโre charging me late fees on top of an increase of $60. Mind you this, I was told if you got in accident or anything comes up your policy wonโt go up until itโs time to renew. I paid last month so whatโs the issue? I tell her to educate me on why it increased. She responds with โ ums โ & โ I really donโt know. โ well guess what? Itโs your job to know. Maybe Geico has employees that arenโt mentally handicapped.
