Davids lost 4 of my dress shirts and ruined 1. Wendy (Mgr) said she would investigate. Ive called her multiple times and a left note. No response. Ardsley Park now picks up and drops off from my office.

Wedding Day Emergency! On the day of my sisters wedding, I noticed my dress had a medium/large sized stain. I made one call to another business, and while they were kind, they honestly told me it just couldnt be done. I didnt give up. I called Davids on President Street and from the first phone call, a sweet young lady said to bring in the dress and theyd do their best. I had a tight deadline of 3:00 and I had the dress there just before 9. I called to check in about 1:00 and was told it was still being work on, and theyll call me as soon as they can. Not even an hour later, I received the cal! They did it! They removed the stain from the dress. I cannot begin to tell you how happy I was to hear that news! Everyone was so kind, polite and honest. Thanks to everyone involved in getting the stain out of that purple dress!

We use David’s extensively for both dry cleaning and pressed cotton and linen shirts. David’s has not ruined or lost anything in the three years we have used them and that is high praise for a cleaner. Nice people and very professional

New to the area but Id recently witnessed the worst customer service ever, yesterday afternoon. I wasnt greeted properly. The front desk employee with blonde hair had a loud firm tone to her voice. Ive never been disgusted and ready to leave an establishment in my entire life. Theres no welcoming hospitality at all. Your employee needs more training. Shes lacking in the Customer Service Department. I will not be coming back.

A specific lady who refuses to give me her name has constantly been rude and has even hung up on me during phone calls. When trying to call her back, she answers then immediately hangs up. Customers are better off spending the time doing their laundry at home than having to deal with their terrible customer service. Or may i recommend going to The Best Cleaners & Laundry located on Oglethorpe Ave!

Took in a brand NEW expensive silk blouse and a dress. The blouse was ruined. The sheen was removed from the silk and it was pulled all over. In some places the silkwas so thin it was thread bare. There was a giant thread pull on the sleeve and the General Manager would only speak to me through the girl at the counter who agreed it was ruined. I wasn’t even offered a refund!The dress appeared to not have been touched. I had to take it somewhere else.

Recieved my clothes the same way I brought them in. Shirts still had stains in them as well as they were still wrinkled. You would think your clothes would be at least cleaned for the price you pay. Told her I was unhappy with the cleanliness of my clothes and she did nothing to fix the problem

Extremly rude and unprofessional at the desk when I dropped off. At pick up a different lady was very friendly so I upgraded my one star to a three. Keep your rude employees off from the front desk and you have a 5 star cleaners
