HORRIBLE service. Total mask nazis too.

I had an iPhone battery replaced. There were some difficulties caused by a prior unqualified repair shop. WE FIX IT fixed it very well and did not charge me for the extra work!VERY PLEASED WITH WE FIX IT!

My boyfriend called them about his phone and the guy on there was extremely rude.

Friendly & knowledgeable staff that was a pleasure to deal with and very effective and efficient getting the repair completed, they were done in 45 minutes. Repair seemed perfect. Thank you.

I wanted to wait a little bit longer to see if any issues would arise from the repair of my IPhone 6s however fortunately everything good so far!! Battery plus in Schaumburg was great in helping me over the phone with information and also repaired the iPhone port and installed a new battery.. it took no longer than 2 and 1/2 hours and so far great job!!!

The folks were very knowledgeable and eager to help. Had my 6s battery replaced and it was done in 25 minutes. Great accessories for all your needs and the entire staff is willing to help!

Definitely better than a broken screen however, the new screen on my iPhone doesnt sit flush like the original (I would have been more okay with this had they told me that would be the case) and there was dried glue around the edges that I have to scrape off. It also took about twice as long as they told me it would take. Not normally a problem but we had our two small children with us and it threw off our entire schedule for the day.

I showed up at the stroke of store closure needing attention to the phone I use for official purposes. Rick was super helpful and was very friendly. He addressed the issue (non functional iphone screen ) into his personal time and got me going. Super nice service 👌.

Great fix with new battery.Only issue (not major) they are so busy you need to get in line and it takes a few hours to get phone back.

Technician was helpful and understanding of the problem with my phone and repaired it in the hours time quoted and the repair cost was a little lower than I expected. I have had great service every time I have had anything done here.

Older I-Phone 6 plus Screen Replacement plus Battery!!!! Dropped off at 10:00am and finished by 11:00am!!!! Super great Service!!!!! Repair looks and feels like new.....

My screen doesnt work that well. Some parts dont react well to touch and sometimes it goes haywire and acts as if Im touching a lot of buttons but am not touching anything.

Cracked my phone yesterday and they fixed my phone the next morning within an hour!! I’m extremely happy and satisfied with the result.
