Patrick was awesome! Probably the best ghost tour Ive ever been on. And Ive been on at least a dozen different ones. Its such a unique experience since he includes real paranormal encounters in the tour, like EVPs - some of which will give you goosebumps. I cant recommend the tour enough.

Patrick is FREAKING AWESOME! We just got done with our tour around 9:30 tonight (8/6/2021) It was my husband, myself, my 12 year old step daughter and her friend. We were allowed to hear plenty of EVPs from multiple locations, seen a few pictures, and this tour does NOT sound rehearsed like some tours Ive been on before. Not only was Patrick FREAKING AWESOME he was cool enough to stay after the tour for us to talk about different paranormal investigations he has done and that I have done personally. I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND taking the Got Ghost tour.

We had a great evening on Patrick’s paranormal experience tour. There was a mix of both historical local haunting stories and his own personal experiences. He was very real and open. Definitely felt like the real deal. He was able to keep my 7 year old son and 12 year old daughter engaged and interested the entire tour! Highly recommend this tour. We did a different one last time we were in Savannah and it was not as good.

This was my first tour Ive taken regarding the paranormal. Patrick Burns is/was awesome. Hes knowledgeable. He took his time with us. It was beyond what I was expecting. He shared his evidence with us on previous investigations. It was very chilly even with our coats, the wind made it feel even colder. God bless him! He showed up in his kilt! Very personable. I will most certainly go on any tour he has in the future. I have a few health issues so I was the slowest walking but as he promised, we were not left out. He waited without a problem. We choose this due to Patrick’s involvement with the paranormal and thought this would be a great way to hear (or see) about Savannah.Patrick did NOT disappoint and we were soooo happy with the tour!! His insight and information is more than just the history around the Historic District- he gets you really interested in thinking beyond what you see and what else could be there.

Found this tour on a Groupon special but the listing didn’t give lots of information so we called. They matched the groupon special. We showed up to the colonial cemetery with a large group on Saturday night 8pm. Patrick is funny and scary and presents factual evidence based information along with his personal experiences in all the the locations he takes you on to. He brings along his large Samsung tablet and shows you a slide with pictures sound clips and videos so you can actually see his stories and proof of what he’s saying. He even debunks some false stories other tours love to tell to scare tourists. At the very end we even did our own EVP recording session and ACTUALLY got a response to one of his questions in Calhoun square with voice amplifying tech on his tablet. It was a 3 hour long tour not to far walking but a trek that’s worth it. he shows you not only scarey things but cool places for tourists to check out. He welcomes all questions and challenges. You pay for what you get (top quality) and your not being lied to.

Patrick’s tour was amazing. I trust Patrick based on his public appearances. Patrick makes you feel welcomed, and educated you very quickly before the tour starts, It wasn’t just his tour, it was mine. He allowed all the questions and participation that you wanted. We were not only enthralled with the paranormal, we got a great in-depth education of the history of Savannah. I would love it, if next time I’m in Savannah if Patrick would offer a one on one (private) paranormal tour off his normal tour route..... maybe places that I choose (with his input of course) I would love that. We went on Patrick’s ghost tour tonight and it was by far the best such tour we have attended in our over ten years of vacationing in Savannah. His information was far more personal and fact specific than any other tour operator in our experience. His tour lasted just over two and a half hours, but went by quickly because of his his very interesting content . His use of visual aids and other devices made his presentation come alive. He was very considerate of all who attended and delivered all that he promised us as a group. We highly recommend him and can understand why he is rated so highly.

This was my first ghost tour in Savannah. I didn’t know what to expect when I signed up for this. Patrick made the tour really interesting, giving us a mixture of historical and creepy. He not only tells you about experiences he had himself but he also gives you evidence to support his theories . We also did a EVP recording where a spirit told us to “go away” that was really cool. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone .

