The amount of time to sit and wait and only have two people working here. They won’t take walk ins without putting you at the end of the line. When you have a special needs child who can’t wait it’s difficult to wait over an hour. They really need more help here and they don’t seem like they even want to be here. One of the stylists has been putting towels away now while we have 4 people in front of me. Not at all impressive and very poor service.

Came in for a quick haircut because I was getting annoyed by the length. Awful haircut, it’s uneven. Worse than the haircuts I gave myself in college with a trifold mirror.

Jessica was extremely helpful and gave me one perfect haircut. It was my first time into a Sport Clips and she warmly welcomed me, walked me through all the services they offer, then asked me genuine questions about the cut I wanted, held great conversation, and then after I did the MVP treatment asked for genuine feedback. I went in for just a haircut and left with a very satisfied look and service. As long as she is there I will be a customer. Top tier customer service.

During the pandemic its hard to find a place that actually has decent sanitary protocols that they actively follow, but this sports clips does all that and more. Plus they always get my haircut right every time and ive been coming here for a while.

Ace is #1. Ive never gotten more compliments on my hair. She is super talented. The whole establishment is very friendly, polite, and professional. I had been away for several years but will come back often to see Ace and her friends.

Went with my son, and jeez not going again! The haircut my son received was perfectly average, but the price was outrageous for not only the area, but also for a child’s haircut. There is nothing about Sports Clips in my opinion that gives it any edge enough to justify the price over any number of the Northwest Suburb chain or independent places. The interior is cool but it’s all aesthetic and no substance. I mean in that there is a ton of sports related design but if you took all that away you simple get an average chain haircut place. The woman who cut my son’s hair really put some time in to her work and that was appreciated. Other than the price I have not major complaints, the experience was friendly and seems like a nice place to get a haircut but with at least half a dozen comparable businesses within 5 miles I plan to go elsewhere in the future for a more reasonable price

I dig Sports Clips, the stylists there know what theyre doing, and Ive never had a bad haircut. The place is comfortable enough, they offer some decent additional services, and theyre usually pretty fast. My only issue with SC is their prices. $19 for just a regular old haircut seems pretty steep to me.

Husband goes here regularly, has good experiences. Men/boys Walk in ONLY but lots of big screen TVs with sports showing. Coupons ok. Pretty quick depending on what you plan. Shave available as well. Kids hair cuts with new styles.

Great spot for a haircut. Im really happy with how my haircut turned out. the stylist was really friendly. there are a ton of TVs so if you just want to sit down and not talk you can distract yourself with just watching sports on TV.

My youngest son needed a haircut, I just received a coupon so I figured that wed use it. He was pleased with the cut that he got. Thats all that really matters to me. I mean its on his head, and he has to go out in public with it. They did a nice job, Id say!

Ive been going to this location for several years and always had positive experiences. I tend to stick with one stylist when I know they can get my hair right, but after several years Ive seen most of the current, long standing stylist at least once. I always get good customer service, hence why I keep going back. Ive even been offered a suggestion or two on things to do with my hair that my wife has really enjoyed and Ive stuck with. I always recommend them.

Have been a customer for over 10 years. Always like the cut and love the shampoo & massage. Good people and efficient system.

For a $23 haircut, I would expect to get a fade when requesting one. The lighting was a little dim so I didnt notice I had a big line on my head that wasnt faded properly until I got home. Needless to say, never going back here again. Its too bad you have to drive into the city to get a great Chicago style fade.

GOOD HAIRCUT...WENT ONCE SO FAR

I havent gotten a good hair cut here ever since Josette left. (If anyone knows where she went please message me and tell me. Ill pay you! ) Maybe its because my instructions are too difficult. Just take a 1/2 inch off apparently measuring if you can believe it or not is not a stylest strong suit. Ive gone to 3 different girls here with the same request and EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM cut off more hair then I requested.From a stylist perspective why would you want to cut more off and have your customer get hair cuts less often instead of cutting less then the requested amout and have them come more often is beyond me but this is what had happened every time. I tell them to take an inch or 1/2 inch off dont go around the ears no other special instructions just cut a half inch off everywhere and they cut more. I know because Ive measured my hair before and after each cut. I just dont understand how something so simple is so difficult for someone to do.Either way I wont be coming back.

Been taking my kids there for quite some time. Place has gone down hill the past few visits. Today was the last. All 4 workers were chatting right in front of my son about their jimmy johns order. She took forever to cut his hair and they didnt listen at all to what he asked for. Your location lost 2 customers today.

Tv was on fox talk shows. Other then that it was great.

I took my son here for a $9.95 haircut (got the coupon in the mail) and the staff is very rude (or at least the lady I talked to). Mediocre haircut after all that attitude, they messed up my sons back and sides, completely uneven. Dont know where they got their skills to cut hair but looks like they need to go back to school or the owner needs to hire some new cutters.I rate this location extremely poor, AVOID! All the positive reviews seem to be from fake Google accounts with no profile pic, nice try guys.

Service depends on who you get to cut your hair. The last few times have been great but Ive also had times where the haircut was rushed just to get me out of the door. You shouldnt have to touch up a haircut when you get home.

If you pick the right girl (Josette) or (Sheri) your gonna get a quality haircut with nice conversation. I have been going to these girls for over 10 years. Trust me they are worth waiting for if its busy. Place is clean and relaxing. I am a big fan. There are always 3-5 dollar off coupons in the mailers. Make sure to TIP well you cheap bastards! Haha

Great service. Finally, they got Comcast Sportsnet channel and can watch Chicago sports like the Cubs. Oh yeah, they give a great haircut and you must try the relaxing shampoo.

Josette and LuLu are great! Can get busy at times but they are both very much worth the wait!
