Changed my pickup date with no notification, sitting with a full trash can and being told it’ll be 75$ to come pick it up. Customer service sent an email but all I have are emails stating my service for the Labor Day holiday won’t be delayed.

Untrustworthy. Do not use this company. When I signed up, the house already had a bin left from the previous owner. When I called to disconnect service today because they started to charge me $100 instead of $75 which is the amount I agreed to pay, I was told that they would charge me $75 to pick up the bin they never dropped off to begin with.This company is a racket. I’m the course of disconnecting, all the sudden. The representative couldn’t hear me. They make it really difficult to close the account.DO NOT USE THIS Company. It only cost $75 for the entire year for you to drop off the garbage yourself in the landfill

The truck that comes and grabs everything from me is always on schedule and the guys are great!!!

Easy transfer.

This rating is for WM truck drivers on Little Neck Road. NO regard for the speed limit. Almost every day I meet one over the center line and see them swerving off the side. I guess it will take a death to slow them down. The speed limit on that road is 45 and they are doing at LEAST 60

Just curious if residents can drop off their bulk trash since that pick up has been canceled for Richmond hill.

Very nasty acting driver blocked me off from seeing the oncoming cars on waters and Bacon Park ad I almost got hit because of him. 3:00pm. He also took a piece of the stop sign with him. Very wreckless. They do an okay job. They also didnt collect our trash Tuesday like they always do.

The smell radiates from this place and gets into the homes and vehicles around it.

This place smells so awful as you drive-by on 95 every morning and afternoon I have to smell this terrible smell
