I can not express how amazing Dr Rob is!Let’s start with the place and reception. The place is immaculate! So clean and sterile, which in times like these, is exactly what I was looking for. The people at the reception are the nicest you will ever encounter!Now for the DR experience! You will not meet a kinder, gentler, more gracious person/ Dentist than Dr Rob!My daughter had chipped her front tooth (she’s 13, so it’s an adult one now). We had been to 2 prior dentists one who had bonded and the other who had made her uncomfortable. She was very happy and felt in good hands with Dr Rob. He explained the situation (how there was some nerve exposure that wasn’t fixed by the previous dentists. He fixed the problem, made me and my daughter feel comfortable and did a great job on the look and feel of the front tooth. I am so happy and grateful to him and his staff and so happy for this recommendation!!

Everyone at the office is so friendly, calm and caring. Great environment for a pediatric dental/orthodontic office. We had a bad experience with another practice and never had any tissues here. The doctors and dental hygienist are gentle, easy to talk to and open to answering any questions and concerns. Both of my sons go to the practice for routine cleaning and my oldest gets othrodontic services also. So nice to be able to get everything done at one appointment.

This place is beyond amazing! The staff was all so welcoming and kind to my son. They went over his X-rays with me and explained in detail what needed to be done as he was sitting comfy his chair watching tv on their screens. When it came time to do the work, they were beyond amazing and my son who is usually all over the place, was still and let them do the work. They were so kid friendly and we will definitely be using them In the future. He left a very happy child and when played dentist with his stuffed animals the next day and copies what the dentist told him!

Amazing 😍 hands down the best pediatric dentist! My son has had a fear and always gave me a hard time until I found Smile Scarsdale and what a game changer! I can’t say enough about Dr. Amy Patel, she walks you through the process and makes sure your child is first! She tells you the game plan and then she executes it with such flawlessness! My child left happy and said he would go again that’s the bond that he had with her because she cares and as mom that did it for me! My son is 6 had extraction and other stuff done didn’t even cry when he was done! The positive reviews you read are true and we are a testament to that.

I love Smile Scarsdale every time I go it’s a great experience. The staff make the kids as comfortable as possible. My child loves going to the dentist. The best part are the TV screens in front of the children. It keeps them preoccupied, and stress free. They do great work and it’s always clean. Fast, we waited only 1 minute. Everybody is nice. The place is clean, I saw the seats being disinfected right before I came with my 2 sons. The dentist was knowledgeable and friendly with my little one, she sang to him while applying the medicine to his teeth and the other staff is very helpful and nice. I know some of them for years.

Absolutely love everything about this office. Not only did I come here when I was a child but my daughter (5) and son (1) also come here now for their routine checkups and cleanings. The receptionists are incredibly sweet and the dentists and assistants are phenomenal. My daughter has loved coming here since her first visit and is the only person I know who actually likes going to the dentist. My son is often difficult even on his good days and the dentist knows exactly what to do to calm him and make it as pleasurable of an experience as possible. Whenever anyone asks for a pediatric dentist recommendation, I always tell them to come here.

Amazing experience today with my 2 year old. It was our first dentist visit and they made it go so smoothly. They gave her stickers, a bag of goodies, a coin to get a toy from a vending machine. And all the doctors and nurses were so friendly and knew exactly how to interact with my daughter to make her feel at ease.

My daughter isn’t typically a fan of the dentist. However, her mindset was changed yesterday. Our first visit at this office with Dr. Rob and Christina was nothing short of amazing. My daughter remained calm throughout the entire time, she wants to go back! As for myself, all my motherly anxieties were eased. I highly recommend!

Dr. Chen by far has been the best Orthodontist we have had. My daughter has been through 4 different Orthodontist in the past 3 years and by far Dr Chen has been the kindest and most professional. My daughter enjoys doing to the dentist now. I went for a consult due to the fact that I was not happy with our current Orthodontist and he notice a major problem that 2 dentists missed. He came up with a treatment plan that made sense and I would highly recommend his practice.

Orthodontists these days are always trying to rip off patients, but Smile Scarsdale gives by far the best prices in the area. Dr. Chen (who graduated from Harvard by the way!) did them for my daughter and he really put her at ease about the process, letting her choose a bunch of different colors for her braces. Everything is so clean and the technology there is amazing and so new. They actually scanned her teeth with a little remote and an entire 3D model popped up! Theres TVs and a ton of those old-school video game machines like Pac-Man in the waiting area. Its a really great environment and I will be taking my son to get braces here when he becomes of age.
