Great Dolphin tour, loved being out on the boat and got to see some dolphins. Loved that the tour also included the Crab Shack where we got to see alligators and exotic birds, along with the great food. The tour ended with a visit to the Tybee Island lighthouse and North Beach. Great time and a beautiful spring day.

My first trip to Savannah was made infinitely better thanks to this tour! Dennis was a class-act tour guide who had great energy, enthusiasm & knowledge. And the cookie stop made my day!

We knew nothing of Savannah and this was a great way to get a good overview of the town in the little time we were spending here. We chose this tour company because of the great reviews and it lived up to those. The one we chose was not an get off and on one. We stayed on the open air bus that holds 18 people for the about 90 min drive. Make sure you have a hat or sunscreen if you ride this when the roof is off. They will pick/drop you up/off for free if you are staying at a hotel in the historic district. We were at the Homewood Suites and they pick up in the valet parking lot there because they have a pass to enter. This was confusing because we didnt know they could get in so we waited outside the valet area. Our driver Stephanie was awesome. She picked us up and we went back to the office to pick up the rest of the riders. We only had 10 on the bus. The city is built with 24 squares of which we drove by and learned about 17 of them plus Forsyth Park, Emmet Park and the Starland district. This was a great way to see the city and to decide what to go back to see. We didnt have time but if you do this tour you have privileges to ride their on and off service same day and the next day 9-5. They have 11 stops they will drop and pick up from. Our trip ended with our driver offering to drop us off at our hotel since it was at the end of our journey or we could ride all the way back to the beginning and she could bring us back. We choose to leave early since we wouldnt be seeing anything new. Highly recommend!

Perfect way to start your visit off in Savannah. This was my second time in Savannah Savannah But my first time doing the trolley tour. And it made my Savannah experience so much better. Learning about the history and getting a feel for the layout of the city helped tremendously when we went exploring ourselves the next day. Highly recommend!

We chose to do the 90 minute tour as soon as we got to Savannah. Unfortunately I dont remember the gentlemans name who did our tour, but he was very informative. Then they dropped off and picked us up at different locations in a very timely manner! Most of the time we got the same driver Radar . She was very pleasant and very accommodating! Would highly recommend this company.

Went on the ghost tour and everyone involved was very professional and put in quite a bit of hard work time and effort in putting on a good show. The part I liked was being interactive with the ghost stories and the tour as well, I give this a five-star rating a two thumbs up and a very big thank you for everyone that took the time to entertain us. Gray line Savannah is the best trolley service. 90 minutes tour of Savannah driver gives great historical information about the city of Savannah. You can tell each driver we had they truly love and care about Savannah by the way the speak. Once tour over driver will take you to any stop or back to welcome center or even your hotel if its in historical district. Great deal 2 day trolley service for the price of one. First time in Savannah with the two days we felt like not rushed to see everything in one day. You just call tell them where you are. They will send someone to pick you up. Felt very safe and spaced out on trolley or buses with covid19. Other trolley companies way to many people .

We had Dennis on the plantation and cemetery tour and he was great, cares about the people on his tour bus. Making sure everyone is fine and happy. Has a lot of knowledge of the route. We went to the wrong location to be picked up for the dolphin tour and they quickly sent Randy over to pick us up(he was kind helpful and funny-we needed at that point) Brenda Lee was our coach driver-very nice had full knowledge of the area and funny. The next tour John drove us around for 90 minutes given us pretty neat history of his town. He loves his town is full of knowledge funny kind and patriotic. I would definitely use their tour line again!! Thank you!!

Excellent 90-minute tour on Gray Line with Big Scott! This was our first visit to Savannah (wife and 4 kids) and the tour was the perfect snapshot of the city. Scott was very informative/knowledgeable/personable and took us to places in the city that no other tour vehicles seemed to venture- which was great! Highly recommended!!

We did the Bonaventure Cemetery and Wormsloe Plantation day trip with Dennis Morrison as our guide and it was a really great experience! Dennis is exceptionally knowledgeable on the history of every sites we went through and is easy to understand and he makes sure that everybody is safe and happy during the trip! The locally owned restaurant we stopped by for lunch was amazing and the last stop at the Byrds cookies store was like the cherry on top of the cake! Overall great tour and I highly recommend it!

Took the 90 minute tour this morning then used the shuttle service the rest of the day. Our guide was knowledgeable of the citys history and entertaining too. All the drivers that picked us up throughout the day were friendly, helpful and we didnt have to wait long after we called. Phone staff was very nice as well.

This was our second trip to Savannah and the first time for our children. We had a great tour experience. We were conveniently picked up and dropped off at our hotel, which worked out great with 3 small children. Peter was our driver on the tour and he was one of the most knowledgeable American history buffs Ive ever met. We also liked that the tour was not a predetermined route. We saw parts of town that you dont see on other tours. On said tour, my wallet slide out of my pocket and was left on the trolley. A tour guest (thank you) on the next tour found it and returned it to the office. A very nice lady (Emily) called me when it was turned in and asked me where we were at in town. I told her and within just a few minutes a shuttle van showed up with my wallet. All of my belongings and most importantly my money were still in my wallet just as I had left it. I greatly appreciate the effort on their part to return my wallet to me promptly. This was a display of Southern hospitality at its finest! I would definitely use Gray Line again!

