I paid full price for a detail and upon inspection it was clear that I only received a basic car wash. I called immediately when I got home to complain and was told to bring the car back the next day for them to make things right.The interior had only been vacuumed; there was obvious dirt and grime still left on door sills, the leather had neither been cleaned or conditioned as promised and they didnt even bother to clean the interior with Armor all- my dogs paw prints were still all over the light grey leather, and that was just the beginning! They claimed to have waxed and buffed my exterior but there was still dirt and grime, along with bugs remaining on the exterior. I could run my hand over the paint and still feel the road grime. There was still rail dust all over my car too. I have had exceptional service with multiple different owners in the past but this was awful.I took my car back and asked for full refund because it was obvious that they simply only washed the car, and did a poor job at that too. Although they offered to re-do the detailing after a very spirited exchange, they did refund my tip. They said they would redo the entire interior and exterior while I waited- they said it would take about an hour because they would put three attendants on it right away. I watched one attendant clean the inside of my car- this time I could tell they did use Armor All but that was basically it- they handed me they keys exactly twenty minutes later and asked me to leave- they clearly did not wax and buff the exterior as they promised they would in order to make things right. On top of that, they flat out lied to me. They said they buffed it outside of their normal bay area and I could clearly see that they did not because I watched them directly. Please stay away and take your business elsewhere, or beware of getting ripped off.

Oh my gosh this place is incredible. They spent about three hours on my already clean car to detail it. I brought my 2011 Accord in to be detailed so I can sell it. After I picked it up the work was freaking incredible. I then went to pick up my new used car from a dealer. I had to ask them to re clean it for me. There detail job was terrible. Even after the second detail at this Honda dealer it did not even touch the quality of this place. I am very very impressed. I will be able to sell my car no problem. Thank you guys

Very bad service, and customer service. First, you dont say a customer you can come and work here if you dont like it… car has left dirter than clean. Marks on the seat, bird poop on the roof. We had to take towel to finish the cleaning. I know car washes you pay 18$ and it is done fast and clean. Never ever here and be careful where you taking your car, especially new car like us did.

Went in to get an exterior car wash and interior vacuum.Car could have been dried better, door jams were still wet, and wheels were still pretty dirty. Last i recall, the wheels are still part of the exterior. Perhaps they sell the tire dressing upcharge to excuse themselves from washing the wheels. They only vacuumed the floor, its ambiguous what is actually to be vacuumed... All in all, I probably wont be returning here which is a shame cause I work so close to here...

I did a platinum interior and exterior detailing and they did a really good job. 1 star less since I was not called on time to let me know the pick up time. Had to call them multiple times to check whether the car is ready. But apart from that good experience overall!

Been going here for about two years and no problems, good service. That until today, my car left with some damage in the front driver door that I for a fact know was not there when I took it in. Very disappointed about this.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Been going here for years. Get in line at 9:15am, says because its after 10am when they finally take me, I dont get the $5 discount. Complete rip-off and I will not be back. Way to treat a valuable customer.

Got the platinum interior and exterior detailing done on my 2012 Honda Accord Coupe and they did a great job. Car is super clean and looks near-new. Had some light scuffs/scratches on the hood and rear bumper and theyre unnoticeable now. Enosh, the new owner was very friendly.Thanks for the awesome service!

My go to place in the suburbs. Especially with my Nissan GTR, where I dont trust going to just any car wash. Been using Wise Wash for years with great service and attention. I usually wait no more than 15-20 mins to get done. Car ends up looking amazing once cleaned, both inside and out, and fully dry and ready to drive. Very fair pricing too. Highly recommended place to visit especially if you care about your vehicle.

Great place to get a car wash! Those 3 dollar car wash are going to mess your paint up in the long run, have these guys hand wash it with the pressure washer and your cars paint will thank you later on. Great people, car in and out on time. Highly recommend!

