From the very first consultation Dr Finger and his staff put their best foot forward to ensure my concerns were addressed and tackled directly. As a male having a mastectomy, there was already a cap on my comfort level. However, Dr Finger and his staff walked me through the entire process and took a great deal of care for me from pre-op to post-op. Their bed-side manners have consistently been better than any medical professional I’ve ever worked with. Being grateful is an understatement. Went to Dr. Finger for a breast augmentation and it was the best decision I have ever made. From consultation to post op — Dr. Finger and his staff made the whole experience comfortable and easy! The staff here are so welcoming and kind. After my free consultation I wasn’t sure if I wanted to go through with my surgery, and they didn’t try to push me to go through with it. I eventually decided that yes! I wanted to do it! I got liposuction and Renuvion on my neck/jowls area to improve (or rather, create) my jawline. The procedure itself was an absolute breeze, and Dr. Finger and everyone in his practice took care of me through the entire process. I am roughly 2 months post-op and I cannot believe how much of a difference it has made. My face is much more defined, as well as thinner and more feminine. I am so, so glad I choose this lovely practice, and would come back if I ever needed anything else.

5 stars hardly seem like enough when it comes to Nurse Dallas! I have had several things done by her that turned out perfect. My lips have to be my all time favorite so far! Being someone who is prone to fever blisters, Dallas took extra care with the procedure and even prepped me on being proactive prior to the appointment. I just got a breast aug by Dr. Finger 4 days ago and I could not be happier! He was perfectly professional and knowledgeable. He took into account my preferences and his own professional opinion and gave me the best aug I could imagine. I got a 375cc implant in the left and a 400cc implant in the right which takes me roughly from a 36A to a 36C. Its only been 4 days so the final results are pending but I can already tell Im gonna LOVE! The recovery was so easy. I had zero pain, just soreness for maybe 1 day. After 48 hours I didnt even need pain medication. He is a genius. 20 stars if I could!

Outstanding experience. I have known Dr. Finger for over 30 years. He performed my first breast augmentation in 1992. My husband and I are both retired physicians; in fact, Dr. Finger and my husband did part of their residency together at Tampa General hospital. My husband was so impressed with Dr Finger’s surgical finesse that when I was planning my breast augmentation there was no pause before he stated, “I want Ron Finger to do the surgery. He really is the best.”( this is the opinion of one physician on another!!)The augmentation completed in 1992 was quite possibly one of the best surgical outcomes We have seen. I have never had anyone, with the exception of a few close friends, question the authenticity of my breasts. Although it is not important to some patients, it mattered to me very much. On November 3, 2020 Dr. finger and his amazing staff changed my life. After over 20 consultations with multiple plastic surgeons I felt it was best to put my life in Dr. fingers hands. My highest weight was 256 pounds. After losing over 100 pounds I just thought it was time for a tummy tuck. Dr. finger Encouraged me to do liposuction of the bra line and hip line abdominal repair tummy tuck and fat transfers to the buttocks. Ladies this is the most important part of this review Dr. finger knows his butts!! I came in not only with no but I came in with negative but. I’m now filling out jeans like a Georgia peach. From start to finish my process has been overly incredible I can cry out of happiness. I’m not a person that leaves reviews but again this man has changed my life and I’m 13 days postop and I’m already driving and taking my kids to school and activities. Dr. Finger and his staff have been outstanding from the very start! They made this whole experience so incredibly easy and rewarding. I was expecting to have a lot of pain after the procedure, my best friend had told me that she needed dilaudid after her BA and that she was pretty much incapacitated for at least a week.In the operation suite, the nurses got me ready and made sure that I felt relaxed and I knew exactly what was going on at every step. Dr. Finger came in and said hi as well before the surgery which was really as well. After that all I remember was getting on a comfy padded operating table. I woke up from the anesthesia and I honestly had thought that I had done something wrong. I asked the nurse why I hadnt gotten my surgery since I was in no pain what so ever. She laughed and told me that everything went perfectly and that I definitely had gotten my breast augmentation!I had no pain and only minor tightness of my skin ( obviously to be expected) during my recovery. I was able to go out for dinner and walk around savannah the day after my surgery.Finally, the results that Dr. Finger was able to achieve for me are fantastic! I had high expectations going in but he was able to achieve better results than what I could have even imagined!I would highly recommend Dr. Finger to any and everyone. You would really be doing yourself a disservice by not choosing Dr. Finger and his team.

I was involved in a horrific accident and was degloved on my right leg from my hip/upper buttock area down to my ankle. The physicians at the burn center were primarily concerned with piecing me back together without amputation. The way it looked was definitely not a concern. Needless to say I had a considerable amount of bulging areas and scarring from the skin grafts that made my leg look even more deformed. Dr Finger was the only doctor who said yes I can help you. The difference in the shape of my thigh and hip area is remarkable. My hips are now symmetrical and the bulging is completely gone. The loose skin was tightened and I have not felt this confident about myself since I had the accident. If I ever decide to get anything else done I will definitely come back to Dr Finger. He literally changed my life.

