Our medical practice has been using Shred-It for several years now. We have always had a GREAT Experience, until just recently. The prices have increased without notification, and they are now charging for Extra Material (Small Boxes) the our staff physically puts into bins themselves while the driver is in the building - $9.00 per box, to be exact. This is insane! Why would we pay YOU when WE are doing the work? So disappointed with Shred-It! I hear there is a New Sheriff in town running things... maybe He is the problem??? Suspending Drivers without pay if they dont report things the right way..... REALLY? So very sad.... Fortunately for us, we already have a New Company lined up and ready to roll! My advice...review your billing statements VERY Carefully!!!! The same thing may be happening to you!

Our office uses Shred-it in the Pooler area. Clinton is always one who does our service. He is always helpful and answers any questions that we have. He is uplifting to have in the office even though, it is a only for a short amount of time. Clinton is a great representative of the Shred-it team!

Shred-it has done a great job for us. They are professional, on time, reliable and fast. The only problem that I have with Shred-it is the cost. The cost has steadily increased and is almost out of my price range.

Highly recommend Shred-it! Proficient and great customer service.

No help at all. If you arent a big company or bank getting pickup, youre out of luck.
