One of the best dentists that I have been too! Love the atmosphere and they really just want to help and take care of you! Most of the time I would dread going to the dentist but they did amazing work and made me feel happy to go back to the dentist!

Super friendly staff, extremely knowledgeable, and they always treat us like were family here. Acierno provides great care and its affordable. Even if they appear out-of-network, they adjust their pricing so the client doesnt have to foot the bill over the differences. No one is ever excited to go to the dentist, but they make going such a comfortable experience and are always upfront with care and pricing, to the point they have a financial coordinator come into the room to inform you of any quotes for the estimated care and will always discuss options that fit into your budget and lifestyle. The hygienists I’ve been working with have gone above and beyond to help me with issues I had, and the dentists have been great. I came to this dental office for a cleaning and dental check up with their hygienist Olivia and Dr. DiFranco. I first met with Olivia and she was AMAZING. She made me laugh and very comfortable, despite my fear of seeing the dentist. Then Dr. DiFranco came in and they worked like a dynamic duo. They set an easy tone and discussed my treatment. Then Olivia proceeded to do my cleaning. I came in for a cleaning today and as weird as this may sound to say about the dentist, it was a wonderful visit! From the start I felt very safe - there was signage letting me know to call the office for curbside check-in. The front desk team took my temperature and went through a COVID screening with me before I could be seen. This made me feel good about coming here!I was there for a cleaning with Olga. She is so friendly, outgoing, and takes great pride in her job. She gave me the run down of her ambitious plan for our day, and we not only got to everything on her list but did it with a couple minutes to spare! X-rays, oral cancer screening, cleaning, fluoride, you name it we did it! She kept me updated and informed as we went along and you can tell she loves what she does. She shared product suggestions with me (nothing you buy at Acierno Dental, just OTC items from the store so you know she truly believes in them and isnt pushing an agenda!) and was so pleasant! She also remembered details from my last appointment back in June - what a great memory and clearly shows how she cares!This was my first time seeing Dr. AJ Smith and I can tell that he is the perfect fit for this office. His warm personality reminds me so much of the other Dr. AJ (Acierno). Ive been a patient here for seven years and its that feeling that Im a person and not just another random patient that makes me keep coming back here, so Im glad to see Dr. Smith approaches dentistry in this same personable way! After being seen by the doctor, I was given a complete explanation of the work that would be needed, along with a printed estimate of costs. Along with this, I was given some great payment options. Every step of the way, they were right there to answer question, and explain everything in detail.The final price quoted was far more reasonable than my previous dentist had quoted.Super nice folks. Stay away! Dentist AJ Smith.The front desk staff is very rude and unprofessional and will hang up the phone on you. The dentist preformed a root canal on a family member without prescribing an anti biotic causing swelling and pain for the patient. Also the doctor refused to send a prescription for pain medication. A lot of better dentist in the area, stay away from this practice.

I have been going to Acierno Dental for a few years, me and my parents as well, and they are consistently amazing! I have always felt taken care of and valued there. Acierno is kind and incredible, along with their whole team. I chipped my tooth before my wedding and they took care of it on the fly, and did it SO quickly too. They even gave me an adorable wedding gift of a bottle of wine. :) They are the best, and I look forward to my visits.

Had my cleaning on 10/21/2020, first one since Covid. It was a great experience. There are procedures in place for everyones safety. I felt very comfortable. The office was exceptionally clean. As before, my hygienist Danielle went through everything with me and asked how my teeth were. I had X-Rays taken, a cleaning, and an exam from Dr Breen. It was an exceptional experience and I would recommend this office to anyone looking.

I had a dental emergency & they were able to see me right away. I have had really bad experiences when it comes to dental but I had the best experience here regardless of me being in pain because of my tooth. From the moment I walked all of the staff were so welcoming from start to finish. Dr. Breen, I believe was my dentist & he was so caring & made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I was pretty scared but they made everything better for me. I’ll be needing surgery for my tooth which they don’t do, but as soon as I get that done I will definitely be coming back & I will be recommending them to friends & family:)

The best experience I have had at a dentist this far. From the second I walked in to the moment I left, I was smiling ear to ear. The women at the check-in desk were so welcoming and kind. The dental hygienists were very friendly and took the time to get to know me. I have also never had a cleaning that was this deep and detailed, my mouth felt amazing! Dr. Breen and Dr. Acierno (luckily had the chance to meet both!) were both very knowledgeable and informed me on everything they noticed and all of my possible options of moving forward with care. It was Dr Abrams from Village Smiles. He had filled two cavities for me last year on Veterans Day. Dr Acierno and Dr Abrams were working together this year to help out the Veterans in the area. His staff were amazing and so friendly. They took x-rays and worked on one of my teeth. They decided that I needed some partials and made impressions. I think lots of people can have anxiety about going to the dentist, especially if its been a while since theyve gone (I was guilty of this). Along with a little anxiety there are plenty of reasons to not see the dentist.... school, work, family, something better to do might come up....I can see why its easy to blow off an appointment, or postpone a hygiene check-up, but I am so glad I decided to stick to my appointment because Dr. Acierno and his staff are absolutely amazing when it comes to the patient experience. Everyone is so helpful and friendly it feels like youre part of the family. Barb was my hygienist and will continue to be my hygienist as long as she is willing to! Her knowledge of dentistry and passion for spreading this knowledge to her patients is something unrivaled by anyone Ive met in the past. Her way of explaining what shes doing during the cleaning, why its being done and how it affects not only my oral health but my overall health was a total eye opener. Not only did it make the appointment fly by in what felt like 15 minutes, (it was a full appointment) but it made me eager to follow through on flossing, which is the hardest thing to make a habit it seems, and stick with regular check ups since the experience is so pleasant. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for a lifelong dentist and dental team!

I just happened to stumble upon Acierno Dental while looking for someone to see my husband on short notice. We ended up moving over from our previous dentist because we liked them so much! Drs, hygienist and staff are all so wonderful and helpful! Makes going to the dentist not so bad :) SO glad we found Acierno Dental!

I went in for a cleaning last fall and took a suggestion to refill an old filling, which turned into a near $1000 out of my pocket root canal. That is not the issue. I later caught $225 charge that was charged to me twice. They manually write out payment plans in a spiral folder, versus on computer. The folder is stored right on their desk with credit card information, name, address etc. of anyone who has a payment plan. I recently went in for follow up routine cleaning and my estimate is $80 (Arent cleanings covered 100%?). They offer to add the $80 to my balance. I say shouldnt we wait to see what the actual balance will be after insurance. They say, that dentist was in the Network, so we know the estimate balance will be $80. In the Network? Arent all dentists & partners who work at this facility in the same Network? I then find out my root canal was done by Partner who was NOT in my Network! Are you serious? And no one told me this? Ah hello I choose your office because you were in my Network. So Acierno Dental is one firm with different dentist partners in different insurance networks. Be aware of this. I will say the staff is very friendly and accommodating, but too many inconsistencies here. Needless to say, they will never see me again. I cant trust their billing procedures or neglect to inform me that only some dentists/partners were in my network.

Very unethical. They misdiagnose you to make more money for themselves. They started off good but now they’re too corporate. If you’re misdiagnosing people and drilling into their teeth just for more money it’s wrong. If you go here and they tell you something’s wrong I would suggest getting a second opinion.
