We have been getting our place cleaned with Great Touch Cleaning for almost a year now and we love the service. They are a very extremely professional company as the ladies always arrive on time or early, clean everything under and over things including windows, ceiling fans, pictures and even the legs of your furniture! I have wall to wall marble floors that never have any streaks and always look shiny and beautiful when they are done. I’ve had quite a few companies over the years and this one is by far THE best. If you want superior cleaning then look no further! We only use this company! When they say Great Touch they really mean it! Fair pricing and very good and easy customer interfacing!

I asked for deep cleaning. The staff came late on a Friday. They did not clean over 50% of house not kitchen, master bath, family room. I call owner ask her to come inspect she didn’t. She say they tired it’s late on Friday, they do other stuff when they didn’t, then say I expect to much it’s my fault. Used them for 5 years I never once complain. Then she quits because I complain one time after she don’t come see terrible job her staff do. Would not use them ever again terrible service. She blames and doesn’t take responsibility.

Great Touch is amazing! Beata is beyond responsive and easily accessible with a quick text. The crew is always on time. We have used Great Touch for 9 years now! I am particular about my cleaning and it was a hard decision to hire someone to do it as life, work and kids just kept us busy. With Beata and her team now I think, why didn’t I do this sooner? They clean areas we just could not get to and the house is consistently perfect every single time. Pricing is fair too. Now instead of spending an entire Saturday cleaning, I can spend it with my kids. ❤️

We have been using Great Touch Cleaning for 5 months since we’ve moved into this home. Beata, the owner, is very professional and responsive via cellphone and text. Her team covers a wide area of greater Chicagoland area. For the first deep clean, Beata’s ladies used their own supplies. They did an exceptional job and made me feel so comfortable moving my toddlers into the home. They have since come bi-weekly and use supplies that I provide. They are friendly, respectful, reliable, and they do a wonderful job. This service is a treat, especially twice a month, but it definitely allows us more time to juggle other responsibilities and enjoy our family, girls and lives more.

This is a wonderful cleaning service! We had to clean out my Dad’s house to get it ready to sell and our realtor recommended them. And I am so glad she did! They worked so hard and got finished in a very reasonable amount of time. House looked amazing! Wish they were closer to MY house so I could have them clean that 😉. Highly recommend!!
