The flooring is beautiful and the color goes well with my decor and wall color. I was able to returned unopened boxes for a full refund. Finally, did I mention the price was on point. My experience with Lumber Liquidators in Savannah is top notch service. I called this store, in a state of panic, after learning that my local store (Augusta) could not get my order of 4 additional boxes of flooring to me for 2 weeks. Hunter saved the day! He jumped in and reassured me that he could take care of the issue. It’s not always about the message it’s often about the tone that the message is delivered in. Needless to say my guys are driving to Savannah to pick up my 4 boxes that Hunter helped me to secure. Thanks for being awesome!

Took advantage during Covid and curbside pickup. They put wet boxes into my car. Called the store and they said it would be ok bc they were vinyl. Talked to headquarters and they said the flooring would get damaged in wet boxes.

Very customer service friendly only reason I did not give 5 stars is because we couldnt find what we were looking for.

We needed flooring for our 2400 sq ft home and were completely lost as what to get. We talked to Nick and he was not only knowledgeable but most helpful. We shopped around a little and ended up coming back to buy our flooring here. He couldnt have made our experience any better. I would recommend this store to anyone.

Never received my order or was called after an hour past my scheduled delivery time. I called the store and wasnt told my order was back ordered. I then waited for the next promised date and no phone call, a waste of time!

Great Customer Service!!

Told me my order was ready, but when I got there.....they didnt have enough of my ordered flooring in stock. Then I was given 4 options for substitutions. Having wasted 20/25 minutes, they finally had an option they worked for us. Next time, Im using Floor and Decor.

We recently worked with Nick, Frank, and Dominique to replace 2100 sq feet of flooring in our new home. We left most of our furniture in storage while we worked with the lumber liquidators to co-ordinate the over whelming task of removing and replacing the existing floor. The installers worked hard to get us into our new home and could not have done a better job. All we can say is THANK YOU to all of you !!!!!

I recently patronize the store in Savannah Georgia and was treated like a common crook, a thief, even after I spent over $5, 000 in the store. The store clerk displayed a nasty attitude, condescending-rude behavior. She acted like I was attempting to steal something. I have been treated like this before, being an African American back in the seventies and eighties but this level of customer service was the lowest of low. I would not recommend this store to anyone and I definitely will not patronize this store again, ever. If you are a Veteran, I strongly encourage you to spend your money someplace else where they will treat you like somebody.

Ive recently visited the Savannah store everyone was so nice and professional very knowledgeable on the flooring.I will give names for these guys because they were all so awesome Nick,Frank But this 1 in particular guy by the name of Domonique omg! how can I explain the amount of warmth and welcoming spirit I received from this guy man!.He was so friendly and funny and very sweet he said he was the (new guy) lol didnt seem like it to me.I will definitely be referring many people to this store and very much will be returning myself. Ive recently visited the Savannah ga store not knowing what i was in the market of purchasing the minute i walked into the door i was greeted by this young man Domonique he was so much help also very knowledgeable with all of the products funny,smart but definitely a very level headed guy. He made my experience one too remember he offered me an ice cold bottle water and some of his snacks lol in his words he told me I am here to help you not hurt you or your pockets just by saying that it made my heart smile I purchased some vinyl flooring and I will refer him to anyone who is starting a project thats difficult or simple..
