Sept 30, 2021I went to see Sarah PA. She was absolutely wonderful. I have been suffering with folliculitis and hair loss. Severe itchiness on my entire body and scalp inflammation. No dandruff. Pretty much the cleanest scalp you had ever seen before. I was given a medicated shampoo and T gel over the counter. So I pretty much suffered the entire weekend until I said I had enough and called the office and spoke to Dr. PRASHANT SIHGRI who happens to be on call. Now when you are ON CALL you take the CAll and help patients with the extreme most care. I told him what was going on. This doctors response was I am with my Family, call on Monday morning. I almost dropped my phone. I myself worked in Health care and its definitely not a professional way to behave to someone that has medical issues going on. I dont care if you are with the Dam President of the United States. When you are ON CALL that is your job to take care any medical problems big or small. So if there were 0 stars I wouldve definitely given that. Never ever go to this place. They even screw up my entire vitamin and medication list.Pls DM me with any info I am on FB and will go into more detail.Never turn patients away. Do you think I would call on a Sunday if it wasnt important. I have a family to Doctor. By the way that is not a professional doctor treats patients.The worse I had ever seen in my entire life. Stay away from this office.I had never wrote a review ever.h

Excellent Dermatologist. Dr Singhri always solves my skin issues the FIRST time and I never have to go back for the same thing. He is direct (which may offend some people), but he is highly meticulous and thorough and an excellent clinician - and that is what I want - I dont need a doctor to soothe my ego (thats what a family doctor is for). I have gone to him for 10 years and recommend him to all my friends.

The ladies they are super rude and unprofessional they talk like they’re better than you and I would never go there ever again. Find a different DERM office you’re going to waste your time

This place is absolutely horrible. I scheduled an appointment with the person who called me. The day of my appointment i was told I didnt have an appointment. I took time off work to come to my appointment on time. If you miss your appointment they charge you a fee for no showing up. Yet when I call they say theres nothing they can do. Horrible service. I will make sure everyone knows how they treat people

Very disappointed...I was seen by Sara approx. 3 years ago. She performed botox for underarm hyperhidrosis. I called to make another appointment (first visit if I remember correct paid over $500), they no longer provide that treatment. Suggested that I come talk to Sara regarding other treatments, when they called to confirm my appointment they informed me they will be charging $180.00 for a consult fee for a returning client to discuss options because they no longer perform the original procedure.

Sarah was amazing and did a great job on removing 3 facial moles that I have had since child hood. She made me feel very comfortable and took her time to ensure my stitches were done to minimize scarring. I would recommend her to anyone who needs a mole removed in a sensitive area.

Its been such a great experience doing exilis elite treatment with Dr. Nimisha Singri. She is extremely friendly, although this treatment requires patience and lot of work (diet, workout...)I was always excited going there. Its been 2 months since I finished the treatment, results are in progress. Dr Nimisha offered me a complimentary session in August since Im getting married in October. I highly recommend her for this treatment. Shes really good at what she does, and I cant wait to look perfect on my big day😊

Came across this clinic through a google search based on previous reviews. Other than having to wait quite a while for some of my previous appointments I have been pleasantly surprised by the clinic overall. I have had aesthetic treatments and I would recommend them without hesitation. They are warm, friendly and importantly passionate about their work and knowledgable too. I expect to become a long term customer and so far so good :)

Do not go to this place they try to act professional but are not at all. The people are rude. I had a appointment changed on me twice I get we are going threw a crazy situation with covid-19. I just needed my prescription filled but was told sorry you need to come in as it’s been over a year.funny you guys changed my appointment that’s the only reason I’m without my medicine now. When I said to just cancel my appointment the lady was real quick to say thanks and cut the phone.my wife did call after to see if they canceled it and they were very quick to be like yes and we filled that appointment. Don’t act so big headed if you look at your reviews it’s pretty sad that you have such a low rating.

A great experience! Dr. Prashant Singri and Sarah Mahoney are great! They are knowledgable, kind, and patient to my many questions. :) Whenever I call I am assisted professionally by the front desk. Everyone is very friendly. I didn’t want to leave this review in fear because so many people would come here they would have no time to see me! Haha. :)

I would highly recommend this practice! Sarah the PA did a very thorough exam and provided the appropriate treatment. The office staff was exceptional-very welcoming and helpful.

Really appreciate the help from Doctor Prashant. I was having black spots on my chicks, tried lot of other treatments like PRP, laser but no effect. With first setting and within a month time, spots cleared almost 80%.Staff is also very friendly!!! I will recommend to anyone who is checking this review.

