Outstanding customer service. All promises were delivered as stated. Updates on my vehicle repair was consistence with the work being performed. Due to unforeseen circumstances my deductible and or readjustment quote was negotiated to my satisfactory. Overall, this particular shop facility did an outstanding job went beyond expectation Good well done.

Upon arrival the front attendant was very helpful and empathetic to my situation. She extended her help from beginning to end. Enterprise screwed up my reservation, I had no ride to pick up the rental. Service king mgr gave me a ride to the rental office and was apologetic for enterprise mess up.. my body repairs were finished in 7days total. Thanks Service King!

The people at the st John store were fantastic. They kept me notified about everything; they answered my questions before I could even ask. Kathy is very friendly and helpful. Forgive me if I spelled her name wrong. Lou makes sure that your happy with the work and makes sure everything is the way you want it before you take your vehicle back. From the moment I called my insurance company to file my claim and get a list of repair companies. Service King was second or third on the list. I heard a voice from God and said pick them.The professionalism was extraordinary above and beyond the call of service.I have to say Amber was amazing, professional, compassionate and very understanding. While I didnt end up choosing them for our car repairs, i was treated so warmly by everyone there and got gr8 customer service; really appreciated that.The manager in fact noticed my tire was low and ensured me hed take care of that for me before I left. After thoroughly going over the estimate for the repairs and answering any questions I had, he personally took car of adding air to the tire and inspected the rest.Prices were just a little bit higher than others, but only bec they selected GM parts and not other after market parts.Again, I did not choose Service King, but only bec another place had much sooner availability to get repairs completed.Also: Ive since learned that there are only about 3 softwares that collision centers and insurance estimators use for providing repair estimates. Theyre all about the same so when shoppingaround; the estimate should be about the same wherever you go. If it isnt, be sure to ask why its so much higher than thier competition. IMO, chances are its a mistake, that or theyre deliberately inflating the price for their own gain.

Just picked up my Mercedes from a collision repair and everything looks amazing. My car was cleaned and had mat protection down when I picked it up. The staff I worked with were very friendly and willing to answer all my questions. (Louis, Paul, Tiffany) I will definitely recommend Service King in Schererville.

If i could Ill give no stars. Too many unclear answers. Took my car in for a noise underneath it. Was told that it will be test driven and given a diagnosis. I was told the noise came from a different repair that is part of the same claim. I was told the noise was not heard and everything is back to normal and ready for delivery back to me. I pick my car up and drove it for 5 minutes to make sure they noise was handled. To find out it wasnt. I go back to have a manager ride in the car with me to point out the noise to them. Then for him to make acknowledgment of the noise and advice me to take it to the dealership because my car is still under warranty. This is after they get paid!!!
