I had the most amazing experience. I was contacted by Ryan and we got to job searching right away. He was very professional, compassionate, and the goal was always to find the right job for me. After two weeks of job searching and many interviews he was successful. Took that extra mile and even prepared you for the interviews. Answered all questions with no problem and gave the best advice. Scott was friendly and prompt — but in the end, I was ghosted and never heard back after the initial follow-up of the first interview. Thankfully, I found a better opportunity on my own and did not need a recruiter.

After I was notified my position would be eliminated in April, I went and setup an account on all Job Sites. A recruiter reach out to me on May 9th from SRI. After a few days of discussing goals they began their search to find me opportunities. They were able to setup several interviews and I finally was able to land a new position before my end date with my former employer. Very impressed with the network of employers that SRI has. I used SRI two years out of college back in 2008 and SRI was able to place me in an engineering position in the CNC sheet metal world. Ryan was extremely unprofessional, unethical, aggressive, and pushy! We had set-up a meeting not until I realized I had already talked them in the past and didnt want to pursue with their services. Once I let Ryan know that we didnt want to move forward, the guy starting harassing me over the phone.

Dont know how this place stays in business. Chris B dose not know how to talk to people. The building looks very empty inside. Would not recommend even wasting your time with these people. Typical sales people that only care about money they make off your check.

If youve gotten a job through them in the past and they come across your publicly posted resume (even years later), theyll not only call your employer to let them know youre looking but at the same time actively try to push their candidates on your boss to replace you.

Recruiter provided wrong information according to the address for an interview, scheduled multiple people to interview for the same job, was hard to get a hold of, and provided very limited feedback. Seemed like all the recruiter cared about was filling the position, felt more like a number than a person dealing with them.

Extremely unethical and unprofessional. Called my current employer, left messages about job placements. When I asked how he got the number, he informed me he just called the company listed on my LI profile.