This was my first time using Wise Car Detailing. I was told it might take up to 4 hours to finish. They finished just under 2 hours. The detailing was beautiful!! Leo worked on the car by himself. Very friendly and professional. The inside was great, vacuumed & shampooed. The outside was just as good & the engine was spotless. I was surprised they did the engine also! I am very pleased & will definitely use them again! 👍🏻👏. Bill Sheldon

Brought my car here for detailing, but when I get my car back. It doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned at all. I was told that they have already done the detailing. What a horrible experience.

Great Service! After a couple of road trips with 3 kids, the van was a mess. Mud and food stains on the carpet and leather seats. I dropped the van off in the morning and picked it up in the afternoon. It looked great. No more stains anywhere. The leather seats looked almost new. The outside was shining like fresh paint job. Really impressed with the service and will definitely use again and recommend to all.

The Wise Wash Team is simply fantastic and do outstanding work! We dropped off 2 Mercedes SUVs to be detailed on the same day and the results were more than we expected. Both SUVs are shining like new money! The manager and tech made sure we were both satisfied with the service. Even when asked to do a few touch ups, they were so attentive to our requests and did it respectfully. My cousin came from far suburbs to join me in having our vehicles detailed by the Wise Wash team. They now have two new customers for life! I bring my Range Rover here all the time! Love this place the price’s are reasonable and they do amazing work, I’m never waiting, my car always looks and smells great. Men there are all very nice also.

People were friendly, but Took my car in at opening didnt get my car back till 5 hours later. Not happy with the service. My steering wheel was not cleaned.. my mirrors were not cleaned. There were still alot of smudge marks that were not removed. I needed to call the manager to show him. I also still had alot of bug residue in my front grill it was not properly washed..

Wise Wash detailed my daughters minivan which has been cruising for 100,000 miles with three kids - it needed a deep cleaning. They did a great job, it sparkles!

The detail work was on point. Just they need a person at the counter. It seems they have a great reputation with their customers. Its just hard to get the car dropped off and picked up. I still will bring my jeep there again. My wheels still look great

I have to say I am NOT thrilled with the results of my detailing that I got done. Also, when I called the guy outside and showed him tons of missed spots that were not properly cleaned he says you dont get 8hr job for $160. This is what you get. What an impressive answer by the possibly who might have looked to be an owner.Also, I have gotten my prior cars done at other places and results have been far betterCar doesnt even looked to be buffed as they call it in their premium package. Also car didnt even smell like they did anything inside other than vacuum and probably sprayed.All in all I wasnt thrilled to hear the response I got from the guy. It was pretty rude as well the job wasnt done well to begin with its freaken detailing job atlest should be spotless atleast when i pick it up.Thanks

Horrible job! Paid for the delux wash. The inside of my vehicle looked like it was barely touched. I had yogurt splattered on the dash and they left it there. I went home and with the littlest bit of moisture, it wiped right off. Also, they could not remove the tree sap from the outside of my car. Overall, it looked like a child cleaned it.

