I came here last summer for my first lip flip, which was $110 for 10 units of Botox. I went back to college in Athens in the fall, and the doctor (a real doctor) at the medspa there was extremely surprised and confused as to why I was told I needed 10 units for a lip flip, especially since I am 22 years old, and gave me 4. I had better results with their 4 units than with the 10 I got at Glow! I have friends that went to the same Athens mesdpa and had great results with 2 units! Since Im home for the summer, I called Glow and told them that I wanted to do a lip flip with 4 units, since that has worked well for me in the past. i was told that they wouldnt do that, and that they only do the standard 10 units. I have researched lip flips, and I have never seen another place that does this. Watered down Botox to overcharge??

I have decided to review. Over a year ago I had my eyebrows tattooed. It was a 2 step process and I had to pay for both sessions in advance. Covid hit and they couldn’t complete the process. I called 5 times to get 1/2 my money back since the 2nd part of the procedure was never finished. I have been told they were sending me a check for 1/2 on two occasions and the other 3 times I was told someone would call me. I have spend a considerable amount of money at Glow. I never received one dime from Glow. Shames on you! I didn’t deserve this treatment.

I saw Joyce for Restylane lip fillers and Voluma cheek fillers. It’s been a week since my injections and I still have mild bruising. I had lots of swelling and bruising in my lips for the first three days, despite her techniques and attempt to keep the bruising at bay, I just happen to have that specific reaction and bruised more than most.I called and spoke to a girl who was so kind and helpful when I had concerns over what turned out to be normal swelling and bruising on my lips.The cheek filler doesn’t hurt one bit, I didn’t feel a thing. The lips hurt me pretty bad, although most people find it bearable!After a week I’m LOVING my look, my lips are fuller and have such a nice shape. Joyce has a lot of experience and technique to allow me to keep my lips looking natural while giving me an improved shape and plumpness.I also had a ton of questions and she answered all of them. I was asking her things my entire appointment and she was so patient and professional.Everyone I encountered on the phone while making my appointment and in the office during my visit was so nice. I’d recommend Glow Medical Spa to anyone looking for fillers because I had a great first experience.

EXTREMELY unprofessional and PETTY. from the injectors, to the office manager to the front desk girls. i had an issue with an injector at their downtown location LAST YEAR who is no longer with them and they never fixed my issue because i left an honest review. instead they banned me from the place. well a year later the owner reaches out and asks me to give them another chance to fix it so i call and schedule an appointment with Joyce at midtown. 15 minutes later one of the front desk girls calls and basically says Joyce wont see me because i mentioned i didn’t like previous work she has done which couldn’t be further from the truth! i didn’t even get a chance to clear it up. even if that were the case why not take the opportunity to fix it instead of being petty and just refusing to do a service? childish, petty and way too much drama. god forbid the next person have an issue with their service. customer service is awful to say the least and congrats, i tell everyone in savannah considering this spa this story.

Relief from migraines! I have been going to Glow for about 6 months now to get massages to help with my migraines. I can’t believe the difference! After trying other treatments without improvement I decided to try massage upon my doctors recommendation. It’s truly a miracle. I went from taking medication multiple times a day to not taking it at all. Anyone who suffers with migraines or headaches should definitely try massage. Who wants to be on medications if there is an alternative? Also, Erica is the best! Every time I go in she asks what problems I am having and works hard to address each one. I am so grateful to her and really cannot thank her enough. I highly recommend her and Glow!

Getting a tattoo removed is never fun, but the ladies here make it as smooth as possible. Theyll give you an estimated about of sessions to remove your tattoo. John has been working on mine for the last few months and hes always so sweet and honest about the process - it really helps.Plus theyll do theyll best to work with financing and they are really cool about helping set up a payment plan during the process and understand that it can get pricey.Whats even better, after your first session they give you everything you need - numbing cream, moisturizer, instructions, and your next appointment. Easy as it gets!

