From our experience, this company was the only one to give us housing immediately even with a dog breed that is ALWAYS on housing restrictions. Joel never bothers us either, he only sends emails if there is any concerns which we fix asap. He sends maintenance fast, never raised our rent either. The application process was easy and fast. We got our cute home literally right away. It seemed too good to be true lol but definitely a good company! Thank you Joel especially during this crisis

Not sure why all the bad reviews... We rent a house on Whitmarsh from them. The application process is a bit much but we rent a very nice home from this company we have been very happy with it. They respond quickly to maintenance concerns and did not try to raise our rent during these rough times. They have never once bothered us since we moved in not even once.... We just pay our rent on time and get on with life. Have the cash and be ready to go when desirable listings are opened up or someone else will.

Had an appointment to view a property. After driving an hour to come view the house there is no answer or response to calls. After checking the listing again on zillow we see the house was taken down and they never contacted us to cancel the appointment.Extremely rude, unprofessional and impossible to get in contact with.Potential renters stay away from this dude.Edit: funny how you respond to the review but wont answer youre phone

We were supposed to view a property and called 30 minutes before but no answer. Never even told us that the property was already taken and stood us up. Very unprofessional.

Renting from Carco properties was the best experience I’ve ever had as a tenant. Throughout my time as a tenant, any issues that arose were addressed appropriately and in a timely fashion. Move out inspection and deposit refund was completely fair, which is a rarity from my experience. Highly recommend!

Renting from Carco properties was the worst decision I ever made.. Joel Carter is a crook and will do whatever he can to steal your money away. He has jacked up the rental prices and will refuse to return your deposit.Instead he will produce estimates of things that he wants done-That he does not show invoices for-- that are not the responsibility of the tenant so that he can keep your deposit. Do not expect him to answer emails and when he does- he is rude and very unprofessional. Find another property management company..STAY far away from this company and Mr. Joel Carter..I would have given you 0 stars- but it made me give you 1.. :(

After a terrible experience with another local property manager, Carco was able to not only deliver, but far exceed expectations on an extremely condensed timeline. Property issues were resolved quickly, tenants stayed happy, and vacancies filled at rates that outperformed the broader market. And, when I decided to sell, Carco brought a credible buyer to the table that closed as promised. Five stars doesnt seem high enough!

A complete waste of my time. I was very interested in one of their properties and wanted to make it as easy as possible to move me in. I knew the previous tenant and contacted Joel a few weeks prior of the tenant moving out, he told me once the tenant moves out we can schedule to meet-up do a walk-through and discuss the apartment. The tenant moves out and we schedule a date and time and which he tells me he will contact me 30 mins before to make sure Im showing up for the Walk-thru. HOW IRONIC. He cancels on me 30 mins and before, tells me that he has to tend to a property the flooded the previous day.... We rescheduled for the next day where I CALLED HIM 30 minutes before the walk through and he does not answer the phone, I appear at the apartment and he no-shows me! I called three different numbers to try to get ahold of Joel and not one response from him. I was really riding on moving in there but he was an utter waste of time and now Im scrambling to find a new place before my current lease is up. I contacted him with a different phone number and he said I dont know what to tell you and hangs up the phone on me. I cant believe how unprofessional and the dishonesty to lead me on. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

I was not successful with this property I got no help and I could never reach anyone. I spoke with Joel and he never called to help far as questions l had he just emailed me being very rude as if I was suppose to already know the answers to my questions. I would not recommend this property for anything I paid $35 just for him to deny the application just because of questions I’ve asked !

Carco Properties have done an awesome job with all my property investments and management needs.Its nice to deal with a company that does everything like scheduling repairs on rentalproperties to Real Estate sales.Joel is very professional and a pleasure to work with.
