Great service prices somewhat high but good.

Definitely more expensive than I have paid in other cities, but I called another dry cleaner in the area and was quoted approximately the same price. Clothes came back clean, wrinkle-free, and with no damage. $17 for a 2 piece suit and about $3.50 per dress shirt. Dropped off on a Friday afternoon, and they were ready on Tuesday afternoon, just as they said.

Sub-par (at best) service and extremely overpriced. Informed today that one certain manufacturer of shirts (Express) are double the price of any other shirt for a simple dry cleaning ($7.50’ish). Better customer service and value can easily be found elsewhere.

On November 29, 2014 my husband dropped off two white table cloths. Today (01/13/15) He and I went in for the fifth time after having been called to come and speak with a manager. Three phone calls and five in person visits. To have the lady laugh and smile and say that she has them looking for them as of yesterday. She claims to have just heard about the incident yesterday. I told her that I felt disrespected and was alarmed that no one seems to care that our table cloths (which had to be replaced out of pocket) are still missing and not found after such a long period of time and here she is claiming to be the manager. She just agreed with me repeatedly. She agreed that she was rude and disrespectful and continued to say that she is the only avenue we could work through and that we could not speak to her boss. Yet, she could not offer us a solution without contacting her boss and she wanted a receipt to prove that we had purchased new table cloths. Then she suggested that she thought we may have been a delete ticket and implied that we didnt drop them off in the first place. I have never had such an awful customer service experience in my life. The lady didnt apologize or offer a solution at all. She just tried to brush us aside and wanted us to wait for a phone call from another lady. When we told her we didnt want to wait on any more phone calls she asked who had called us before as if no one could have called. It was outrageous! I know that she probably doesnt make a lot of money and doesnt really care about the table cloths but to treat another person face to face with you as she treated my husband and I was something to write a review about. She never said her name but I will be going back there very soon with my receipt.

Great drycleaners, fair prices, excellent service. I got a chance to experience their wonderful service and hospitality last week and was very pleased. They operate a fine operation and clothes look impeccable. Well worth making them your drycleaner of choice.

Did not press my neckties right; had to take two of them back for re-pressing. Plus, the cost is out of sight, and thats de-pressing.

Stained and snagged a wool sweater, snagged and didnt clean a silk dress, glad I didnt drop off anything more expensive than JCrew. Keep your stains and save your clothes.