3 of  my girlfriends and I spent a Saturday at this spa and it was the BEST time and money I have ever spent on a vacation. We received 5 star customer service from the moment I booked our services to the moment we walked out of the spa. The staff makes you feel wholly welcome and are readily available to assist in any way. The personal touches were truly incredible, from the personalized reminder emails to the massage therapists greeting us by name. They make every effort to engage you in your spa experience from the moment you check in by offering you spa shoes to symbolize your transitional journey and delicious tea service. Our spa host then showed us to the ladies locker and spa room, which was nothing short of spectacular. As expected of a spa of this caliber, the ladies locker room and spa area is clothing-optional. The areas never felt crowded and our group was very comfortable. The entire ladies room has floor-to-ceiling windows so we could relax and enjoy sunshine and natural light. We arrived early enough to enjoy some of the spas features prior to our individual massage services. Our groups consensus is these were the best massages weve all ever experienced. Each masseuse was very attentive to our individual requests and were just superb. Following our massages, we continued to enjoy the features of the spa and even snuck in a nap. We all left feeling incredibly relaxed and reinvigorated. I couldnt recommend this spa more. Im of more modest means so it was certainly a splurge but it was absolutely worth it. We cannot wait to return for another visit

GLOWING REVIEW!I have been to many places in Savannah for facials over the years and I LOVE the facials from Chelsea at Glow! I went for my third one last week and left glowing again. She has a skilled touch that is both effective and relaxing. She takes her time, has a great disposition and listens to your specific skin needs. So far Ive had the Hydrafacial, the Red Carpet Facial and also micro-current. Beautiful results. Will be back!

I have known about Glow and their wonderful reputation for years and years but I only experienced it for myself yesterday. I know the owner, who is great, and several people who get injections there and they do an amazing job but what I didn’t know about was their incredible massages! I had been sick with “the crud” for over a week and felt like I needed to purge the sickness from my body. I called and spoke to them about a lymphatic massage...while they don’t have a massage by that name, they do have very experienced and well trained masseuses who have specialty training in lymphatic massage. I knew it would be quality no matter what but I had no idea what I was in for! Nadia was my masseuse and she blew my mind. She was 100% professional and was focused on HEALING me and my comfort level from the get go. She didn’t just go through the motions. She taught he how to take and sigh out proper breaths to better release toxins and tension. I won’t do her massage justice with my limited massage vernacular but it was nothing short of amazing. When I was leaving, I felt like I was floating...was on a natural high. It was great. I am feeling much better and healthier. I would recommend Glow for their massages especially Nadia.

Erica is AMAZING!!! I’m wasn’t a big fan of massages due to past experiences. My wife insisted on giving me a relaxing Saturday after a long hard week. I had a wonderful experience at Glow Medical Spa midtown. I had a massage from Erica Barnhart. She was very professional and knowledgeable. Not only was it very relaxing, she helped with pain I was having in my ribs. I am a professional ballerina so deep tissue massage and trigger point massage is very beneficial. Erica communicated with me to make sure the pressure was right and that I felt she was targeting the right spots. The massage alleviated so much of my pain. Whether you are looking for a relaxing massage or for one to help with pain and releasing muscles I highly recommend Erica. Overall everyone at Glow Med Spa was so kind and accommodating. The favorite place to go for a facial. Definitely on the pricier side but ITS WORTH THE PRICE. You get what you paid for. Once you finish your treatment and you walk out that door, your face feels amazing. Super soft and super clean. Every time my wife goes here, she gets a different girl to do her facial. No one has ever disappointed her so I know this place is great. Everyone is super sweet and they know what theyre doing! Theyll also give you a lot of advice on your skin.

When I contacted glow and was finally able to speak with someone, she took full responsibility and asked me if I was willing to give them another shot. I am writing an honest review of my experience to warn others about this business especially the owner. It started a few months ago.Over charged! They charged me 665$ instead of 565$ simple math and they still have a hard time explaining why they couldn’t give me the 100$ when asked me to open the care credit account. If I knew this would happen I would have just paid with cash instead of opening a care credit account.The owner Courtney is a liar and a very dishonest person we had exchanged so many messages where she asked me to take down my one star review and she will refund me at least the 365 if not the whole amount.She was really aggressive and rude towards me. then she lied responding to my review claiming that’s she refunded the whole amount. But when I post all the text message and conversations you’ll see when she again two months later contacted me for removing my review.“Everything about my one and only visit here has caused me emotional distress and panic. I am so disgusted by the owner’s behavior when I try to explain myself to her that way she treated me and I’m going to take this to my lawyer.Good day!

