The vacuums are new and the place is very clean. If you go after 7:00 p.m. then you can get their most expensive wash for $20 and you get one additional wash for free within 14 days. I believe if you have two cars then this is a good deal. The cars are fairly clean although for the price of $20 it can probably do slightly better. Compared to some of the places in the area, this one beats the competition.

Ii came to this location to get a car wash and to vacuum the inside of my car. Upon leaving my car didnt start, I had called a tow truck, but Roman an associate that works at busy bee helped me get my car started. He was so kind to take the time to help me and gave me some expert advise on my car since he is a mechanic. Thanks to Roman I didnt need a tow truck which saved me money and the stress. THANK YOU ROMAN for helping me out i will be coming to busy bee from now on!!!! Great customer service he went above and beyond to help a customer out. I have been bringing my black 2014 Mustang GT to Busy Bee since the day they opened the new wash. This is the only place I trust and also suggest to friends and family due to the quality of the equipment used in the wash and friendless of the staff! My car looks great whether I do the 3 dollar or 18 dollar wash . I even had some scratches on one of my wheels that I noticed after a wash there. I called and spoke with Roman who was able to show me how exactly the wash works with durable rubber instead of metal when the car enters the conveyer to ensure no damage occurs. I went in a little off line and my tire went over the rubber which caused no damage to my wheel at all! Other car washes this would have severely damaged the rim. Roman also was able to show me the state of the art camera system they use which was able to show me exactly what my wheels looked like prior to entering the wash which gave me a great piece of mind using this wash going forward. Thanks again Roman and team!

They have such great customer service.It was my first time at Busy Bee. I simply went there to purchase an air freshener and a couple small cleaning products for the interior of my car. When I first arrived, I was very happy to receive such great customer service from the manager whose name is Roman. He showed me my options and he explained what each product is for. The place is very well maintained! I went there because a friend recommended it! They have the best vacuum; it is very tight and powerful I was able to reach under the chairs and in between. The guys that directed me into car washing area, first wetted and scrubbed the front of the car because was very dirty. Thank you for the great work!

Paid for $18.00 ultra premium, but not quite up to expectations. Two guys with brushes, no one can grab the gas cap area? Front grill and rear window dried spotty. $7-$10 maybe, not worth the $18.00.

First time coming to Busy Bee, I was met by a very hospitable manager named Roman. He explained to me the difference between all the car wash levels, as well as, what options I can use to save the most money using this car wash service.One application that would make this place even better is if there were smaller crevice vacuum tools that a person could use for dirt, which is in between car seats.

Doesnt scratch like other car washes including the vinyl roof. Been taking mine here often and still no scratches.

Theres only one small entrance thats easy to miss but because its on an island of sorts you can circle around with no problem. the pay system was quick and intuitive and the wash seemed pretty thorough. They have vacuums available and although the spaces look wider than regular parking spaces its still a bit of a tight fit when everyone has their doors open.

I arrived, paid, and was at the automatic door and nobody was there. After five min of waiting by myself I got out of my car and looked around and found a single kid who looked 15-16 lounging in the office looking at his phone with his feet on the desk. After getting him to my car to use the brush he barely touches my car to scrub off the build up and went back to his office and phone.I get that a car wash isnt the most hectic job at times but at least have a work ethic.

Its well maintained and there are people around to answer any questions. Its clean and full most of the time but evenings relatively free.

Very disappointing. My car came out with dirty marks from the dirt mixed with the brushes they use. It looked worse than when it went in. All other small marks didn’t even come off and the trunk was not even touched. Not going back.

What can i say? My car goes in dirty, comes out clean. Cant ask for more than that! Free vacuum, which is nice, but found at other car washes as well.

I received a $10 car wash at Busy Bee Car Wash on March 2, 2021. When I got home I began drying it down and I noticed major swirls in the paint from mid door down to the rocker panels all the way around the car. I had my car buffed out last summer and I wash/wax it myself by hand until the cold weather hits. I have only used Busy Bee therefore, I know they created the swirls. If you care about your cars finish like I do, stay away from Busy Bee on Golf Rd in Schaumburg!

Great wash for the price and if you go before 9am you get a early bird rate! only issue is the spacing between the cars and vacuums wish it was a little more spaced out :) but management is great took my car through the wash because some berries fell on the hood, unfortunately they were stubborn and wouldn’t come off after one wash as u pulled up to the vacuums a gentleman who works there came out looked at it and said let’s put it through again on us, so I did again unfortunately not many of them came off again, then The gentleman came out with a rag and spray and cleaned it himself by hand!! Now that’s great service I didn’t expect that kind of service but they really made me feel appreciated and I will continue to return to Busy Bees! Thank you for an amazing experience!!

I used their touchless car wash all the time before they were remodeled to all auto (foam) wash. While I still prefer touchless, I would recommend this place for their service and prices. Place is well maintained and owner is normally on site. Good discounts on prepaid cards and follow up washes, free vacuums. Convenient location as well.

Good price, good wash, not excellent. They uses less water and more soap. Their rinse system does not rinse off soap completely, which might not be good for car body. Their system tries to use less water.I paid full for under body rinse and it didnt happen during car wash process.

Wide selection of washes. From a cheap $3 wash to more expensive all included washes, this location does a good job either way. I usually get a $3 wash, good rinse and scrub all around, nothing too fancy. When the car is a little too dirty I opt to wash manually myself, otherwise this wash does the trick to remove most dirt and grime.This location also has self service vacuums. Again, they are alright. Some provide a little too much suction, to the extent that it gets stuck to everything in your car. But that just makes for a good workout with your wash.Overall, you wont be dissatisfied with the amount you pay.

They have the strongest vacuums and of one gets stuck with paper or something the employees there always come to fix it as soon as they can. They’re super nice there and I love that they have $2 washes from 7-9am. Although I do wish they never changed it from $1 to $1 off the basic wash. Still a great place!

If you want your car looking clean this is the place to go. Not sure exactly what products are involved but your car stays clean for quite a while. Even after a few days or a week I can’t believe how good the car still looks. The equipment automatically adjusts for each vehicle. Went in the office to inquire about the monthly wash club, met the owner, very friendly nice person. He has a passion for his business and really cares the customer has a great experience. Would highly recommend.
