DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are complete fraudsters. They charged us for an all in price for a 12 yard dumpster $385. Then a month after the final bill charged our credit card an additional $343 for additional weight when the sales person quoted an all inclusive cost of $385. I requested proof of additional weight and they never even got back. I rent 40 yard containers in the same area weekly and the all in cost is only $400. The only reason I used this company was because they could deliver next day which now I can see why as once they scam someone one time they will never get any repeat business.

I reserved two portable toilets and paid in full in advance from the Colorado Springs location. The company never showed up on the promised date and left me with no portable toilets for my event. I ended up having to bring in my camper for 40 people to use, which ended up costing me money to get it professionally cleaned afterwards. I called the company the day after the promised delivery date only to be told it was a Saturday and no one at the local office was at work on a Saturday and there is nothing we can do. I emailed the email address listed on the company website and never got a response. I will obviously never book this company again or recommend it. They did refund my money but that didnt fix the problem. Extremely disappointed.

Set up rental and pre-paid on 6/15 for a toilet for my daughter’s wedding on August 21. Was to be delivered on August 20 in the morning. I called on August 20 around noon to get an estimated time and was told they will check into it and call me back. At approximately 3pm, THE DAY BEFORE my daughter’s wedding, I received a call back saying something was not set up correctly on their end and they did not have a toilet for my event that was reserved 2 months ago! Unbelievable! I called around everywhere local to find a replacement that could be delivered with less than 24 hour notice. Ended up paying an extra $250 for an emergency service from a local company to deliver on Saturday morning.I did get my original fee refunded, but I’m still out the additional $250 because this company dropped the ball. I will never even think about using this company again!!

We used this company to provide a dumpster for a residential renovation. Marc and John were both very pleasant when discussing and coordinating our dumpster drop off and pickup. HOWEVER, as mentioned in another review, we too were told that the delivery truck had an issue and we would not receive our dumpster as scheduled Monday evening. I was notified of this by Marc and told we would have a dumpster on site Tuesday morning. Our paid crew was ready and onsite to haul material to the dumpster at 9AM. The dumpster was finally delivered at after 3PM. The problem is our demo was complete, we needed the dumpster as scheduled to fill up before we could move on to the next phase. We lost a full days work. When asked how the company would make it right, Susan (the lady who answers the phone), was less than professional and over garrulous about the mechanical truck issues, which seem to be an ongoing problem for this young business.We are a small real estate investment company. We will be in need of more dumpsters. I believe the company should have offered us a discount on a future rental in order to keep our account. Instead, they offered to pay the ten dollar fee to cover our permit extension. Thats nice but it doesnt begin to make up for the money we lost on our crew and it doesnt secure any future profit for DRD from our company.

DONT USE THIS COMPANY! This company is VERY unprofessional, the women they have answering the phones has a TERRIBLE attitude. Not only is the staff unprofessional but on top of them having an attitude they show up 2 days late and also pick up late!!! The entire experience with this company has been ridiculous. It starts with them dropping off the dumpster late, never returning our calls, us having to call back to back because they kept giving different excuses for their lack of professionalism (apparently within 3 DAYS their trucks broke down, short handed with staff, truckers not showing up for shifts and oh lack of communication between the office staff and truckers < that was my favorite excuse). Finally after calling a few times we get someone on the phone to give us a status update since they were already late by a few days. The update was that the trucker was on the way but took them 5 hours to get from POOLER TO SAVANNAH, not to mention every reasoning they gave for their lack of professionalism was different all the time. Fine I let all that go not even upset at this point, I had my husband call to schedule the pick up since we live in a HOA we have limited time to have the dumpster here without being cited. This is when we come across a very rude and unprofessional women, she gives us attitude once we told her that we cannot wait 2 days to have the trash picked up since again we scheduled the trash to be here on a specific day because again we had limited approval due to our HOA to have a dumpster here). She giggled after we told her she had an attitude... for some odd reason she was very offended we were upset because they couldnt hold up their end of the contract. She then says she never received a call for pick up from us until my husband reminded her that was a lie because we even had the truckers personal cell phone number that we got from the office worker attempting to set up a pick up day. This company is ridiculous DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!

