First time customer. Had the supreme window tinting package. Reasonable price and great quality of work. My car was completed ahead of promised time. I love how my car looks now. The staff was very polite and very knowledgeable with all of my questions. I will definitely go back for my other car.

I had my tints done on my new car about a month ago and they were awesome. I was seen within the week that I called for an appointment. Marshall was very helpful and very nice and even gave me a teachers discount (they are the only place to offer that). With how great the tints look, how prompt of service they had, and how great the price was, I will definitely come back!

My car has been here 4 times and this last time was THE LAST TIME. I am still not happy with my tint. Not to mention the installer done something to my window, now it wont go down, it was definitely working just fine beforehand. At this point I dont even want the tint on my car🤬

I did the whole car accept the windshield. Good quality of film. They offer you 3 types of it and even the windshield film as a light blue color that hold a sun from outside and your car not getting hot inside. The guy who work there really nice and he know what he is doing. Job was done nice and quick ! 5 out of 5 !!!!

I sent an inquiry online for a quote to get my front 2 car windows tinted. Its been something Ive wanted to do for years but figured itd be too expensive. I received a text from Vanessa letting me know the potential price ($100 total). I was happy to hear it wasnt as expensive as I expected. They were able to get me in today and I was in and out in under an hour. And the results are fantastic! Im so happy I finally got it done. My only (minor) complaint which is super trivial is while I was there someone in the back was tested sound system and whatever they were using music wise to test it got so loud in the front I could feel the music in my chest. But other than that perfect experience for me.

If youre looking for window tinting then this is the right spot for you. Ive tried to look for the cheapest price for tints before and I ended up with terrible tints that need to be replaced anyway. Tint World was professional from beginning to end, I got an amazing tint, and even though it took a little longer than expected they called me right away to make things right. They kept me in the loop the whole time, made sure I was properly accomodated and did an incredible job putting tints in my car. Definitely will be returning for any future needs. 11/10 recommend.

I had window tint done on my vehicle at Tint World in Schaumburg, IL and very impressed with the entire process. Website was easy to navigate and setup store credit. From the initial scheduling over the phone, communication was fantastic. I dropped my car off the following night (Monday) and immediately my car was stored inside the shop. Marshall went over tint options and decided on the Ultimate package (TW 2-PLY INFRARED CERAMIC™ FILM).Marshall was very detailed about time, cost, what to expect, and extremely knowledgeable on his products. As anticipated, the following day Marshall called to let me know my car was complete (11:00am). Picked up the car on lunch break and couldnt be happier with the results. Let me say this: Above all, a great company is as good as the people who represent that company, and Marshall is that guy. Very humble, detailed, knowledgeable, precise, showed equanimity, and very trustworthy.I read these low quality reviews and there is no way that they are talking about the same company!!! Marshall will do what it takes to make sure you are more than happy with the results. More then likely these people that left bad reviews were the problem.Note* The following week I had some rough texture on my vehicle and immediately called Marshall to see what could be done. I brought the car in and both agreed to use clay bar. Stopped in at Tint World and Marshall again (Classy) went out of his way to make sure that he would smooth out the rough spots. That night at 9:00pm, Marshall text me (THEY WERE CLOSED MIND YOU) and told me the car was finished. My wife and I picked up the car at 9:30 at night and Marshall clay bared my entire car. Who takes the time after hours to make sure you are completely 100% happy, TINT WORLD. Went to have my car stereo cable reconnected. It took them over 2 hours to pull out the cable and leave it on my passenger seat.If you feel like spending $45 to just have someone pill a cord out, this is the place...

Went to tint world to have a baiid device installed and in the process of installation they killed my battery and didnt think to charge it. Tried to sell me a battery on the spot. Reassembled my car incorrectly and broke my keyfob. When I called to ask about these things the owner denied everything and said he wouldnt help at all. I would not go here for any services.Update for pics for the quality of work done at this shop!!

Really bad experience . They destroyed my 2020 Chevy express. Unprofessional. Wasted my time. But he was asking for to open 2 screws $75.00. Mario installed ceiling. And he hide 3rd light under ceiling. I ask him open ceiling because of 3rd light. He refuses and argues telling me there wasnt 3rd light. For open ceiling he was asking me $75.00. With is I paid him for wrong Installation .he was really rude .

What an amazing experience!!!! I was most impressed by the level of the shops dedication to ensure my satisfaction. Marshall greeted me with a smile listened actively as explained the level of service and detail expected for my car. He explained the shops process for detailing and was open and honest about possible outcomes. When I returned to pick up my car I was more than satisfied. My tintslooked amazing and the scratches on my door handle are now nonexistent. I look forward to returning this week for full detail of my car and tint of my head and rear lights. I have already shared with friends my experience and suggested this shop because of the quality of work and 5 star customer service. Got the two front windows in my wifes 17 HONDA HRV quickly and at a fair lrice. Very pleased.

Shop is spotless and beautiful. However, I took my X5 for headlight restoration and all the guy did was buff the headlights. He did not use the grits sand paper to remove oxidation and he tells me the oxidation I still see is from inside when I can still feel the oxidation when I touch the headlights. I will not go there again. The headlights looks the same for $99.00 I will take my business somewhereelse.

I recently got my car windows tinted at this location. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable (with being a first time tinter, I had a lot of questions). The service was fast and professional, and the shop is cozy and VERY clean!

THE WORST PLACE EVER!!!! omg. Where to start....Found them online. Gave them so many chances to fix it and they kept making it worse ... How about I just list the things.1. 1st car detailed .... Their detail service is not detailed. A lot of things are left unclean. When I asked for it to be cleaned the person in charge got very upset but told me to bring it back. I took it back,. They kept it for hours and they DID NOT clean it!2. I unfortunately made the mistake to get a car starter there. So I had my other car towed and asked them remove old alarm and starter and replace w new one. Turns out they said I needed a new battery. And I asked for a detail too. They did all of that but the detail was still bad. They did not clean good. I asked to get my money refunded bc I didnt like the starter but they offered a discount if I came back to upgrade to the next step up.3. Took it back. But the service was still bad. The manager bad talked the great friendly professional girl that works there. She was nice and helpful and accommodating. He was rude and disrespectful. Especially when he said I am too picky. Picky because I want a clean car that I just paid you to clean??? 😠😠4. Took my car for service and it was making a noise. Turns out the battery was missing parts!!!!!!! The part that holds it down. So now Im stuck w a bill of 125$ bc they didnt replace my battery the correct way.Im so angry but I dont want to deal with this place. I rather pay someone else but not before WARNING YOU TO NOT GO HERE. YOU WILL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED.

After a bad experience at Tint World I should have went to the dealership . I do not recommend if you want a neat, quality job . I really regret bring my car here . The back up camera and touch display they installed are extremely glitchy . This place is proof that you can pay a high price but still receive garbage installation and products.