Geez, Terrible experience, and poor customer service. If I could give this place less than 1 star, I would. I paid $28 for the upgraded hand wash and dry, plus both front and back weather tech mats cleaned, interior wipe down, interior and trunk vacuum. After they were done I checked my car to find, they didnt even touch the rear weather tech mats. They did not vacuum the interior at all, and or the trunk. They did not do a proper job wiping down the door jams, and the interior of the door jams. I asked the lady up front (Lorena), and she got them to wash down my rear weather tech mat. I asked them to do the vacuuming as there was a lot of dirt left around my accelerator pedal. As they were doing what they were originally supposed to do, I asked for a rag so I can wipe down the door jams better, along with the edges and bottom of the doors and trunk. I understand that Im picky about my cars cleanliness and asked for a drying rag to do some of the drying on my own. As I was doing that, they started to get impatient with me and asked me to hurry up. I replied, im doing your job, that you should have been done by you, please give me a minute. I must have took maybe 5 mins to do this. I noticed the guy half assed the trunk vacuuming, and they still had not did a good enough job vacuuming the interior as there was still lots of dirt around my pedals. At this time, they kept asking me to please move my car out so they could pull in the other cars. I was already displeased and said, screw it, got in my car and began to put it in gear. This is around the time, I heard one of the car wash guys (his name was Lester) say, you dont own this wash man, get the hell out. This basically infuriated me. I drove around, parked, and walked back in to talk to Lorena. I told her my disgust with the disrespect I received from the workers, and their lack of attention to detail. I was not satisfied, and I wanted a refund, for the lack of detail on their service, for missing things I paid for, and overall the blatant disrespect I received from the guys washing my car. She told me that the manager would be in, in about 15 minutes. The manager (Jose Gutierrez) shows up, and I tell him how un-happy I was, and angry with being blatantly disrespected. Instead of apologizing, or empathizing with me, he basically asked what I wanted first. I said a full refund. He immediately said he couldnt do that. I re-emphasized that his crew disrespected me to my face, even though I was helping them do their job, they still wanted me out, and kept yelling at me to hurry up. He did not even seem to care. When I asked him, “Is this how you treat people? Is this how you would wanted be treated? Do you care if I even return to this car wash? To which he replied, I dont really care, I wont give you a refund or anything else, turned around, and walked away immediately. I went back to Lorena, and voiced my frustration with her, I told her, I waited another 20 minutes for the manager to show up. And he basically wasted another 20 minutes of my time. She gave me the name of the big boss named (Atiq), and told me he would be in the following day at 3p.m. I have since called the car wash six times in two days. The person who picks up that I bet is (Atiq) tells me, Atiq will be in, in an hour. When I call back, I get, he will be in 2 hours. When I call back again, I get, he will be in tomorrow. I call the next day, same pattern. . However, when a worker, and manger basically disrespects you, and the big boss is never there, that deserves a poor review. I made the mistake of not reading the poor reviews of this place before I went their. Their loyalty card for a free wash after 8 washes went straight to the garbage. I will NEVER return to this place. Take my advice go the H20 Spa just down the road. Pictures below show: poor vacuuming, tire shine half assed, dirt around pedal, floor mats half assed and not cleaned well. It was worst, I didnt have time to take all the pics for the poor service.

I purchased a Groupon as a gift for my husband for a platinum interior & exterior detail. Wise Wash did an amazing job. My husbands car was filthy inside: sand from years of playing sand volleyball, a stain in the backseat from spilling greasy food ten years ago, usually some off-putting smell of unknown origins, and he literally never washes the outside. Id read on the Groupon reviews that they occasionally charge $20 extra for super dirty cars, but they didnt do that to us. It makes me wonder how filthy those cars were. It could also have something to do with the owner mentioning to me that hed taken over the business just 3 months ago, so perhaps that was the old regimes policy.When Wise Wash was done with it, the inside of the car looked nicer than when he bought it. My husband remarked that hed always thought his dashboard was grey, not black. Theyd miraculously gotten the oily stain out of the back seat. The sand was gone.The only disappointing part was that the upholstery, including the drivers seat, was quite wet when we took it home. I think theyd left paper on the seats, but my husband may have removed it. He ended up with some wet clothes.Regardless, I highly recommend them. Thanks Wise Wash!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! They detailed my boyfriends car and when he picked up the car it looked clean but the window wipers wouldn’t shut off. Took it to a repair shop and they said there was water damage to the motor for the wipers and it would need to be replaced which is $800-$1000. Called the detail shop and not only did they refuse to help or pay for damages but proceeded to be rude and hang up. At this point we are contacting a lawyer but this is crazy!

I tried to make an appointment by calling about 4-5 times over the past year. They are open by appointment only. I’ve left a voicemail two times with my name and number. No one picks up and no one calls you back.

Bad job..car was still dirty. Paid for tire shine, they did not put on...i would not give this place any stars...i would rather take the time to drive into city for a car wash...

I waited to write a review to see if my opinion would change. in fact, in the week i waited my opinion has dropped even further. for a place that claims to do detailing, they missed many, many details. door wells, drawers, and smaller areas werent cleaned at all. even wide surfaces still had a layer of grime when i wiped a finger over them. theres a bunch of gravel in the back seat floor. the removable carpets smell of mildew even after being spread out to dry- they were left in a wet pile in the trunk. this detailing wasnt worth a cent. i just spent my afternoon cleaning up the places they missed. dont waste your time or money going here.