Would not recommend. This is a third party company and communication and services are slower than if you worked directly with the local dumpster companies.

These guys made it easy! Great communication, quick and efficient delivery, left no mess behind. Will definitely be using them again!

Price is great for the area they also service out to Hilton Head so coverage area is nice. Also the phone gets answered. Figured all companies would do that but you would be surprised. Also noted is the driver can actually drive and place the dumpster where it needs to go.The issue I do have is the time. They were not on time. This is especially important for certain jobs that have HOAs, gated community restrictions, and in general some jobs.This is a running review as still have the dumpster.

We’ve used a lot of different dumpster companies for our business and personal remodeling. The team in Savannah Ga were great to work with from first contact to pick up. Everyone was friendly and professional. When the truck dug up a bit of the grass in our driveway due to the slope, the driver got out with a shovel and put it all back together. I think we’ll stick with Dumpster Rental Dogs for a while.

Hello. It was brought to my attention about a recent fee charge for a dumpster that was purchased through Dumpster Rental Dogs at one of our rehab projects off of Travers Ct here in Columbus OH.We are disputing the entire late fee charge of $430 because this fee never would have occurred if the company would have picked up the dumpster on the day they were scheduled to pick it up. Instead, the dumpster sat at our property for 4 additional days. Therefore, it was too full when the driver finally decided to come out and pick it up. Then without our consent or knowledge our CC was automatically drafted for a $430 fee, which is totally unprofessional. We could have rented an entire new dumpster and a half for that price.We understand that in the contract we signed with the company that it mentions about the dry run fee. However, the dumpster company did not hold up their end of the contract in picking up the dumpster when they initially said they would. Plus, the dumpster was in our way for days at the job site, when it should have been out of there, leaving us no option to even purchase another dumpster.Mind you, our Project Coordinator had to reach out directly to the company in order to remind them to come out and pick up the dumpster.This was our first time using this company for dumpsters and we will refrain from using them moving forward. We directly reached out to the company to see if we could come to some resolution here, but the owner Max was unreasonable. We highly recommend refraining from using this company for your dumpster needs.

The sales team is great, the cost is lowest, and the dumpsters are clean. My issues include: losing 2 limbs off a nice tree at the end of my driveway, scheduling a pickup for a specific day only to have it picked up the following day after my city permit expired, and then I advice any future customers read the fine print of your contract carefully because of the peculiar restrictions imposed on what’s actually allowed in the dumpster leading to additional fees. It cost me $70 extra because I put a bed in the dumpster.

My family rented a port a potty from these guys and for the first 2 months service was good then started going down hill wasnt notified that a driver would be out so for 2 weeks we had to call in and complain and when they did come not clean it properly I became really agitated and asked for a refund for the last month the response was no we are not refunding as you were provided service may not have been to your standards but still we did our best . If you call not cleaning properly and having to come out and cleaning it a second time and soaking everything then rather compensate you take the potty away you all have really nad customer service if i could give 0 stars i would

Called them when I was told to contact them if we needed the dumpster for a longer period of time (Sunday afternoon). They called early Monday morning (6:00am) and confirmed that the pick up would be cancelled and I was told that I would need to contact them for the pick up date when I was ready. Dumpster was picked up on TUESDAY. I notified immediately that we needed it back and that it was not supposed to be picked up. Finally received a call back on Wednesday late morning that they would re-deliver the dumpster and they would ONLY CHARGE ME an additional $125. Like they were doing me a favor. Really poor customer service and not taking responsibility for their mistake. Will never use them again and would recommend that you do not either.

Customer Service rep was easy to work with and prices are reasonable. I was stressed about getting it all figured out, but they helped me get exactly what I needed. I will definitely be using them again next time!

Most affordable in town by far and the dumpster they delivered looked brand new! The driver was the sweetest guy and the customer service was fantastic. Fast delivery too. Would definitely recommend!

Purchased a 1 month portapotty service, they dropped it off, filled it with 1 inch of chemical instead of the standard 12 inches. I noticed this to late... Its been 14 days and no one has come to clean it out or service it. Literally the worst service I have ever received and I have owned a construction company utilizing these services for the last 12 years...
