My resume was up on Indeed for 2 days before I was contacted by a representative from LaSalle. After a 10 minute phone interview with the rep, April, I had an interview for the next day at 10am. Met with Emily first, then Abe. Both were extremely professional and energetic to the point I asked if they were hiring as I wanted to be a part of the team. After being offered multiple avenues, I pursued Abes offer for a company. I never thought Id be eligible for this position due to only having an associates degree and retail experience. From start to finish I was accepting an offer with an amazing company in a matter of 2 weeks. That time includes the 4 interviews I had for the client company (1 phone, 2 in-person, followed by another phone). Reading through some of these reviews just reminds me of my time managing in retail, 80% of the people you get are...... Personally you are going to get what you give in this process. I would recommend LaSalle to anyone with personable skills and a brain in-between their ears. If you think they are just going to get the job for you, wrong. They are strictly the channel for an opportunity and I could not be happier. Writing this after completing my first week with my new company.
I have been working with this agency for about 2 years. Going through multiple assignments from them. Even companies they are closely tied with are filled mostly with miserable people. The staff at LaSalle itself are also all over the place, with some holding little regard to what they do or can accomplish. My most recent assignment with them I was let go and had left my notebook at the site. My recruiter told me she wouldnt get it until I dropped off my deactivated key card first. Unbelievable. Even HR was unhelpful. Stay away from this place.
Jessica is great at finding an opportunity for you. She is so organized and assists in PREPARING you for the interview to SUCCEED!I would highly recommend LaSalle Network to everyone. They are professional as they are helpful.:)
The recruiters at LaSalle Network have far exceeded my expectations. I am working with Lauren S. on a role right now, and her experience, professionalism and attention to detail help to make a stressful time far more manageable. I know she says she is Just doing her job, but she has been far better doing that job than most recruiters Ive worked with recently.
I just want to say that LaSalle has been ongoing and never gave up on placing me with the right job. Ive had ups and some downs and they stuck by my side throughout the journey of me searching for employment. It had been very difficult for me to find something that fit my schedule as a single mother of two. They always took initiative in calling me about tons of job opps, sent me on countless interviews. Making sure the jobs fit within my compensation needs. They even would call to let me know about jobs that I had never done before yet my skills were so transferable. Not all agencies will call you about a variety of jobs. Some agencies will see that you were a call center rep for example so will only call you about call center positions. LaSalle boosts my confidence even more because I know that I have many skills that are transferable to a number of jobs and they are really good about that. I just want to professionally shout out the Oak Brook and Shaumburg office. Samantha, Jessica, Jaime, Kate, Stephanie, Sabrina, Nicole, Ashley. I apologize if I am forgetting any names but yeah Ive worked with a few of them and theyve all been great to me! Love LaSalle!
I had a wonderful experience with LaSalle Network. I met with the staff at the Arlington Heights office and felt instantly welcome right away. They are not only professional, but sincerely nice and helpful. They found me a terrific position within just a couple of weeks. I have referred many friends to them and will continue to recommend LaSalle Network.
This recruiter is just horrible, probably worse than most! Granted, nearly every other recruiter failed to get me a job, or did not bother making the necessary effort, though none of them insulted me so. To their credit, LaSalle DID get me at least one job. They actually did their part to find the position, connect me, and even putting in the effort to prepare me well for the interview, perhaps a difficult and involving ordeal initially, but worth it. Only problem is that initial job was a lousy telemarketing gig for a morally questionable company owning and operating a couple online colleges. At least it was a job, a legitimate one, with an acceptable hourly wage. Needless to say, I was not exactly cut out for that position. After that assignment was terminated, they offered me an insulting new job for a company they hyped as a hot new startup. The gig in question was some insulting role stuffing envelopes for $10 hourly with a bunch of Hispanic immigrants. [Lest one reads anything racist in that statement, I neither intended nor implied such a thing. Merely pointing out the fact that the workers were stuck in such a low-end position because they lacked the language proficiency to do anything else.] Whereas most staffing agencies probably wont find you work, at least they will not insult you as badly as LaSalle does. If looking for work, avoid these putzes at all costs! You are better off remaining unemployed than trying your luck with them.