I needed a basic wash and chose to have the tires detailed as well. Everyone was extremely friendly and my car came out beautiful. I love that they hand dry it, too so that you don’t have the issue with locks or windows freezing in colder weather. I am very happy with their services.

I am quite satisfied with the services provided. My car looks like almost new. The spots on my cloth seats are completely gone, as if they were never there. I got interiors detailing, exterior wash, engine wash at quite good rates. I would definitely recommend this to a friend.

Horrible customer service. Your business consists of great service from what you offer and how you offer. when you cant or dont know how to communicate with customers, it makes a HUGE difference. Management has changed multiple times over the course of the years and you wonder why. Short staffed, ran poorly, no follow up and employees dont seem thrilled to be there in the first place.

Discovered this place last month when I moved here from California and needed a place that would do hand wash for my 2016 C450 AMG.These guys do as good of a job as any other wash with competitive pricing. Yes there might be slight missed spots at times, but what wash doesnt do that?Aside from that, owner is a nice friendly older gentleman and staff is quick and have the car ready when promised.Bottom line is I trust them with my car and would def recommend them.

Ive been coming here for over a year and usually dont mind the 40 minutes it takes them to wash my car. However, I was just turned away at 2:58 pm after sitting in the bay for 10 minutes that they were closed... Their sign says they close at 6pm??? As a business owner myself, I would NEVER turn away a repeat paying customer during normal business hoursThey lost a great, regular customer today, and Im the guy that buys 10 washes at a time. Ill be taking my business where my time and money is appreciated!

$32 is how much I paid for a the “top tier“ mediocre car wash and interior wipe down. Floor mats, still dirty. Crumbs still visible. Water spots on rear view mirror. For the same wash in Chicago, $20 max. Go elsewhere, it’s a ripoff.

Got a exterior detail and the wheels were filthy. The manager hand cleaned all 4 like they just forgot them. When I gave them the car I specifically said wheels are filthy they will need extra time. I was told that is not a problem they will be beautiful. Sure they will.

There is no point paying for a hand wash when they use a brush to clean the car which is more rough than automatic car wash in gas stations. After getting a first car wash on a new car it looks like I took it through automatic wash 10 times

Bugs still on my car after wash ...and dirt ...I brought it back ...owner was not sympathetic...said to clean bugs it’s extra ...but he should’ve said that when I got the wash instead of assuming I just wanted to keep a dirty car with bugs instead of paying extra ...he did not refund my money or offer ...and displayed his annoyance although I paid and tipped for a dirty car ...this the second time ...NEVER AGAIN

I purchased an exterior car wash; when. I got home I noticed my travel mug was missing from the car. I called twice and left one message, no one called back. I went back the next day and was told that no one opened my car, even though I was in the (very messy) lobby and saw through the window that my car doors were opened. No one apologized or offered to recitify my stolen mug. The girl at the front didnt care and one of the others workers was rude.

They used brush to wash my truck, and with the same brush they washed rims and tires.Truck still had dirty spots.

If i could give them 0 stars i would. Came in with a friend and we got different packages, i got the regular $15 and he got the $30 fancy one. In the end both cars came out looking the same. On the $15 dollar package they didnt even wipe my dash, it had the same amount of dust as it had when i came in, and they did not even bother to wipe out the door threshold. Also noticed a scratch on the driver rim after the wash. Dont waste your money on their poor quality service!

I requested the ultimate car wash. The car was left dirty on the outside, windshield was only half cleaned, door jambs werent wiped down and my floor mats were even worse. My advice is turn on the lights so you can see the dirt.

The worst experience ever! The manager Jose G. argued with me about my free car wash (punch card). He slammed the door as we walked into the garage, handed me my keys, and glared at me through my window as I drove off in my car. It was very creepy!!! I would like to inform the owner who is actually very friendly. Never had a bad experience until today.

