I have been anticipating a package from Amazon for 54 days by the time XPO recieved it. I contacted XPO and they set up a delivery date for me. That date came and went. When I called to speak to customer service they spouted the same information I could obtain myself from their website. When I looked for my order it stated that the customer rescheduled delivery. I DID NOT reschedule. Finally I contacted someone from the Savannah location. He stated he would have it put on the truck and delivered the next morning. Never arrived!! Called the next day and spoke with Shae. She stated her mom lived in my town and she would make my delivery that evening. Never arrived!!! The computer based scheduling system called me and scheduled my appointment for a week later. Finally my package arrived. After 3 days of lies from XPO I finally received my package!!! The delivery guys were nice and I appreciate that however I wouldnt recommend this company and the unhelpful office staff to anyone!!

The delivery team was super awesome courteous and professional. They were extra careful setting my washer and dryer in place without dings.

This company was a scheduled to deliver my Peloton bike. They gave me a delivery window of 5pm-8pm. The driver shows up at my house at 2:30pm. He calls and leaves a rude voicemail and advises that he is leaving. I call him back and advise him that we weren’t home at 2:30, our deliver window is 5-8pm. I told him I’m home now (3:14pm) and he can come back. He refused to come back, told me he couldn’t wait around all day. He refused to give me his name, his supervisors name or phone number and hung up on me. He was rude to the customer service rep at XPO that called him and he refused to return to deliver the bike. This person clearly doesn’t want this job and shouldn’t be working with customers at all.

Delivery was on time and everything went smoothly! The delivery guys took care of everything!

The 2 gentlemen who delivered my pool table were at my home when they said they would be. They were courteous and careful with the 120 pound box. I was very impressed.

Delivery crew were, profesional and quick install(Serta matrtess and adjustable bed).XPO automated e-mail needs a little to be desired . The delivery window was 6am to 7pm ( sent at 8am and I am two hours away) so earliest should have been 10 but I expected it in afternoon, received call 1/2 hour before delivery.The service was white glove ( delivery & setup was included in price)

I had Samsung refrigerator delivered by XPO logistic.I paid extra to install it. Drivers were prompt on time, rolled refrigerator in to the house, plugged it in and hooked the water supply. I told them that I Paid for installation and asked what they suppose to do. They said - just hook water and plug it in. But it turned out later when I called Samsung customer support that was not complete instalation. They were supposed to level refrigerator and level doors after that. I would give 5 stars if they would perform full installation.

This companies is one of the most UNPROFESSIONAL logistics/delivery companies I’ve ever done business with and would avoid them at all costs! Upon receiving my 1st Peloton bike the XPO staff that delivered it were somehow now also bike assembly staff. Needless to say the bike broke 5 days after deliver(after I waited 8 weeks). It then took from April 1st to May 4th to get a replacement bike. It took me HOURS on a daily basis dealing with XPO with no return calls, emails, etc. Three delivery dates with no show, and on the 4th delivery my bike went to the wrong building after my address was clearly marked and they didn’t make a call 30 minutes prior, so the sent the bike back. FINALLY yesterday my bike arrived 2 hours outside the 4 hour time window, and it was the same two men that put my 1st bike together. Praying this bike works and I NEVER have to deal with XPO again!

XPO delivered washer and dryer for Samsung and changed our install without telling us. The split the delivery and install and give us a time without asking. They haven’t talked to us about install for 2 days. No reply emails or calls or anything. Terrible communication.

This company gets zero stars from me. I have had the worst time getting my shipment delivered. It has been multiple rescheduling and back and forth without ever getting a straight answer. I will never order a product that has to be delivered through them again.

They were early!!! And it worked out with my schedule today. They contacted me to let me know how far out they were (which caused a small scramble, but worth it) and arrived just when they said they would. They got my Purple mattress setup with ease and were very friendly.

At first I gave this company a 5-star review. But when they arrived the first time to deliver my washer and dryer they sent the wrong technician with it as I have a gas dryer not electric. So I had to wait two days to get the gas dryer technician to come out to install the washer and dryer. However. They did a terrible installation job. I woke up in the middle of the night smelling gas in the whole house was fumed with gas. Had to call the gas company to come and fix it as they did not properly install the dryer. They did not put the Teflon tape on the thread to the inlet thereby causing a gas leak. This was a very dangerous situation and I am really upset about it. Also the technician tried to talk me out of getting the steam hookup as it involved an extra step in the installation process.

Terrible cargo handling. Driver tried to get me to sign before unloading the shipment. Nope, I must inspect the outer containers before signing. Followed them to back of their truck to inspect, and they had to move about half a truck full of containers to get to mine. Some they moved aside were ripped, some smashed and burst. They didn’t even try to hide other people’s damaged freight from me. When they finally got mine out, my containers were smashed. Appears XPO subs out the work to local haulers. Thankfully, I reached Amazon before the truck pulled away, advising I would not accept the smashed damaged goods, strapping broken, damaged goods visible where container smashed. Amazon’s amazing customer service to replace, but I get to wait three weeks once again, for the replacement shipment.Save your customers the headache, save your own reputation, and protect your bottom line. Ship with somebody else.

These people are awful. I would give them zero stars if I could. I ordered a greenhouse from a vendor in Texas whose freight broker asked for a shipper who could deliver the crate to a residence and unpack it -- requiring at least two drivers. XPO accepted the contract but then refused to deliver the product. Their excuse was that they never sent out two men to make a delivery (although their website has plenty of photos of two men making a delivery together) and they didnt have a truck with a liftgate. To make matters worse, XPO made no effort to try to come up with a solution. The vendor finally found a moving company who did a great job in getting the crate from XPO and delivering it to me. Avoid using these people if at all possible.

Very good communication and very good customer service. They were able to give me a 3 hour window for delivery and notified me when they were 30 minutes out. Timeing was excellent. Very smooth delivery and arrived earlier than expected.

Had some batteries delivered to my store. I told the driver we had no folk lift and he need a lift gate. He did not care so long as he could get it off his truck. Im in talks with my suppliers to never use them again. because I do not want them coming to my store again! I will pay more for some else to do the deliveries.

Pickup went very smoothly from business address; however 1st delivery scheduled, driver arrived 30 minutes too early and had to leave before the appointment time. Had to reschedule subsequent delivery attempts due to my employment, and wasnt explained any of their delivery protocols in any phone conversations. Unfortunately had a couple of poorly handled phone calls subsequently with staff that were antagonistic. Delivery protocols should be made clearer and should be comprehensively explained at time of setting up of 1st delivery to avoid confusion.

Con-Way Freight / Vitran - Horrible company. They damage too much cargo and get away with it. Stuff is tossed around, driven into, and dropped off of loading docks. As a customer you are lucky if you get 10 cents per lb. We have a number of claims for damage and it is taking months to clear up. No matter how you package something, they just drive the lift trucks into them and pass on your damaged goods to your customers.