I really enjoyed working for The LaSalle Network. The agency was prompt in finding me a job assignment. I completed my assignment successfully and is in the process of starting another one with this agency. Im happy to continue my job search and work with such a great company. They really care and try to place people in jobs.
This place can be run better with monkeys than the people that are currently there. Like one reviewer mentioned, the workers there are only looking out for themselves. I met with Michelle Dravins but she never followed up and Ive tried to call and email to them several times about removing my resume but no answer. MY advice to those coming to look for employment, you will have better luck on your own than with these idiots.
Sam Ball, is a fantastic recruiter, I had gotten this Kraft Heinz position in OpenView. I love it, and I hope to work with her, she understands her clients needs. Kudos to Sam!
Seriously the worst recruiting Network. If you don’t answer their phone calls, they keep pushing through text messages. They called me like 5 times during the day and then they reached out like 3 times via text message and I always select that I DO NOT want to be reached via text. If this how they are just when it comes to reaching out, I can only imagine how they are interviews and finding a job. Do NOT recommend this network at all, just look at ALL the bad reviews. Oh and very unprofessional she reached out to me via text because I got disconnected really defensive via text message. UNPROFESSIONAL company. The recruiters name is Lotie.
After meeting with the staff at LaSalle, it was merely a week later that they had a client interested in meeting with me. Becky made sure I had all of the prep material needed to have a successful interview and successful it was. LaSalle puts you in a position to excel, but you must seal the deal. Thanks for being there!!!!!
Don’t waste your time!! Back in late April I was laid off from my job, this “staffing agency” reached out to me to see if I’d be interested in some of their projects after seeing my resume online. The beginning of May I went in to meet with Lauren Knipp. She eventually got me scheduled for an interview with a company I was extremely interested in.. I went on to have what I thought was a great interview, I spoke with Lauren later that day and everything seemed pretty normal. About a week later, I received a phone call from a different recruiter telling me about another available project after confirming interest to this new recruiter, I asked her for an update on my last interview. She told me that she would reach out to Lauren and I should be receiving a call from her. That night a completely different person left me a voicemail letting me know that they chose a different candidate. So now here it is approximately two weeks after the phone call regarding the second project and I still haven’t heard anything back from this “staffing agency”. Almost a whole month later!!!! No job, no follow ups, absolutely nothing! Mind you the very week I meet with Lasalle staffing network, I walked into Aerotek staffing agency as a walk in and within a week they had me interviewed and hired. So with all of this being said if you are seriously looking don’t put all of your eggs into one basket with this place. And if you don’t have time to waste and are looking for something right away check out Aerotek Bryn Mawr location and ask for Jake Schauer!
The staff is amazing. They do whatever they can to assist you in the hiring process. Professional & courteous
I had a phone interview with a recruiter and have not heard from them since. Did not matter that I left 2 voice mail messages, did not bother to return my call.
Michelle JR John and the rest of the staff made working at FTD They are professionals. Each day the communication each way was fluent. I hope that companies us the great company often and know that the staff is such good people with wonderful skills. Lasalle Network is a blessing for the business and the workers.
I enjoyed working with Lasalle they were very prompt in finding me a job. I went to them on Monday and the following Monday was working already. All of the employees were very helpful and seemed very concerned in finding me a position.I would definetly recommend them to anyone looking for a position.
My experience with the La Salle Network was great! I met with Project Manager Becky Hogan at the Arlington Heights location. Beckys personality was very warm and inviting which made me feel at ease and very welcomed. Becky and the entire staff were very professional. I expressed my interest in the type of job I was looking for and within two weeks, La Salle Network called with the perfect assignment close to my home. La Salle Network completely exceeded my expectations! I will refer them to everyone.
They have a ton of jobs, but if your over qualified then it isnt a good fit. People are inexperienced and they wont follow up at all. You really have to chase them and hope they are employed long enough to help you
They help with finding work. Temporary to permanent employment.
Recruiters are very ignorant in this business
Racist