Spent over $130 on a wash, shampoo and basic wax. Dont feel it was worth work done. Receptionist was very unprofessional and acted like I was bothering her by being there. I read the other reviews about rude customer service and agree. If you havent been here before take my advice and look at the reviews I checked them out before I came and decided to give them a chance. Based on the poor customer service and over price I would not go back and wouldnt recommend going here.

Did a good job on the outside but paid little attention to dusting the inside. Its my second time here and both times they did not wipe the dust off the instrument panel. Drives me nuts! In my opinion, not worth the 15 dollars.

Costs more than the drive through automated car wash, but they do a much better job.

If you really want to good service from here never buy from group on.Also Executive service is not good. I was telling that we did good buff wax and it will go at least one year and you will not able to see minor scratches . But I can see minor scratches after 2-3 months. Also new front office lady was rude. Owner nature is ok.

Terrible service, they took items out of the car for detailing and forgot to replace them. Had to return on my own time to retrieve items like the cargo shade, wheel locks and cargo net. They refused to deliver the items they removed or compensate me for their mistakes. Very amateur operation would not recommend.

They did a decent job my carpet is still dirty, not worth $30. Still stuff in between the seats. Before they gave a punch card and its been a while since ive been back to this spot and I showed the punch card and he said we dont do that anymore..? They could at least honor it since ive had it for a while but hey why offer a punch card if its technically a free wash? The owner asked if I wanted to put the tip in the box and I told him no Id like to give it to the man who did the work and he said he didnt know who it was so I should put it in the box since it all goes to them at the end of day and they split it. I wasnt a fan of that idea but not a big deal whatever.

Had them do a full clean through groupon to get a used car smelling new. Not sure how they did it but they burnt the seat in my back seat. Looks like cigarette burns. Refused to pay for repair or claim responsibility. Wish I saw the other reviews showing damage before i went. Avoid this place.

My USB car charger went missing after getting my car detailed here. They also did a pretty poor job detailing doe the price they charge for the platinum detail. My seat seemed just as stained as before the detail, and they didnt even clean the engine at all. They also armor all my rubber floor mats making them very slippery. They also tried to charge the lady before me an extra $20 because her seats were dirty. Um, if the car was clean, why would you be paying to have it cleaned? The manager is quite rude and argumentative. Avoid this place at all costs.

Horrible wash and over priced. My truck still had salt on it, rims werent cleaned well and outside mirrors were not cleaned at all. Touchless drive thru does a better job.

Horrible service. Horrible the way they treat customers. Believe the bad reviews you see. I purchased a Groupon as a gift for my son. He called 3 weeks before it expired and was told the next appt was conveniently the 2 days after the expiration. My son asked to speak to the manager who wasnt there. He was told he had 6 months to make an appt its not their fault hes calling now and they are booked. Omg! Who talks to customers like that? Who knows a car place is booked for three weeks ? The day after it expired GROUPON sent me an email saying the Groupon has been extended. He calls and was told it was booked and no openings till 2 days after the expiration again. He drove there and talked to a manager who said to squeeze him in. He was asked to bring his car the day of the expiration at 8 am. The employee showed up to her job at 8:06 am and apologized. He had forgotten the Groupon and she asked him to call when he got home. He did and she said its showing it expired yesterday and we should download the Groupon app. The app says the day before but email says the day of the appt (which he showed the owner or mgr) He told them we can show them the email. She said bring both and they will figure it out when he picks it up. 2 pm they call and its surprisingly $20 more. Why? Its an suv. My son asked why he wasnt told that. The man underlined the groupon where it says extra large cars and SUVs $20. He told my son he should have respect. Maybe you get respect when you earn it and treat your customers right. Its amazing how the Groupon rating is so much higher than Yelp or Google review rating. Just bad all around. We will be telling everyone we know to stay away! Cant imagine this place will stay in business with such terrible customer service.

Horrible experience. They pressure wash vehicles and it chipped chunks of white paint off my vehicle. Owner was the absolute rudest person I have ever dealt with. Do not take your car there!! Owner will not fix damages and is rude about it!
