I usually never leave reviews. My car would not start and I contacted them for a tow and received great customer service. They kept me in the loop, very pleasant and answered all my questions. I must say the customer service was exceptional, will definitely recommend them.

I used my insurance for roadside assistance after my car (2017 Sonata) experienced some issues. When I received the first message saying it wouldn’t be long I felt it was really going to be. I waited with my children for about 3 hours, it was after 11 pm. I sincerely gave up and literally after a headache told an agent just to cancel the tow, I’d try the next day maybe more tow companies would be available. I was home and settled when I received a call from Lee saying he knew it was late yet he was there to tow my car. My heart dropped, I just knew he needed the key and it had already been hours since I cancelled the tow. Lee was so kind, he assured me he didn’t need a key. He told me he was looking at my car and he would transport, not only that once it was to the destination he’d give me a call saying it was done. He personality seemed sincerely genuine and I felt a sense of relief. I would definitely recommend this company and LEE is a true gem of their business. Lee I appreciate the peace you brought to my life.

Awesome experience. Car broke down on me while I was on i95 in savanna. A friend recommended first response towing. The management and drivers were prompt, professional and made me feel well taken care of. No hassle or shady business. Great people!

After waiting 10hrs for a tow with 5 different companies. My insurance company finally got right when they called First Response Towing. Lee showed up right away, he phone me when he loaded and unloaded my truck. He had a amazing attitude and was very professional. This company was called to tow my rental car and they were 4 hours late. Then they were supposed to drop me off at the budget rental car place. However, they dropped me off at a empty parking lot and told me to call a Uber to take me to exchange my rental car. Not to mention the driver kept looking at her phone and almost hit two cars and was swerving in and out of lanes. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worse enemy.

My roadside assistance called this company for me. I received a text saying it would be a 75 minute wait to tow my vehicle. Five hours later, someone shows up to tow me (not wearing a mask). I sat in my car for five hours waiting for a tow truck in my vehicle that could not start because it was out of coolant- the dispatcher continuously lied to me about his arrival time and then eventually stopped answering my calls after I had been waiting about 3 and a half hours at that point. Impossible to get in touch with anyone, let alone the dispatcher. I’m beyond furious at this experience and the danger they put me and my vehicle in for keeping me waiting that long with absolutely no communication. Do not use this service. Volvo has already terminated their professional relationship with them over this experience. Quite frankly, this is unacceptable.

Had to wait over 3 hours for a tow and then when the guy came he had me send the money to his cash app instead of to the business and I still havent gotten a receipt from them so I can get a reimbursement from my insurance company for the $125 it cost me to get towed
