Can be a little challenging getting into there yard if real busy. Always seam to get in and out. Need to add some gravel to the giant holes in yard. Crane operator and rigging crew did a great job.

If you are a driver, avoid this place. Been here 8 times. Every single time there has been an issue. Takes between 2 and 7 hrs to get loaded. Parking is a bear. Unorganized business. One star because I cant give zero.

You can overnight park. They open at 8am. Depending on your pick up number, you may have to go to Ocean Terminal Port which is across the light on East Lathorp pass the police station on right. The road will curve to the left you need to make a right at the curve. Need TWIC for entry. And wear a mask 😷 for COVID19. Park truck at staging area on right and walk to shipping building on the left. X2 drivers at a time to check in. Once loaded go back to JIT Whse on East Lathorp to pick up paper work. The staff are friendly at East Lathorp JIT whse. 👍👌😷 If you are picking up atSHED 20. It’s located b4 Ocean Terminal Port gate on the left will see x2 small entrance. Will see SHED 20 sign on whse. Will need to make a tight u- turn to get loaded. Date as of 7/29/2020.

Wonderful team to work with. Very efficient & friendly. No complaints. There is still room for improvements & i believe they will get there in time.

People be are nice,but there system is a joke. After loaded its takes an hour for paper work. They will send to Port to load then come back and wait hour for paper work.

Went their to load this morning, got their at 0700 cool place supposed to open at 0800 didnt open till 0805 . First one in line, 2nd to get loaded at 0930 . Didnt get paperwork till 1115. Need to really work on operations at 300 wear house.

5 hour wait

JIT its NOT!!!! Ive been here 3 hrs waiting for them to fix my paperwork to load. 7 other trucks that came in after I did have been loaded. Some are still waiting on paperwork to leave. What a cluster - now theyre getting ready to take a 1.5 hr lunch. It seems the office creates the biggest part of the problem. I wont take another of these loads!!!

I’m a truck driver picking up a load for this company they was very helpful with there customer service I was picking up an oversize load and I asked if they could print out my permits they said yes lol that never happens and I know this also sounds stupid but they let me use there restroom with out hesitation that sounds like a small thing but if your OTR like I am a lot of these places treat u like trucker trash thankful this place did not And I appreciated the courtesy

Only work one day Wednesday . And by Thursday after I sign in, Mr.Chuck Davis told me i am not needed. So unprofessional and rude.

Horrible been driving over 3 years worst experience of my career first day waited four hrs to load another customers materals on my truck took 3 days about 7 hrs to correct it
