I cant even articulate in just one review how Awesome Neal is. I came in to pay my bill and trouble shoot my crappys s7edge and apparently I was eligible for a new phone and it so happens the 9s just came out. SO naturally the upgrade just seemed like the right thing to do. Now I got a sweet new phone and I owe it all to Neal Patel at the woodfeild store for being the real MVP putting the team on his back and getting me the UPGRADE !!! also he helped me lower my bill cause he noticed by upgrading to a new plan I might save on overages thanks pal.