Do not go here if you have hyperhidrosis! I called a few months ago inquiring about more permanent solutions to a serious case of excessive sweating of the hands and feet and the receptionist said that they offer botox and other options and that I will have to schedule a consultation with a doctor. Sure. They told me my appointment was at 11am. As with any new patient, I arrived 10 minutes early to fill out new patient forms. It was a Saturday morning and the office was packed, so I expected to wait a little while. However, I did not expect to wait in the waiting room until 11:40 (to eventually be told they cannot help me). Finally, my name was called and I asked the nurse if they were double booked, in which she responded no, we are actually not. Youre appointment wasnt until 11:15 and we try to allow more time to fill out your new patient paperwork. So not only did the front desk give me the incorrect time for the appointment, the nurse was extremely rude and trying to justify why they hadnt called my name until 40 minutes after my appointment was supposed to begin. The nurse quickly asked a few questions and made it clear she didnt know anything about hyperhidrosis and its treatments. The doctor finally came to my room, and off the bat was scatter brained and rushed (again, probably because they were double booked). I didnt even mention that the appointment was late, but she was complaining about the nurses not filling out the charts correctly and this is why she is behind. So, we jumped right in. She looked at my hands and feet and said she does not specialize in hyperhidrosis and that she would consult with the other doctor. She came back and said that they do not offer the surgery I am looking for (they dont even offer botox on the hands and feet like the receptionist claimed when I booked my appointment). The doctor was clearly in a hurry, was dismissive and rushed to get to the next patient, and offered to charge me ONLY $75 TO BE TOLD THEY CANNOT HELP ME. She told me to call around to see which other offices around here can help me and I said I called your office and your staff said you could help me. I PAID $75 TO WAIT, EXPERIENCE RUDE AND DISMISSIVE STAFF, AND NOT GET THE HELP THEY SAID THEY OFFER. I would give this place -5 stars if I could.

Avoid this office. After an appointment I found out the clinic did not properly submit the information to my health insurer. They refused to resubmit the bill and said they don’t have to sent anything again even after I reached out to the clinic by phone requesting they do so.The clinic charges a lower rate for self pay patients then Insurance patients. After speaking to a representative they said if I sent the entire self pay rate it would take care of the bill. After the clinic cashed the check they advised represented full payment of the bill they then sent the bill to collections.I do not recommend. The P.A. I saw was knowledgeable and helpful but the billing has been a nightmare.

Doctor is good but financial administration is not good they will take cash and they will claim through insurance. I never suggest to visit again. If you visit it please be careful with administration department.

I went back for mole remove on my face it went well. The staff is pleasant and there was not any problems. I have been going here for 2 years when I visit the area. They have good fast service and the lower bad reviews are not accurate to this office.

I had a great experience with Sonal Patel. She was very knowledgable and made me feel very comfortable since I had something removed from my face. Thank you for taking the time to explain my options.

Regarding the one stars, I guess there are just really grumpy people in the world. Been going there for 5 years. The good Dr is personable, friendly, and very good at what he does. The office staff is also friendly, just finished talking cigars with one of them. Theres no understanding some people, it seems they just want to be unhappy and try to drag the rest of the world with them.

Lazy dermatologists who just want to push their prescription medicines on you. They wont actually care about what youre going through at all. Do your own skincare research as this practice is a joke.EDIT: The Owner says that they cant find me in their active data base. I can assure you I was a patent here and can verify with a picture from a past appointment......pathetic try.

There are many dermatologists out there, PICK ANOTHER ONE! My experience was similar to many below. I wish that I could give 0 stars. The administrative staff and office manager (Victoria) are horrendously unprofessional. This isnt the rant of 1 bad experience but the culmination and pattern of habitual disrespect and inaccuracies. If youre looking for a responsible competent medical experience then this is not the place for you.

I have seen Dr. Prashant Singri for several years. He is an excellent doctor. Skilled, efficient, and approachable. He is focused on what is best for me as a patient, but also sensitive to cost issues. On two occasions he identified basal cell areas that required Mohs surgery. I am grateful for his professional attention and, now that I am relocated to Knoxville, will miss having that familiar care. I have also had interaction as a patient with his PA (Sarah Mahoney) and found her to be excellent as well. I have never had any issues or problems with any of his office staff.

Dr. Sarah is one of the best doctors I have met but the rest of the office is terrible. I work at a dentist office and we would never treat our patients the way they treat theres. Can NEVER talk to anyone. Could never cancel or make an appointment without wasting half my day on hold.

Today I went to see Dr Singri....The ladies at the front desk were not only pleasant but they were smiling. Dr Singri made me feel comfortable and safe in his knowledge ...great doctor and a great person. thank you.

I had a problem with the rash on my palm for a very long time and I visited couple of doctors before I came to Schaumburg Dermatology and visited Dr. Singri. He explained what was happening with my skin and the steps I need to take. It was so easy to understand, made perfect sense and in just 2 days the pain and discomfort I was feeling for almost 5 years is completely gone! I am so grateful, I cannot put it in words.

It can be hard to find a doctor that has the time and really cares about you. Look no further, Dr Singri is not only an expert in his field, but takes the time to listen to your concerns. If you need a great dermatologist, call Dr Singi. I highly recommend him.