I had my first appointment at Glow last week with Joyce. She is lovely and really knows what shes doing. I had lip fillers done and she was explanatory throughout the process and very gentle. I didnt have any bleeding or bruising and i credit that to her expertise and technique. I am now eager to try some of Glows other amazing services and ill definitely be back to see Joyce soon! Erica focused on the muscles that were really troubling me. I have many issues with my upper back and shoulders due to my job. I had a massage by Erica last week and she is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! I cannot recommend her enough. The entire place is beautiful and clean and so relaxing. Erica was very professional and so sweet. Two things I really appreciated were (1) she asked how much pressure I prefer and ACTUALLY followed my preference and (2) she didnt small talk during the massage [not everyones ideal Im sure but small talk during a massage is not relaxing to me]. It was such a great experience and got rid of about 6 months of muscle tension that had been killing me. I will 100% be returning soon.

I received my first facial here a couple weeks ago and it was absolutely amazing! It was honestly more relaxing than a 60 min massage at the spa. I also liked that they didnt harass me afterwards to buy products. The aesthetician did recommend me some products for my skin after (and I did end up buying a great serum) but I didnt feel pressured to buy which is refreshing. Booking another facial ASAP!

Just had an AMAZING facial w Rachel - totally custom designs the appropriate facial for your skin. My skin already looks SO MUCH better. And the prices are really reasonable so I wont hesitate returning sooner rather than later. And also, Rachel is awesome -- total pro who knows what shes doing and has a great personality.

I usually have my botox and a couple of other things here, and it can not be any better! Although I am not a big fan of spending time and money in beauty salons, this place deserves to go there. After needed a refund because of a military move, I was able to personally speak with the owner, who was able to immediately refund our money as well as earnestly apologize for the error. I have never received such thorough customer service. If you are a military member or spouse, Glow Medical is wonderful for providing discounts as well as excellent customer service. I wish we still lived in Georgia so I could come back here. The spa itself is gorgeous and the employees are very friendly and knowledgeable, but the owner is what makes this place a cut above the rest.

I live in Richmond Hill so this office isnt as conveniently located to me as many other spas or cosmetics offices I could choose. However, from their laser technicians to their surgeons, I have found no other practice to be as professional and accommodating as Glow. Ive chosen them for skin laser treatments as well as facials and will chose no one else for future treatments. Their super sweet staff has always accommodated my schedule the best they can. Book in advance, theyre in demand!

Ive been going to Glow MedSpa for at least 10 years if not more. I have tried other facilities for fillers and injections but the Glow staff always does the best job. I have seen over the years the places for cheaper prices come and go and know there are other options but I prefer to make time to always go see the awesome folks at Glow MedSpa.

I am a total cliche, as I am removing a tattoo from my lower back. What seemed like a good idea at 18 isnt so great now.I first heard about Glow by driving by their Midtown location every day on my way home from work. I called and had my free consultation, which went great. They quoted me 8 sessions and guaranteed total removal. I wanted to do my homework before committing to such a big thing, so I also did consultations with a few other places around Savannah. Not only were Glows prices were not the lowest, I also felt the most comfortable with their staff and their general atmosphere.I had my first session and so far, Im a big fan of Glow. It hurt pretty badly, but its a laser breaking up the ink in your skin, so a little pain is to be expected. The numbing cream was free since it was my first session. It made may back totally numb. The actual procedure lasted about 45 seconds, so although it is not totally comfortable, its very quick.I put ice on my back for the two days following my treatment, and had no scabbing or bad side effects. On day 4 after the treatment, it felt a little bit like a sunburn and was itchy, but nothing like what I thought it would be like. I was freaked out about not only the pain during the procedure, but the pain afterwards. I worried for no reason - the aftercare wasnt painful at all.Im going back for another session in a few weeks, but so far Im really happy with Glow. The staff are all friendly, and they answered all of my stupid questions, so I went into the procedure feeling as good about it as possible.