You might be led to believe that a ghost tour “needs” maybe a bus with a fancy paint job or a costumed story-spinner brandishing a lantern. But one looking for a ghost tour, not a “Mickey mouse-esc” experience or being packed in the back of a bus not really experiencing Savannah and her beauty, then this is the tour for you.

So much fun! Patrick was super interesting and knowledgeable and passionate. We got to do a voice recording at one of the stops and actually captured a spirit talking to us! Creepy....but definitely worth 5 stars!

Patrick is very knowledgeable about Savannah and his experience with the paranormal. We had a very difficult time hearing him through the traffic and other people, noise, etc... and found that we prefer the story teller tours more entertaining and engaging than a tour with an experienced paranormal investigator.

We had high hopes for this tour. We were escorted by Patrick himself and spent $100+. Unfortunately he spent a lot of time bad mouthing other residents who he has had issues with. He also spends a lot of time trying to convince you of his relevant experience and career aspirations. We didn’t learn anything we could not have googled and he was very unprofessional when it came to bad mouthing the owner of her house where Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil” took place, as well as another elderly women. Pretty abrasive and not in good taste for a family tour.

Patrick would share the history of the space, then would provide us with his own experience and any evidence he personally had captured. We really appreciated that it wasnt just retold urban legends that couldve been googled, but instead was his own stories. He even guided us through making our own EVP recording which was an incredible experience.

Ive been on ghost tours in several cities, and this one exceeded all the others by far! I live in Savannah and have not gone on any other ghost tours except for the one offered at the Sorrell Weeds about 10 years ago because they all seem pretty cheesy, especially the hearse tour. This one intrigued me because Patrick, the owner, is also a paranormal investigator.Patrick is an engaging guide with a great sense of humor. He takes you to well-known spots as well as others that you might have missed if youre just walking around Savannah. He also provides bits of information that I didnt know, even after living here for 8 years. The highlight of the tour was the EVP session we did in Calhoun Square. We caught three separate voices: a barely audible (to me anyway) voice saying uh huh when Patrick asked if the spirits were with us; a very clear I dont know when asked if the spirits could tell us their names; and last, and probably the creepiest, we were told to go away when asked if there was a final message for us.Patrick demonstrated great respect for the unknown African slaves buried in the square, which I appreciated.We have a lot of friends and family who visit Savannah, so I keep of list of the best restaurants and sights. This tour will definitely be added, and well do it again when family comes to visit.

Awesome tour!

Absolutely fantastic!!! We had such a great time. It was raining so hard and there was thunder and lightning so the experience was very mood setting. The hosts were so informational and friendly that it felt very warming. We forgot our umbrella and the hosts offered their umbrella even though it was down pouring! We actually experienced real voice recordings in the room we were in and we took a photo and captured a face on a brick wall! We had two 15 year old boys that cant stop talking about it. I was more than satisfied with this tour and would do it again with friends!

So usually I really do not leave reviews unless it is something that really impresses me.......with that said, Patrick Burns was a truly impressive ghost tour guide! Not only was his highly knowledgeable, he has the creds to back up everything he spoke about on the tour.We started out at Colonial Park cemetery and from there we went to several spots where not only did we get a history lesson and ghost stories throughout the tour, we got some humor too! My husband and I were truly shocked by the voices we heard on the EVP that we took on Abercorn and we even ran a little over from the original 2.5 hours, and Patrick was totally cool about it and really enjoyed talking to us the entire time and even stayed for a few more minutes to answer questions my husband and I had!!!If you have a chance to take a ghost tour in the AMAZING city, definitely make it a point to take the tour with Patrick Burns, he will not disappoint!

I had the best time. The tour group totaled 5, which was a real surprise considering every other group tour we passed that night had more than a dozen people turn out. Patrick had charisma and his guidance came so naturally. He even shared with us the many EVP he has recorded at the spots we stopped to discuss. Although our group was small, there were many questions. He leaves the best of the tour at the end. We were all visibly moved by his passion and couldn’t have asked for a better guide.
