I had such an amazing experience here & I loved how my manicure looked, but not even a week later all of my nails chipped or broke off. I went back in to have a few nails fixed after only a few days of my initial appointment, but the same thing kept happening a day later. This has never happened to me before, and I have been getting SNS for many years now. It sucks because I really enjoyed my experience & the customer service is great, just not sure about the application :(

This was the first time my daughter and I have been here. I looked it up online. They seemed to have had good reviews and the place looked quaint.To begin, they did a rush job on both me and my daughters nails because they had customers waiting.The nail technician messed up a few times, making the process of getting my nails done longer.For my daughter, her nail tech forgot to put a second coat on one hand then kept going back and forth with my daughter saying she did a second coat already. The color on one hand was significantly darker than the other.At the end, I didnt even get my shoulder back massage that you usually get because she was in such a rush. I asked her a few times about my massage and she just seemed to ignore me then disappeared in another room with one of the customers that was waiting.I was looking forward to possibly making this one of my go to spots when Im in Westchester given the fact that I live in Manhattan but do come to Westchester quite often.Unfortunately, my daughter and I will not be revisiting this place after our experience.

I enjoyed the pedicure. Eva did mine. She was more thorough. My only problem was that I brought a date who also got a pedicure but was done a bit before me, meaning his was less thorough I guess.I also didnt like that I was asked about my tip out loud while I was paying? Usually, I can discreetly note that on the receipt upon paying.

This is a very good nail spa. Nice service. The most thing I like about this spa salon is the friendliness of the staff. They give you a super warm welcome and listen to your requests. Very nice. Highly recommended!

Excellent service. Mani pedi $35 great price for quality. Municipal parking just up the street $1 per hour. Very clean location. Sweet employees. All were very welcoming. Walk-ins welcome. Found this location after hearing the wait at Bliss Nails was going to be over an hour. Will recommend.

This has become my new regular spot in Scarsdale. Ive tried all the salons in the village and this one is always so friendly. They offer the best price for a gel manicure $25! If you dont have an appointment, the waiting time isnt too long.I also like that they have a loyalty card. After 10 visits you get a free basic manicure.

Loved my collagen facial. Fiona took her time and for 2 hours I was treated like a queen. The French product used treated my face to a more brighter look. Also Judy is awesome in providing me with the best SNS treatment on my nails. She is awesome!

I have been coming for over a year and LOVE this place. However, last time I was there, the woman doing my nails yapped on the phone the entire time and then told me I was too enormously pregnant for a chair massage. Walked over to Iris and got a chair massage. Shocking, I fit in the chair. Pretty much everyone at Flora seemed mortified on my behalf. Theres also a woman with her son who appears to be related to the owner, who comes in and makes a ton of noise each time, yapping on the phone or having her iPad on and it ruins the entire experience.

Very good customer service and glad I chose to come based on reviews online. Very skilled professionals and lovely ambience. You get what you pay for. Only rated 4 stars as I was given SNS nails and I wanted gel in fills and wasnt consulted on the change/treatment, (thats what I get in London). However, Im not disappointed. If in town again, I will happily visit. The positive reviews are well earnt.
