We waited 2 hours for a cab we were told would arrive in 35-40 mins. I called them back initially after 45 mins of waiting and he told me it would be another 30 mins (it was longer). The driver was very polite and friendly but the dispatcher was rude and condescending.

I called ahead the evening before and scheduled 2 minivans to take us from our AirBNB to Tybee. I had called to adjust the time (pushed back slightly) to ensure that would work for their team, and confirmed we would still be able to get our two vehicles. I was quoted it would be $75/load, thus believing that it would be $150. The first mini van was on time and was great to work with, but he informed me that we were getting two cars instead of one mini van. Thus, increasing the cost to $225. I tried to call the main number and nobody answered. The time frame between the first cab arrival and the third was at least 30 minutes, if not longer. For our pick up, we called their competitor, and the cost was almost $15 cheaper per load, and we received two mini vans on time. I would not recommend using Adam cab. The drivers we nice enough, so that is the only reason for the second star.

Absolutely the worst service ever encountered. Waited over an hour would not tell me when the cab would show up. DO NOT use this service.

Struggled all weekend to get transportation to and from Tybee/Savannah. We scheduled taxi rides with Adam Cab co to get back to the airport. They confirmed our rides ahead of time and honored original rate quotes no questions asked. Arrived early. Thank goodness we found them!

We asked for a van for 5 adults, they sent a car that would only hold 4 people so one of my sisters had to stay behind. we should have been told there was no van so we could have made other arrangements. Very rude

I made a reservation for a ride to airport the day before. The next morning I called due our cab being 15 mins late, no answer. Ten minutes later I received a call asking why I was calling, the driver had no recollection of speaking with me previously. Luckily the $120 Uber picked us up. Dont use any cab in Savannah, especially this one.

First trip with the company was ok. Cab filthy and smelled of cigarette smoke. Second ride, we were forced to share a cab with another fare and we were charged full price! Again, cab disgusting. Also, had to pay cash. Guy said the company no longer accepted credit cards.

I did not personally take a cab call from New York for this guy to pick my Homeless brother upFrom the street to take him to the airport to bring him home only did this guy pick them up he was there early enough I couldn’t appreciate it enough I will give this guy a 10 star if they had

The driver arrived early for my trip to the airport today. Adam Cab has been around a long time unlike Uber and drivers are trustworthy Safety is important! Five stars every time Dont confuse with AAAAdam Cab

No one ever answers the phone. Called 9x in the past 3 days and not once did they answer.

There NEVER on time and they dont Care about professionalism. Will block your cell and not respond.
