Ive been coming to Coco Nails since it opened a few years ago. This has become my go-to nail place when Im in Westchester. Whether I make an appointment or not, I get great quality service even when its crowded. The owner and nail technicians are friendly and professional. Ive never had a problem here and find it to be a very clean, luxurious establishment. Also the parking situation is a huge bonus compared to other nearby nail salons.

Extremely rude people and gel nails are over priced. Also, some workers have a very bad attitude.

Great nail 💅 technicians, excellent customer service, always clean, pedi bowls are disinfected after every use. No wait time once you make an appointment. All equipment are sterilized. Been going here for a while never had any issues. 8 would not hesitate to recommend.

Pretty place, my experience wasnt so well. Felt rush than there was a problem with me having my child. Than in top of it they dont do designs. The own has nerve to tell me I cant bring my child inside next time.

Beautiful gel mani that’s lasted two weeks. Super clean and comfortable. I recently moved to Westchester County and have been searching for a new nail spa - I traveled 20 mins to get here. As a first time customer, I’ve found my new place. It’s totally worth it!Thanks :)

Best gel manicure ever!! Kim was a sweetheart and took her time helping me find my perfect color and was so attentive to the smallest detail when shaping my nail. She didn’t try to overlook small flaws like most people do! I am absolutely in love with my nails and will continue to go to Kim for all my nail services. Highly recommend!

Jessi always takes me on time for my appointments I never have to wait, and she does an amazing job every single time. Everyone is so nice and the facility is always clean!

Generally will walk in for a pedicure as most times they have no customers. Today I stopped by and without any hesitation or question she said to me no availabilty. Maybe my appearance does not meet their clientele as business improves.

I loved this place!You have to find your right Nailartist here but when you got one it is easy to get the best pedi in this area.Also they did an amazing eyebrow waxing job. I miss this place!

My all time favorite favorite nail spot in Eastchester/Scarsdale NY. They do the most incredible job on my nails. If you are looking for clean, women who appreciate that you are paying a lot for your services, you go here! I get my Gel UV Nail Set and my fill ins. The BEST

I love Coco nails. It has been a long time since I have had a standing appointment for my nails. For the past 4 month I see Young every 2 weeks. The salon is clean. I am very pleased with the selection of colors and types of services they offer. The staff is friendly and the massage is fantastic. I highly reccomend the reflexology foot massage.

After searching for a great nail salon for years, I finally landed on Coco! I get so many compliments on my nails. Reasonable prices, short wait times without an appointment. I’ll be back again!

I was looking for a new nail salon because I just recently moved to Eastchester, NY. I was so unhappy the whole service. I got a UV gel refill, the lady who was doing it looked like she was confused on what to do. She was using the electric nail drill and was so rough with it. After paying $70 dollars for a refill, in two days one of my nails cracked in half and they charged me another $10. Would not recommended this place.

Attentive staff and good service

Ok manicure. A male manicurist did mine. Uneven polish. Did not suggest a wrap for a low break. Cuticles not trimmed well. Not good enough to go here again. Especially considering I go weekly and can get better price and better mani elsewhere. Chris Nails in Tukahoe or Bronxville Nails always good. Coco has a big space, easy parking, and brand new salon that will likely do well with parties.

Disorganized place, dried up nail polish. Do not recommend. Luxuria nail bar is much better.

Inconsistent service. My first time the experience was not so bad. I guess since I was new the treatment was okay and the lady that I got had nice attitude. I went the se find time and it was a disaster. First time I went I the accepted Zelle as a form of payment so I said great less contact no cash involved. This time a very rude lady told NO WE DONT ACCEPT THAT mind you I and showing her that 10 days ago I sued Zelle there she started getting loud so everyone can hear her like she was trying to embarrassed me. I try explaining to her that I understand she doesn’t want to use Zelle but I didn’t have my wallet cause I switch bad and my car was being serviced( I keep a back up credit card in my car). She continue to be rude by saying with Zelle we have to pay taxes lady we all have to pay taxes and you should be careful who you disclose that you are trying to evade paying more taxes cause you don’t know who you are dealing with.(might be an inspector). And to top that if I had a half leg waxed and I said it was from my knees down there was a $10 charge for it price and terms not listed on their price charge she just made that up. Adding this not cause of the money but to show incompetence on their end.Now on my second day of powder manicure my nails are already cracked and I’m no lt willing to go back to get them fix under the 5 days guarantee. It will be pointless since they don’t listen. I hope that this person was not the owner of the business and I am writing this review hoping they will coach the personnel that now at days excellent customer service is the key to success. My friend and I started to come here and now you lose 2 great Client due to that behavior.