Recommend Dennis for Wormsloe and Bonaventure Cemetery tours. He is entertaining, caring, funny, and an endless source of historical information. He was the highlight of my week long visit to Savannah.

The Dolphin tour was exceptional. Dennis was a great guide. The value was better than expected. When you complete the tour you are able to use the shuttle service around town for an additional day. Savannah is very congested which adds to the convenience.

We did the Tour for Morons. Our driver Brenda Lee took us around, nice smooth ride. Great comedy, but Incase you have children, whatch out their is a lot of foul language, and we did stop at a bar. But personally I didnt mind it. :)

Ben was the BEST tour guide! He was very funny and knowledgeable. We did 3 separate tours on our trip, he was by far the best! Great way to start your vacation in Savannah is the trolley tour. They show you so much and give you maps so that you can make your own agenda to explore the town. And the best part, which we did not know until we got there, with your purchase of their tours you also receive complimentary trolley service for the days you are using their tours. We split boat and trolley for two different days and got 2 days of trolley service all around town! Definitely a great experience!

John the tour guide was absolutely wonderful but wasnt impressed with the shuttle service. The map provided was almost useless for tourists, we ended up using a map from one of the other shuttle services. Id recommend picking a different shuttle service.

We went today to their Dolphin tour. They picked us at our hotel. Dennis, our guide was friendly and informative. Air conditioning on the bus was a plus. Very nice would use them again before others we used on the same trip.

I love to take city tours. This is the worst one I have ever been on. It may have just been our driver but it seemed like a commercial for local restaurants. We didn’t get much history or interesting facts like most tours. Go with another company.

Such a great tour of Savannah! Kathleen was a great guide. She was very funny and showed us some great spots throughout the city. The trolley service after the scheduled tour was very nice. We did a Saturday morning tour and then went for a stroll through Forsyth to the farmers market. We called when we were ready for a pick up and they sent a super comfy bus to take us back to the visitors center. We will definitely use Kelly Tours again!

I took this tour on a 1 day visit to Savannah. The whole experience was great. Got picked up at my hotel and got to see and learn Savannah in an hour and a half. Our guide Big Scott was great! He explained every square and every key building. I fully recommend you take this tour!

Awesome. Michele was really good tour guide . She told us about the historic downtown and her scary past. We took the night illumination tour and it was so much fun riding the open air trolley listening to historical stories.I have lived in Savannah for a long time but never knew about the history of the city. It was so refreshing. I highly recommend this company and the tour even if you’re a local. You deserve to know about the city you live in and what an amazing to do it.

We took the dolphin tour and the Wormsloe plantation tour last week and had a great time! It was nice to be able to visit these places without renting a car.

Tour also took us south of the historic square. Big Scott was an awesome tour guide with a wealth of information and funny stories.

We had the opportunity to take a tour of Savannah with Gray Line and love it. John was our driver and shared so much information with the group that we thought he was reading it from somewhere, but how if he was driving? He has a great knowledge of the history of the town, and take upon himself to find about the local restaurants so he can tell you more about them. He was also funny and kept us engaged the whole time. Thank you, John for such a great 90 minutes around the town.I want to mentioned that we tried to take the tour in the morning and my husband felt sick and we have to go back to the hotel until he recovered from his stomach ache. It was not the company’s fault so we thought we missed the opportunity, but Walter at the desk was kind enough to allow us to take the tour again without paying twice. He and Mary were super helpful. Kudos to the company for having such a great staff and for offering such a great service!!

I booked 360 Panoramic Tour of Historic Savannah for my parents 40th anniversary one month before our trip on March 16th 2021. I wanted to make sure we plan our activities in advance for our family of 7 people. I received a confrmation of our booking via email. We were all excited since we have never been to Savannah before.One week before our trip I received a call from Gray Line representative letting me know that our tour was not available due to he fact that all vans were supposed to be sent out for maintenance. Gray Line waited the whole month to inform us of the issue!We only had the morning of April 17th to see Savannah before driving down to Jacksonville beach and our plans were ruined.I dont write reviews, but I felt like I had to in this case. I would like to warn you because this could happen to you.

Took the Explore Savannah Trolley Tour. Got on the last one of the day. COVID rules were enforced. Kathleen was our guide, she was animated and entertaining. Love the fact they shuttle you from your hotel and you get a second day to hop on and off. Highly recommend.

Kathleen was a great tour guide. She seemed very knowledgeable and it was evident that she loved Savannah. The buses were clean. The reminder call and their desire to make sure we were in the right place at the right time was nice for the weary traveler. The service was prompt.