Very friendly staff and the doctors are great. Unlike most doctor offices they also get you in the room and prepped at your scheduled time instead of waiting forever. A+

Terrible Terrible, I actually dont into writing reviews and for this review, I actually took 2 months to really introspect if that was just my bad day or the way they treated me was bad.. I went to see Dr Singri with my wife, as she is having hair loss for her thyroid problems. We first met the nurse in the room who took her basic info, Later Mr Singri joined.. He never introduced himself and start touching my wife head to see her hair loss, which is kinda rude.. He also made a racial comment saying that Oh you asians have this problem.. He also said that looking at your face i cant tell you have so so issues.. My wife and I was shocked of what is happening..,, even the nurse was kinda embarrassed with his behavior. This has left my wife in much tears. This practice definitely needs to learn basic manners and business etiquette. NEVER EVER VISIT THEM..

I went to Dr. Singri a few years ago for a growth on my leg. He explained what it was, removed it and all was great. He is a very wonderful Dr. In September 2013 I went in for an appointment with Sarah for a bump on a mole on my left arm. She immediately did a full skin check and determined it was melanoma. Sarah removed it sent it in and called with the results that I had to have further surgery. She made all the calls and got me into a cancer Dr in two days. After surgery they determined they got everything and there is nothing to worry about. I have been coming to Sarah every three months for a skin check and all has been good. I highly recommend this office. The staff is very friendly, Dr. Singri & Sarah are so very knowledgeable and they really care about their patients. Another great thing is they are always on time!

This practice is simply awful all around. We switched to a different practice after only one visit. Not respectful of patients time at all. Go elsewhere.

I made my first visit back in October of 2018 for my acne since I had pigmentation issues and Dr. Prashant Singri prescribed medication and topical treatments and it has worked and my skin is clearing up and the scars are fading away and I don’t get much acne anymore.

Charged higher amount than other dermatologists although they said there would be no payment initially. Provided very little info and charged $230 for 15 minutes of talking.

***Warning!Read this review the entirety before seeing Dr.Singri!**** I wish there is a “NO” star review.I brought my 8 month old Baby for an appointment with him and entrusted him for his skin care however this doctor is very RUDE and CONDESCENDING! He does need ot give respect. How dare he made a comment that “ I didn’t know what I’m doing as a mom” in front of my husband. That day I was not feeling good in terms of my health and to to be told unremarkable/unforgivable comment without him knowing one’s personal life is UNPROFESSIONAL-beyond what’s he’s practicing. VERY BAD. And that’s only the tip of the ice berg. —He also prescribed a medication to my 8 month old Baby a medicine that’s not for “under 2year old” the medicine is bad for the baby and it’s not tested for under 2 year old and it may give harm to Baby. I’m glad we’re seeing new derma doctor now and warned us to stop the medication he prescribed right away. Unfortunately, We entrusted Dr.Singri and that’s our biggest mistake. That’s Our bad experience and never ever will I recommend him to my loved ones and friends.

Dr. himself is very knowledgable with proffessionalism. Front office staff is not cooperative. They dont have a time to return your phone calls in timely manner. Billig department doesnt know what they are doing.

I went to Schaumburg Dermatology to have a wart on the ball of my foot removed. I had been trying to get rid of it myself with the Dr. Scholls Freeze Away and duck tape without success.I made an appointment with the PA, Sarah, and was excited to get rid of the darn thing. At the appointment, Sarah came rushing into the exam room and didnt even introduce herself. She whips out a razor blade, starts hacking at my wart, and explains my treatment options at a mile a minute. I was shocked at her cutting away at my foot without any warning and had to ask her to explain my options again. I asked for her professional opinion, and she decided to use liquid nitrogen. She again didnt forewarn me about what she was doing or the pain, and she did the treatment twice for 12 seconds each (which may not seem like much but this liquid nitrogen was much more powerful than Dr. Scholls). She said a blister would form and that as long as youre not running a marathon this weekend youll be fine. Well, the next day I had a blood blister that was so large I couldnt walk for the following 4 days. I could manage a limp after that. She said it would last a week, but mine lasted over 2 and a half weeks. I felt so uninformed, and I was shocked at Sarahs overall lack of professionalism.I specifically asked to see Dr. Singri at my follow up appointment and did not want to see Sarah again. Well, she came into the exam room first to check up on my wart. I said I was expecting Dr. Singri and she said she was just doing a quick check up since she performed the treatment, but she didnt even remember me or where my wart was. She leaves and then Dr. Singri comes in with her again! I show Dr. Singri the pictures of my disgustingly huge blister and he says, Well everyones different and will have a different reaction. Well yeah! But I wasnt told anything about the severity. He was insensitive and had an attitude.Ill never go back to this practice. I expect my doctors to be patient, helpful, and professional. Sarah and Dr. Singri definitely are not.