Its been a little while since I last visited Glow but my daughter and I were in desperate need of some facial TLC. I had such a great experience after my first visit I thought would take my daughter along for the ride this time. I wanted something relaxing but I also wanted to see some immediate results so I opted for the medical grade facial. After speaking with the assistant, my daughter went all in and opted for the PRP Vampire Facial. Just like last time, the staff was professional, friendly, and very helpful answering our questions prior to the treatments.The young lady who applied my facial (Ariel if I remember correctly) which was a Hydrafacial was very gentle and guided me through different creams and gels that she applied to my face. My favorite part of the treatment was the lymphatic that they glided over my skin which felt amazing and took away all of this sinus pressure and puffiness! Definitely a sensation that you MUST experience for yourself. Walking out, my face felt firm and smooth. Every other facial Ive ever had were always enjoyable and relaxing, but this was the first time I could see a BIG difference in how my skin looked and felt. Even my husband made a comment on how great my skin looked when we visited them later that day. Needless to say, I think I found my new fountain of youth and will be back VERY soon!

Absolutely adore everything about Glow! Their variety of treatments give the opportunity for everyone to find something special to try. I can’t wait to try out some of the new products and services! Also, over the moon for the new location coming soon. I am ready to GLOW!

I went here for the first time to get my eyelashes done! Haley was very gentle and made it fun! I enjoyed the atmosphere and I will definitely be going again(:

I posted multiple times on Facebook giving glowing reviews part of a contest to become a Glow “Ambassador “ - after multiple posts regarding Glow Med spa, rating them, commenting, sharing and tagging hundreds of friends I was chosen as one of the 10 Glow Ambassadors to receive for 12 months either a free service or product. I was never contacted except once via message on instagram but never again. had to call and ask for a facial and lash extensions and they tried to charge me both times.. keep in mind I was to get 12 FREE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS.. these were two and they tried to charge me. Disappointed in this company not upholding their end of the bargain..I’ve never written a bad google review but I’m thoroughly disappointed.

I had my eyebrows done by Stevi and I am absolutely in love! She went through every detail with me before the procedure and made me feel completely at ease. She also answered any questions I had through the healing process, as well. I would recommend her to anyone wanting microblading done! She is absolutely amazing and so sweet! Such an amazing process.

I went in to get a gift card for my mother and was warmly greeted by the receptionist. She was super sweet and helpful, and even put the gift card in a box, then a gift bag with pretty blue paper. I cant attest to the services, but I will definitely be considering coming here in the future!

Was soooo SAVED by the Hydrafacial. Skin needed a rejuvenation moment so bad. First time doing anything like it and I was welcomed by all the staff and felt so comfortable. I also did an IV treatment which helped me so much. I often feel so dehydrated even though I drink so much water. It was exactly what I needed. The new downtown spa is gorgeous too and well worth a visit. Treat yo self!!!

I am absolutely thrilled with the microblading service I received from Stevi. I’m now getting complimented on my eyebrows from complete strangers for the first time in my life. I highly recommend Glow and will be back for future services.

I have always had an outstanding experience visiting Glow. However, my most recent visit was possibly the best one. Glow is now offering an innovative micro-needling system called Eclipse. Chelsea administered the treatment and I have to say that it was quite easy to get through. She is highly adept at using the Eclipse equipment and she can clearly tell when you need a quick break.The Eclipse treatment was entirely worth it. I saw photographs that I took after the treatment with a long-time friend and I could not believe how youthful my face looks. I have been to Glow for other treatments including microdermabrasion, Botox and fillers, and those were all great but this particular treatment made an absolutely remarkable difference with my appearance

My microblading experience at Glow Medical Spa exceeded my expectations! Stevie is amazing, my brows look so natural. I didn’t feel any pain, very professional. She is an artist!

