I have selected Steve’s Auto because of good internet ratings. I got reasonable quote for repair and I was told the job will be done in little bit over a week. Finally the repair took over 4 weeks (May 24th-June 21st) but this is not an issue. Repair quality is what it’s about for me not acceptable.1. The new color and the old colors don’t match. Newly painted parts are several shades lighter than old paint.2. Steve’s Auto specializes in paintless dent removal but somehow it didn’t work well on my car and fixed dents looks like repaired by an amateur.3. Rear door had white drips very difficult to remove (scraping using razor and polishing).4. Windshield is not installed centrally (!?!). On driver side is ¼ inch gap, on a passenger side there is no gap.5. Dashboard surface are damaged by glue or paint thinner.6. The hood paint has some not fixable discoloration.7. The clean-up and detailing after repair was done slapdash: a lot of white, powdery dust and residue, gummy residue on the paint surface, over-sprayed surfaces cleaned by paint thinner so damaged clear coat surface required polishing.Im very disappointed because I was expecting quality and professional repair not a cheap job done carelessly (I will try to add pictures).

This shop is awesome, you won’t find a better price with comparable quality anywhere. Any time our family has either a mechanical break down or a body damage, this is where all of our vehicles go to get fixed. Over the years we tried numerous of shops within 50 miles radius and couldn’t find better. We’ll be bringing our vehicles to Steve’s Auto as long as we are living in this state. Bad place to do your body work. They use cheap aftermarket parts that dont fit well and they dont believe in using all the clips or screws. Had to go back again and again to get it fixed. Bumper was loose and while driving hood opened and many other smaller issues. Had to take the car to different shop to get it fixed so it is safe to drive. I will never use their services again and you shouldnt too!

Weve used Steves Auto for our business. Weve hired them for probably over two hundred jobs and used several other Auto Body shops prior to them. I can say theyre pricing is great and their work is very good. I personally take my vehicles to them because I trust the quality of their work. Im writing this review because I am very picky about who I hire for professional services and there are so many companies that can disappoint so it can be difficult to know who to hire. If you need body work based on my experience, you can feel confident that Steves is the place to go.

Steves Auto Body did an excellent job on my Range Rover. They had the vehicle towed from my house to their facility, contacted the insurance company and worked with the adjuster. They were extremely helpful and coordinated everything with the insurance company. I sure will use them again in future if I need a body repair shop for any purpose and will recommend friends.

My brand new car (2015 mustang ecoboost) was damaged from an accident. Since the car was so new there were no new parts available online. These guys finished the job under budget, a few days early, matched the color perfectly, and worked with my insurance leaving me hassle free and a very satisfied customer. I would highly recommend this shop for all you body work and painting needs.Im a big car guy so it was very important for me to have the job done right the first time and without any defects. These guy are very professional and know what they are doing.

This place has everything you expect from a repair shop. You can get everything from mechanical repairs to body repairs. Also, they provide 3 things I look in a shop, great price, great service, and most of all knowledge to do it right the first time. Ive been going here for years, and even though its not close to my house, I dont mind the extra drive.

I would not say they know what they do, a few months ago i asked them to take a look on my car on noise of beating at the front suspension, they said i should replace bearings, i did that for almost 900$, and nothing happened i still have this noise on my car, they said is something else we should check (that after they checked a few times), now i asked them to clean off rust on the doors and to paint those, the results are terrible they painted without to clean those, and 2 corners even they didnt paint up, in a few days rust appear back on the doors, and for bonus they scratched vehicle all around and dirtied inside (ill try to post some pictures)