Had Botox done by Dr.Finger. I particularly asked for my eyebrows to be lifted up some. Didn’t receive expected result. And what is absolutely unacceptable is that Botox was completely gone in 1.5 months, so all my frowns were back. My friend got the same result. Waste of money.

I just had a rhinoplasty done by Dr. Finger, and it looks amazing! Im beyond pleased with the results. The swelling and bruising was very minimal and Ive had no real pain. Its been a breeze! Thank yall sooooo much!

Absolute disappointment and dissatisfaction! My friend and I came to Dr.Finger to get Botox. He pushed me insistently to have blepharoplasty done. I said that for right now I’m here just to get rid of frown lines and wrinkles on my forehead and in between eyebrows. I know that I might need surgery in future but I’m still ok with my look and Botox always helps to “open” my eyes. I’m having Botox for years so I know what to expect if it’s administered in right way. A week after Dr.Finger’s injections I got droopy upper eyelids. It was horrendous! I had to buy eyelid lifting stripes/tape on Amazon. I was so depressed for 1.5 month. Because then...guess what? The effect of Botox was gone! The same with my friend: all mobility and frowns are back! We paid more than $400 each to have a smooth forehead for 1,5 month, really? It supposed to last 4-6 month. That’s what we used to experience going to other doctors. Perhaps, a hope that plastic surgeon will do a good job was uselessUpdate:Dr.Finger recalled his offer to fix the situation. So money is in his pocket, why to worry, right? Two patients are absolutely unhappy, no apologies and a refusal to see us again. Any doctor can make a mistake (in this case two mistakes with each patient) but the point is how a professional doctor would work out the situation being able to confess a fault and trying to help. Not Finger though! Way to go!

I had lipo on my stomach, currently I am 7 weeks post-op, and I can truly say that Dr.Finger done an AWESOME job, hands down if I had to do it all over again Id choose him, his whole staff is Awesome and very knowledgeable they make you feel so at ease from beginning to end, its nothing like the horror stories you read on the computer I took vacation because of all the stories I read but really I could have went back to work in 3 days, the first 48 hrs I was really sore but it gets better each day. Dr. Finger is perfectionist which means hes going to give you his all, dont take my word for it just schedule your consult and you will see for yourself.Ty Dr. Finger I look forward to seeing you soon.

Im new to town so I asked my nurse pals who the best skin doctor was - the resounding response was Dr. Finger. I was originally asking about dermatologist so surprised to be recommended a plastic surgeon for help with presistant acne. On my first appointment Dr. Finger help created an anti-aging plan since Im about about to hit the late 30s and interested in injections for wrinkle reduction. He made my first experience painless and my eyes already look younger. Afterward Dr. Winkle educated me on their offices tools for acne, giving me a mini demonstration and I feel confident in the plans she has for my acne and acne scars. They have cutting edge technology in scar reduction - im excited to see the results. I was more than impressed as a new patient. The front desk staff was professional and of course - they all have amazing skin, that says something in itself!

Recently had surgey done at Doctor Fingers offices. My first surgey Ive ever had. I couldnt have asked for a better doctor/nursing staff than what I received. Everyone was so great and made me feel so comfortable about the procedure. If you are not choosing Dr. Finger, you are doing it wrong. Especially if you live in the Savannah/Hilton Head area.

Really friendly and helpful people, wait times were short, and they were very understanding. Had a fraxel treatment done, I didnt really see too much of a difference but I only had it done one time so I cant really say it didnt work.

Professional, yet relaxed, atmosphere. Dr. Finger, nurses and staff r experienced and proficient. I highly recommend.

I went to Dr. Fingers office for help with my Alopecia Areata patch on my beard and hair loss. Dr. Finger and Dallas were VERY helpful and made several suggestions to help me with my hair loss. One of the suggestions was PRP. I scheduled my PRP with Dallas for the following month and was very surprised how reasonable the PRP was. I was also surprised how Dr. Finger did not try and sell me a hair transplant procedure along with the PRP. He wanted to see what results would come from the PRP itself.I must say after my PRP injection I began seeing growth on my beard within 2 weeks!! It has been about 50 days and I have almost completely grown in my bald spot on my beard! I am amazed and so happy with the PRP injection results! My hair is also beginning to see some results but according to research it will take three to four months to start some new growth. I am already scheduled for my next injection and looking forward to the same results as my beard. I also wanted to mention how professional the entire staff is and extra shout out Dallas and Dr. Finger. I had never had the actual doctor call me back to answer a questions when I was not even a patient yet. Dr Finger and Associates are my only choice when it comes to hair loss.