Stevi at Glow is amazing!! She’s truly an artist with so much talent. I got microblading done and she was so patient and understanding when I was really nervous at first. She did a beautiful job! I love them! I also get eye lash extensions from her on a regular basis and can not be more pleased! She’s so kind hearted and really enjoys what she does! I definitely recommend her for both services!!!

Appalling service!!!!!! I had been promised a discount which hadnt been put through and when not happy with the results, I didnt even get my money back. This business is a scam!! And they use poor quality products !!!! The tattooing has turned green due to poor pigment quality and has not been done evenly on both brows. When asking nicely for a full refund due to lack of customer satisfaction, I had been spoken to rudely and numerous excuses has been made in order to avoid getting my money back. I am extremely disappointed with this service and I will not be going there again.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THIS PLACE. You feel like royalty as soon as you walk in the door and everyone is so friendly. Ive been obsessed with their brow work FOREVER. One time I printed off some of @browalmightys work, and held it up to my face to try and mimic with pencil (embarassing, but I was in a hurry!) Theres just no beating the professionalism, cleanliness, and charm of this place. Brows, makeup, massage--go for anything and leave feeling glowing!

Seriously so excited to come here and the beautiful experience I thought I was going to receive turned out not so pretty. I understand pointing out flaws but the consultation made me feel like a ugly hag. Very snobbish attitude felt so uncomfortable.

This is my second time going here and it was absolutely great! The first time I came was back in January where I received a chemical peel from Ariel! She was soo nice and friendly. Very knowledgeable as well. It was my first peel and I was super nervous but she made me feel at ease and even gave me her contact info if I ran into any problems during my peel. I saw great results from it and I decided to follow up with a hydrafacial done by Megan . She is soo sweet and knew a lot about the products and the process of the facial . I would recommend both of these ladies and will be returning soon! Thanks glow !

Today was my second time here. This place is really amazing. Upscale and clean. I love their beverage self service. Options galore! Courtney the owner is not only beautiful, shes sweet and warm and makes sure you are accommodated and comfortable. Now my RN, Cris... shes AWESOME!! I dont do much for upkeep other than home facials and products. So this facial (micro-needling PRP) was a splurge! Shes a very good listener. And with her upbeat spunky personality you feel like youre getting a facial done by your best friend. So at ease and really enjoyed her energy. Afterwards, like all medical spas they offer packages to bring you back. But what I truly appreciated with Cris and Morgan the Spa Director, they offered and when I said I would like to see how my skin reacts to this treatment/facial and decide. They said of course! You can always purchase later. Not pushy or angry that I wasnt going to buy something at that moment. I honestly would have, but I genuinely wanted to make the best decision off my results. Ill definitely come back, no doubt. The HydraFacial I had the first time was amazing for my skin. And there are other services I would definitely like to try.This place will most definitely be my place to ensure that as I age, Ill be doing it, gracefully. 😉 Thank you Glow ladies for making this a wonderful experience. 🙂

I get my lashes done with Stevi and she is AMAZING at what she does! I was very nervous about getting them done originally but Stevi made me feel so comfortable and she exceeded my expectations! The whole staff is also very friendly and welcoming

Had microblading done a about a year ago. Cant tell anything was done and spend alot of money for nothing. Very overpriced! Linda was very nice but I am very disappointed.

Amazing service, amazing results!The reception staff welcomed me with smiles, and my consultant Chelsea introduced herself soon after I arrived. After a series of diagnostic tests that were kindly and clearly explained to a medical spa newbie, Chelsea recommended two procedures: Photofacial for reducing age spots, Hydrafacial Anit-Aging for rejuvenating the overall complexion. She was sweet and thorough, taking the time to go over the problematic areas on the skin several times with the instruments.My complexion immediately looked younger, more supple. Within a week, the dark spots surfaced and disappeared. My boyfriend laughed at our waitress for carding a 41-year-old woman for ordering a beer; I laughed at him for not getting carded at all. An old friends 17-year-old daughter, whom I met for the first time yesterday, thought that I was in my twenties. Amazing!
